I used to send regular emails to the performing PSAs/CSAs. For inactive team members, I used to send mails once or twice in a week. Whenever a team is formed and team grows with a sizeable members of more than 100 team members, you will get an idea of nature of almost all affiliates. You yourself can judge who are interested in business and who are not. A team leader should spend more time for promising/performing team members. For inactive team members regular follow up is nothing but wastage of

What keeps a team moving? I think it is Eye's Fixed, Visions Clear.

We've all got dreams of making it ‘big’ one day, but how many of us actually follow through with those dreams? We make excuses for our lack of success, saying things like, “Life got in the way,” or “I can't handle anymore rejection.”

But not you! You're on the fast-track to fame and success. Isn't that so?

Think you've got what it takes to make it big? Here are some signs you're right:

1.

The best way to maintain or boost momentum in your team is to focus on building your team. Get the SBuilder: it builds steady. Send newletters every week, and celebrate any and all whether small or large successes.

The second best is to purchase Tcredits and use them on the Bid and Build. That method is slower, and requires more TCredits, but helps earn you lots of VP on it's way.

Focus on always recruiting and teaching; not on how fast or slow your team members are learning

To boost your momentum: Practice what you preach.

That is: Invest in S-Builder Co-op if you are asking your Affiliates to, Make sure You are taking care of your daily actions, etc.

Take action and show your Team what action leads to.

Advertise everyday.

Make sure that your profile is visible to your down-line so they can see your example.

Also, if you are able- give gifts and T-Credits to active members that do great things and show continued

Good question and we would all like to know the answer to this one!

How to boost the momentum and maintain a moderate level of momentum is a constant and steady task!

I do not bombard my people with the latest rage at SFI, I simply explain to them that we have the best gift anyone could ask for in SFI.

We need to pay attention to the marketplace and govern ourselves accordingly. I do not look for people to tell them about my business, rather, I take advantage of

In order to maintain the existing members of his group primarily needs to be monitored daily by what and how they work and help them to be successful SFI business. Without it there is no success. In the beginning, it happens that the group members forget to do a daily task, but until they get a certain routine in these matters, nor shall your help at hand. When group members learn the first steps, you should refer them to TripleClicks how can I open a shop, or simply carry out the purchase or sale

This is a very good question because the answer to it will affect how well you do in SFI and how successful you will be in this business.

I believe the first thing to do is to know and recognize every single member of your group, and this is can be made possible by sending regular mails to encourage them.

Another thing is to show them what to do to make it big in SFI, relate with them in such a way that they can ask you any questions without fear.

To maintain or boost

In order to maintain your Team - Keep in constant communication, be it via personal email; SFI email; etc.
In order to boost momentum in your Team - Give out Gift Certificates, as an incentive, to those who are really giving it their all.
Always keep your Team updated with the latest news and implementations at SFI. Example: A couple of weeks ago SFI started with "Bid & Build" whereby you earn 1 PSA for every 50TCredits used, on Pricebenders. What a fantastic way of getting
