hi my friend,one of the best way i used is to gather a list of small a medium businesses in my area and pay them a visit for an appointment with them when they are available and then work from there with other details of trippleclicks/ECA explaination to them,where you may provided a contact or email address to communicate with these prospects,

or use the yellow pages and lookup for ECA prospects,get the contact number and ask to speak to the owner or manager of the business,to set up a meeeting,to do this there is a question and answer section of the ECA page that explain you how to go about making the calls to set up an appointment, this is my way and advice which i think is best.do hope this helps.

The best way to contact a prospective ECA I would say is maybe mail out a ECA post card and then try to contact them by phone or in person.
If they seem interested on the phone then I would go in and meet them face to face and take the brochure and explain what TripleClicks is about and how you can help them get more business by having them join TripleClicks.

Your system will minimize the ECAs’ start up challenges and therefore help to make them more successful. Differentiate yourself from your competitors. Then, email the getting started info, auto responder course, video instructions, screencast videos ,phone consultation and in-person consultation for ECAs target. If you document as much as possible in the form of PDF report then you may find that tool is all your need. Be effective and efficiente.
