This is possible question in many of the SFI Affiliates as it is fairly new program.
Since the program name itself is "Fast-Track" 2.0, it is to put forth your best effort using this program, attract people who wants to join SFI and do some great business.

Appreciate your thirst in boosting your SFI business..
This is how I do.. Firstly, I do a presentation about SFI business.. Once my customer is clear (after clarifying all his/her doubts), I introduce NMP..
1) Explain in detail about all the benefits
2) Get the acknowledgement that they understand it well and ready to go for it
3) Now, I mention the original price (not discounted price) to them.. Get acknowledgement from them again
4) Introduce discounted price to them and mention to them clearly that this discounted price along with all benefits to be availed within 10 days of their signup.
This works for me (though not 100% of the time as it is quite not possible to convert all customers into enthusiastic affiliates).. Hope it will work for you as well!!

Both are important.. :-)
1) Initially to start off with SFI business, you need more support and build strong foundation. So, there are more chances that we promote this business to our family relatives, friends, colleagues etc.,
2) In this case, we are following it locally and personally. It does work for most of the people.
3) Once this is done, duplication process starts and it gets spread across and one will be able to build strong foundation..
4) Promoting locally and personally is the first step and the best step.
However, we cannot ignore going global with the use of internet and I justify like this as below.
1) There is a huge transformation in the way business runs after internet comes into picture
2) You can easily reach out to any part of this world through internet. Hence, it is more important to be more updated and use new technology into the business
3) Cost of doing business globally as become very easy and cheaper. Hence, it is suggested not to be ignored.

Firstly, I am happy that you thought about improving your skill post joining SFI family.. Appreciate that..
Though I agree that it is not easy for all to be much skilled in approaching people face to face and do marketing. In the same way, it is also not a tough one to learn and develop the skill.
1) You can initially read articles, surf websites, watch youtube videos for some tips in improving this skill
2) Practice on your own (take short and crisp content from SFI/TripleClicks) in front of your mirror
3) Read a lot to understand completely about SFI business, so that you will be confident to answer your customers who are your potential PSAs
4) Seek some time from your best friend and present your business to him/her (Don't forget to take feedback for improvement)
5) After multiple practice, you are now ready to approach face to face... Happy!!!

Firstly, appreciate your thought of bringing in weekly newsletter...
To prepare and publish weekly newsletter, you need to ensure you
1) Read a lot about SFI/TripleClicks and changes that are being made from time to time;
2) Understand the updates in full and write it precisely so that all understands it well;
3) Talk to you team members understand their new thoughts / innovations if any and do not forget to include them that will be inspiring many;
4) Add few of the success stories with some example on how it was achieved that will help others;
5) Make it little colourful and if possible with some pictures related to SFI/TC for others to understand it quickly and interpret correctly
6) Seek feedback every week from the user to understand and make improvements.

Need to spend little extra time with downline members to ask and make them list down the products that they purchase every month.
Once the list is ready, take them to the TripleClicks website and relate them to the products that are available against the items they listed.
You must tell them the difference between buying products in TripleClicks and some where outside is that, buying products in TripleClicks is highly rewarding as they get lot of commissions and also it paves the way to their second income business.
And duplicating further can generate enormous money into their account.

To me, this question itself is more tricky as the success rate of getting down line active seems to be pretty less.
Nevertheless, you can use your Genealogy to send individual and group messages to your entire organization at a time.
You can also monitor sales activity of you team and motivate them at each stages and alert them immediately if they are short of some points that could help them to gain it before month end.
You can motivate your team members by awarding them gift certificates, reassign sponsors etc.,
You need to do regular follow up with your down line and send frequent short messages through Genealogy that will surely help.
