Good question Erika,

It is not an easy task but it can be achieved by being patient and persistence.
As a leader you have to have that up beat character to motivate, encourage,
Being there for them when they need you and have a consistent communication
And a pat on their back for the progress they make.

No matter how strong and independent we are when people acknowledge our
Good deed it is always an encouragement, and motivation to do more so doing

Hi Erika,
As a leader, the best way to maintain and boost momentum to your group is to lead by example. Participate in activities and when you win/progress, share it with your group in your messages, news letters and your blog. Actions speak louder than words. If your group sees your badges, they will see that it can be done. That's what badges are there for, they are not there for decorations, you earned them, they are the proof that you did it. Your badges will motivate them enough. All in

The first thing you will do ( as what you have done now) is ask for advice from other leaders who maintain a successful team.Second you must become friends with your group and work along .This is simple as you will just take them to work with you.show them what is to be done rather pushing them from behind.Conduct contest and reward programs.
Hold a demo session by asking your group who are near to you.The demo you conducted to them in return can be shown to people nearer to them.

In order to maintain or boost the momentum in the group it is very important to ensure that the PSAs and CSAs are made aware of their responsibility to be their own boss in making decisions, as they have all come with the intention to receive a second income and ensure a better standard of living.
As the sponsor or Co-Sponsor the group should be encouraged to read SFI Basics, Rules for success and the 30 lessons in the Launchpad. The weekly Team mails and stream messages should convey the importance

To boost momentum in your group, always be positive. They
do not need their confidence drained.
Sometimes say, "I did it like this way", or say "another thought might be to"..

Taking notes of new things you learn or want to say to your group helps
a lot. This way you will post useful content.

Talk about a new skill, the importance of placing ads, and transfer buying once a month.
After a while they will see your personality shinning

Erica we must not forget that in order to develop ourselves we must develop our team. The PSAs/CSAs are all very valuable , and should be handled with care.Regular guidance via the Genealogy,Stream Posts, e-mails must be maintained ,but first of all a rapport should be established with our team. They must trust us ,trust that we will guide them properly to success. We must avoid just teaching them about the SFI business at first. How are they and their family, small talks are very much necessary. Please

I try to connect with each of my movers as soon as I see them online to get to know each of them. Some I have been lucky with and others are just not open to it.

I let them know I am here for them to help them if needed along the way.

I also send out ECards for their efforts and I always gets responses back from them thanking me, I like getting them too, makes my day.

Just being their friend opens this up in my opinion

Hello everbody,

The success of our team is very important in this bussiness. If we keep our team on great way, our job will be fantastic, which means that our success depends of our team.
When we make our team we should take care who we choose, never pay attention for someone who is lazy for doing this job. But on other side, we have to do our best for great members who follow only positive side and keep working for its success.

To save that awesome group of members, we

Nice question :)

The best way to maintain or boost momentum ANYWHERE is to be as excited and honest about your business / product as you can possibly be.. Because excitement creates even more excitement in your team.. make sure you practice what you preach even before you even preach it.. It is said so many times already that PSAs ( just like kids :) :) ) will not do what you say but they will do what you DO..

Be honest to yourself and try and give it your best every day and

You can maintain or boost the momentum of your team by publicly recognizing their achievements within SFI. Make sure you make them feel special by noting their achievements in your newsletters.

You can also offer incentives to those that reach certain targets that you set for your team. The incentives can range from free entry in a co-op you run, gift cards and TCredits. A happy team is a team that works together and if you are offering incentives they are more likely to become and remain
