I use a direct mail program. Write a letter introducing yourself and TripleClicks. Send to ten prospects each month along with a brochure, x-card, and gift card. Send ECA postcard the he month to remind them. I use this for internet vendors as well as brick and mortar stores. If the store is near you, you can follow up in person!

I also embarrass my husband and children by talking to every manager of every small business we patronize. There is no better advertisement than you!

Ideally you want to contact a prospective ECA face to face, as this form of direct communication is most effective.
You could walk in to your local businesses and introduce TripleClicks’ unique value proposition. It is easier to get a conversation going if you are already familiar with your environment and have seen/met (some of) your prospects before.

The second best option is contact through your website. Not everyone is comfortable with ‘in-your-face’ communication and by

A good question.

Before I answer your question about the best way to contact prospective ECAs, I would like to draw your attention to what type of ECAs to target, as it is relevant to your question?

You can target the following categories:

SMEs (Small Medium Enterprises) – These groups are usually managed by either one active Director, Partner or Senior Family member, who are responsible for all decisions, marketing and advertising and growth of the enterprises.

There are several ways. But always step up to a potential new ECA professionally. If it is face to face, try to look for business, that your voice sounds safe and of course a smile. Smile But you can see in his eyes. Not affected.
Explain first, what is TClicks. It's great for their business because they will see their products all over the world in countries that they want. They have great products that are current. It's all free. As for advertising, we are together in charge.

Direct Mail is one way of contacting prospective ECAs. Create a mailing list of prospective ECAs and send them TC ECA brochures with your SFI ID number.

Telemarketing is another way to contact prospective ECAs. Local phone numbers can be obtained from Yellow Pages.

Going door to door to drop off ECA brochures is another way. In the process there could be some personal contacts to explain what is ECA about to the prospects.

Visiting the stores which you always frequent

Face-to-face is probably the best way. It is important, I think, to build a rapport with them so they know they can trust you.

Also, it is worthless explaining to & inviting someone who has not got the authority to make the decision. be very sure that you are talking to the manager and/or owner of the business you are approaching.

Also, listen for clues from people you talk to about businesses that are looking for another outlet for the goods - you can provide them with

First, make sure you are familiar with the ECA program so you are prepared to answer any questions about it.

Decide what you want to say, in a way that is comfortable for YOU to say. Bring a brochure. Be yourself. Keep it short and to the point; most owners and store managers are very busy and it shows you respect that.

Overall, keep in mind also that even if someone doesn't sign up right away, that doesn't mean they won't later. Just like sometimes it takes many interactions

From my experience you can start out by searching the yellow pages on-line @ yp.com. With that tool you will get all of the crucial information you will need about that business model and how the ECA program will help them expand their business presence and branding. First thing out, you will want to give them a cold call to inquire about providing the ECA services. With that initial call ask to speak to the manager or owner, with this forging action you want to create rapport or a lasting relationship

On my personal experience, what I do is I look for online shops in social networking sites and inbox them, ask them if they could be interested in having their products listed at TripleClicks. Then, I will promote my TripleClicks link. For me, this is effective because most of the time, they respond.

I also search for companies in the web and send them letters through emails inviting them to be a member of TripleClicks. There are many ways how we can contact a prospective ECA as provided

Personally, I will have to let you know :)

Seriously, though, I googled small and medium scale industries in my area to find their contact details. Then I sent them an email introducing TripleClicks and the ECA programme. I explained to them about the targetted customers (meaning us affiliates!) and you won't get any better targeting because we check out our store everyday!

Another method I use is by snailmail. I write an introductory note in my local language (on TripleClicks
