so to be successful the main thing is need to have good team of down line..
to have a good team you have to be more cautious about your objective and be a regular communicator to your team . let them know the value of SFI . show them how they can earn . be a doer and then ask them to do .
offer them some good gifts like gift certificates and t-credits at regular intervals upon their successful steps.

make them trained with the SFI concepts prior to that be your self a perfect example answer to their questions immediately try to chat with them daily . keep them motivating
make sure that you share some affiliates to them along with gifts so that they should not feel that their down line is blank or empty.

before gifting them analyze their performance at the starting stages , if you feel that they are capable and punctual to their daily work then offer them gift certificates as we all are here to earn not to loose. giving to the needy is important thing. make sure that you honor the down line member who is really good in his daily activity then only it is worth full. as most of the persons who approach here are with the lack of funds. our proper guide lines and investments will fetch us the success..

this is good question as the communication with the down line is key for the success .
best way to communicate is using the sfi messenger and team mails . this is the best way and a professional way we consider sfi as a business and for which we have to maintain some standards of professionalism . the better way is to avoid mailing the down line to their personal mails like gmail,yahoo,etc. this might irritate the person. at the initial stage a frequent communication like three to four mails a week is good as it is to know the welfare of the affiliate in terms of sfi work and make him to know the concepts of sfi and to train him to-wards the success. as their success is always our success and keep them on the track once the affiliate seems to be on track then avoid too much mailing and just keep motivating him weekly and support him for his success.
in my way either it is PSA or CSA it doesn't matter for us as he is a down line member and both will fetch us the success , so keep them motivating know their interest of communication methodology ..

yes, its a best way to reassign the PSAs to someone in their own country . because the communication with them makes them most comfortable and not only that it gives the opportunity to the downline to be more active as their communicating language would be the same . gives some kind of confidence to the down line that one of his upline member is his country person and can go a head with more spirit. this is the best way to make successful duplication process.
