How to get real unstoppable momentum in your group and in your SFI organization as a whole? What’s the purpose of maintaining or boosting momentum in your group? First of all how do you mobilize positive momentum in your group?

When a team is aligned and engaged, you can easily identify the sense of motion and lift. Team’s alignment and engagement are not created in a single transaction, but takes time to build step-by-step through a reciprocal process of mutual commitment and action.

How to get started in boosting momentum and maintaining it in your group?

- Communicate

This is the first step in creating unstoppable momentum in your group. You have to establish an open line of communication. Make use of the SFI communication tools, Skype, Facebook and other social media sites, etc to stay connected with your group. Getting to know more closely about your group’s concerns will help you establish relationship with them and help them better understand their challenges. As a Team Leader, you’ll need to invest in connecting with your team members, aligning around your shared goals or mission within your organization.

- Initiate interactive conversations and activities

You can spark your team members by initiating interactive conversations and activities, and explore how they might create more value for everyone in working together as a team. This will result in more collaborative dialogue and real ownership of their SFI business, as well as more proactive action to address barriers/challenges in their business and life.

To boost the momentum of your group, be the leader and set the pace. Communicate your passion, and recognize achievements large and small. If you get a EA2 or a Bronze Team Leader out of your group of CSAs coming in, let your team know. They need to know just how valuable CSAs can be, and the best way to get CSAs is by becoming a Team Leader. If you enrolled 25 new people this month, let your team know. Even better, if you have some people seriously working this business, reward them with PSAs or gift certificates.

Personally, I like the PSA approach. It worked with me when I joined the business, and it seems to work with my down line as well. One thing that does is it immediately internationalizes someone's business. Suddenly they have people in far away places they have never seen or visited. It opens their eyes to the possibility this business is. Eight days into the business, I was already a TL Bronze and had affiliates on six continents. Without my sponsor, none of that would have been possible.

A. SFI Co-op

An SFI Co-op is an excellent sponsoring method that allows you to pool up and share resources with your team members.

It is an excellent tool for team work.

B. Your SFI Affiliate Blog

As an SFI Affiliate, you have a blog built in your Affiliate Home page, your team members (both PSAs and CSAs) can access.

Use this blog to call your team members into action: (i) Scoring the fast tract, (ii) maintaining, EA2 status, and (iii) working towards Team Leader status as well as maintaining it.

C. Gift Certificate Distribution

Some of your members may not be able to afford the costs of the SFI Co-op. At the beginning, you can use Gift Certificates to help them and motivates them. These gift certificates will also help you directly because they will allow you to have more "Action Versa points" which are very beneficial in gaining Team Leader rank.

You can use Gift Certificates for promoting contest among your team members.

D. Team Members Contest.
You could set up a contest among your PSAs and CSAs every month to motivate them and reward them.

TCredits and Gift certificates are great rewards that will help your team members build their businesses. Their efforts will impact your bottom line as well.

There is no one real answer, but there are a few strategies that might be helpful to maintain momentum in your group as many will be active in the beginning stage and most likely to go inactive later as it is many people want to become rich overnight.

1. Ask for Advice

“Share the SFI posts/banners everyday. Tweet about it. Talk to people about it. I know I texted my own group plus some others as we missed our normal date last week.”
By asking for advice and feedback, you may learn about some communities, publications, or individuals that you haven’t reached out to yet.

2. Research Similar Business and problems in achieving success

Understand problems of similar business and the way people succeeded. Tips to keep down line active and make them work. Motivation skills required and other different way of approaching team members will be more helpful

3. Hold a Contest

Contests are always a fun way to involve your friends and fans in new endeavours! It could be a simple give away or a reward for whoever works towards goals and achieves the target.

Inspire yourself to do what is going to get you to your goal in SFI by using motivating principles. here are some steps for self motivation.

1. Imagine yourself achieving these goals. Actually experience in your mind the benefits. You should be actually seeing in your imagination what you are hearing, and doing. Strategise where and how you will do the necessary steps to achieve your goal. Then imagine that they worked. Some ideas will work, and some will not work, but you can pick those that do work and discard the rest.

2.Get in touch with winning the prize, your goal will come from following your plans.

3. keep those good feelings as you contact your members, and they can't help but feel them too and want to succeed with you.

Your mind is the key to success, and experiencing the success in your mind ahead of accomplishing your goals will help you motivate yourself to do whatever it takes, and will also be motivating to your downline members.

Maintaining and boosting momentum in your team is extremely important, so this a great question.

First and most important is to focus on your team members, both PSAs and CSAs. Let them know you care by helping them to set and reach their monthly goals. Keep them informed of the opportunities like the new Fast Track and New Member Pack, and the ways to earn VP and MRP to use to earn even more points. For example, there is an MRP store at TripleClicks or you can purchase PSAs with Member Reward Points.

