Being a Team Leader you have a great responsibility to your affiliates.

What are the expectations of being a Team Leader?

- Build a team that promotes teamwork. This is a big challenge for a Team Leader. You must learn other people-their ideas, interests, viewpoints- so that you can do a better job in serving them Your sponsored affiliates are from different nationalities.

SFI is a business where an affiliate's success is mainly dependent on his team .Qualifying as a team leader means that we have an active team to back us . Team of a good no. of active members who are at least maintaining EA2 rank and as a team leader our aim must be to motivate them to maintain there current rank or to advance them to a higher rank.

A team leader must always be ready to guide his team when ever they require any assistance .Provide them with all the latest updates and

Being a leader is to set the pace with your team and supporting them to achieve your success in duplication. Not until your PSAs/CSAs can recruit and teach their PSAs/CSAs to recruit can you be as successful as you would like because that is true duplication.

So how to achieve? Getting two way conversations using whatever medium needed. Be a listening ear and be there when needed so no-one feels alone or lost. Share good news (which we have in abundance) and share hints and tips. Don't

Great. Question!

To make rank as a team leader is not difficult. However, the expectations of a team leader in SFI is quite high.

Team leaders in any business have high expectations. Team leaders in online marketing have an extra challenge just by the mere landscape of people whom you are leading. No matter how great of a leader you are, the Internet is full of doubters. The quicker one can trust you the better leader you will become.

Developing a trusting

1 2 3 Diversity
2 1 3 Product Knowledge & CPD
3 2 1 Innovative Ideas

It does not matter in which order you place the above requirements, in leading a business, the leader must be able to fit these points into the business to enable it to flourish whether 6 levels down, 8 or 12.

Diversity will involve the various ways in which you handle your affiliates-they are your business. You cannot deal with them all in the same manner-some need more care than others, some

Interesting question, but I like it.
To be a team leader in the SFI business in addition for the qualification in terms of VP points are:
1. As a team leader you need to maintained your Leadership page ever so often.
2. You need to be in regular communication with both your PSA and CSA helping them to develop a successful business.
3. As a team leader you need to lead by example in all aspects of the SFI business.
4. As a team leader you need to have a good mentor in the

Well of course besides fulfilling and meeting all the requirements n criteria accorded for Team Leadership one has to obviously set a good example and be a positive role model and  be able to not only offer support, encouragement and motivation to gear up and propel your team mates to do equally well if not better then you thru the various channels available and to maximise all the available resources that SFI has to offer .

Focus on the power of Duplication and mentoring  and keep sponsoring

Hello all,

Think the best way to approach being a Team Leader is by leading by example, When I started my first month I reached Silver Team Leader.

I wouldn't advise people to do this, instead I would advise them just to qualify as EA the first month, Anyway getting back to the question in hand!

As Team Leader, you will be best serving your Team of Affiliates as Teacher, mentor, friend, to this end always be on hand for advice & help.

Do everything

In SFI, we have levels like BTL, STL, GTL,and PTL. But believe me, even if you are not one of these, so long as you have PSAs and CSAs allotted to you i.e you have an active downline and you are expected to inform, motivate and guide them to perform certain desired objectives, you are a "Team Leader".

Now let me share something with you ; I was a Team Leader for the past 30 odd years in financial institutions, from middle level to top level, leading teams of 10 to 1500, in