I have been a Team Leader for the whole time I've been in SFI (nearly 2.5 years). This is not only a great example to your team but you earn matching Versa Points. You receive second home CSAs and TCredits. This helps to boost your earnings and thus your ability to help members of your downline to reach their goals.

Personally my CSAs are a huge help, so I encourage and help them as well. Your genealogy, under 'Hot Spots' is a great tool to keep track of individuals and how your team is doing as a whole.

I never forget my PSAs on levels 2-12. Often they need help to keep up the momentum.

Our team helps each other to succeed. Team work is very important. I have assigned some of my top level one PSAs to line two and have received some from my sponsor. It never hurts to ask for reassignments from your sponsor so you can do the same. I have found that keeps the workers not to give up too soon, before success.

Most months I give Gift Certificates to help my regular EA2s to reach EA2 every month. If they don't reach EA every month they will lose all their CSAs. Of course they never lose their PSAs. A $20 gift certificate allows them to purchase up to 10 single TCredits for 102 VP each.

I also encourage DistribuStar gift cards so affiliates can get TripleClicks members and the ability to track distribution of cards (or digital numbers) to earn a total of 300 VP monthly and a chance to win more prizes. DistribuStar itself has contests and you can win TCredits etc. and even more DistribuStar gift cards. If you track one per day, plus do your daily and weekly tasks on your To-Do-List you will also have more entries into the Daily Grand Prize!

Of course, the team needs to know how to advertise their SFI business, purchase PSAs and how to best do this. With team mail I keep them informed on a weekly basis plus am on hand to answer questions within 24 hours.

I feel you have to be leader of the pack - you have to do before you can ask them to do something.

Your weekly newsletter must be something they look forward to - interesting and even funny if you can manage it - humour goes a long way to keep people going. I am not saying you have to make a joke about SFI - just try to say it in a different way. For example, if you made a mistake - tell them about it so that you can help them not to make the same mistake. You can say - you will not believe what this scatter brain did this week - I thought I'll be clever and do it this way .................. Needless to say, it was a disaster. I would've done a lot better if I did it this way .......

You would see your movers under your movers tab - pay special attention to them. Congratulate them when they achieve something. You can send them e-cards and congratulate them publically in your stream posts. Humans need acknowledgement, they need to know their efforts are seen and appreciated.

Be kind and caring and leave the warnings to SFI. They will warn affiliates that they have to make a plan to qualify as EA or they will loose their CSA's

So in short - show your team you notice their efforts and when they get discouraged be positive and give them workable solutions.

One thing is certain that mature business can certainly boost growth. One can adopt an entrepreneurial mindset that capitalizes on new growth opportunities. Following key points are noteworthy.

Leader Morale: Keep in mind that, if you're a leader, your team’s morale starts with you. It's up to you to be a good role model for your team. If your own morale is suffering, then it's vital that you work on rebuilding your own outlook and attitude first. Start by identifying why your own morale is low, and then come up with ways to adjust your mental attitude.

Often, this starts with action. For instance, perhaps your morale is down because of some sad incident in the family, or your income level has gone down for any reason. You can make yourself feel more positive and in control of the situation by getting organized, and by achieving measurable goals that will put you at ease. Work on rebuilding your self-confidence.

Remember, your team is always watching you: if you're feeling positive and confident, they will too. Some eager zebra game wins or auctions will also help build confidence – for you, and also your team with your beaming confidence.

It's a million dollar question-honestly.

The best quality of a Leader is: Inspiring his team members with his own experience and achievements.

People always love to seriously know his leader's performance. We can encourage them through regular mails, sms, chat line, phone calls, personal visits, etc, etc.

But, ultimately how much we have achieved - that matters most for them.

We have to earn their Trust - This is foremost.
We have to live up to their expectations.
We have to build a sold rapport and relationship with them;
We have to demonstrate that we are there for them to depend on;

We can support them and guide them and ultimately what ever we do should help them to stand on their own legs.

We have to show we are keen in their growth;
What ever we do, it should reflect our genuine concern for their success.

The primary thing to know is that SFI is a business and if you really want to earn some thing you need to be spot on the target..
so to be successful the main thing is need to have good team of down line..
to have a good team you have to be more cautious about your objective and be a regular communicator to your team . let them know the value of SFI . show them how they can earn . be a doer and then ask them to do .
offer them some good gifts like gift certificates and t-credits at regular intervals upon their successful steps.

make them trained with the SFI concepts prior to that be your self a perfect example answer to their questions immediately try to chat with them daily . keep them motivating
make sure that you share some affiliates to them along with gifts so that they should not feel that their down line is blank or empty.

before gifting them analyze their performance at the starting stages , if you feel that they are capable and punctual to their daily work then offer them gift certificates as we all are here to earn not to loose. giving to the needy is important thing. make sure that you honor the down line member who is really good in his daily activity then only it is worth full. as most of the persons who approach here are with the lack of funds. our proper guide lines and investments will fetch us the success..
