This question reminds me of a saying "You can take a horse to a pond but you cant force the horse to drink"
But at the same time this question also remind me that how King Richards watched a spider fails about so many times and finally succeed in building its web.
Don't worry keep on encouraging such affiliates repeatedly a time will come one day they will break the shackles.
Your support to these kind of affiliates should be in such a way that it kindles their interest in

Friends wil you know this word “NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE”, it's simply not for them.
many years of network marketing has taught me that some people really just can't handle such a business, they'd prefer the routine lifestyle, safe money....sometimes, people simply think the money is too good to be true, this comes from a slight amount of small mindedness. sometimes people think it is simply too overwhelming.
you need to work

Don't give up from your affiliates.I have one of the CSAs who asked me after two months how SFI working. And now he is EA.Send your team mails regularly, try to motivate people. But stay focused on workers.Workers is our key of the success.Just, share your success in team mails and try to encourage others to follow you.If they don't want follow your path, that is their loss, not yours.See you on top. :)

Hi Jacinta, your question is many of us and is not easy to answer without taking into account the personal experiences. I have sent warm personal messages to each of the affiliates on my genealogy and not got a response. It is difficult to understand the situation of the people, if you don't have knowledge of their difficulties or their interest, why is that not we could never judge their attitude. In any case, I do not send emails that exist as models, but using an invitation to a dialogue is more

My grandfather used to say: "You can take on force something, but you can never give on force anything". So when I receive a new affiliate, I send him wellcome letter, I send him another letter with all the necessary informations to make his start in SFI as easier as it can be. I give him my mail, my fb and skype, so he can contact me. And if he doesn't, I stop trying. I send him weekly team mails as long as he is in my genealogy. But nothing special. I concentrate to work with the

We must assume that the great majority of the affiliates we get are not going to do anything at all.

Many enter SFI because they get paid to sign in. That is the way many co-ops get their prospects. The coop pays a few cents and you pay the co-op a few dollars. The coop gets a packet and you get nothing.

Others, let´s face it, get scared by the lot of things they have to do and understand.

The majority have a language problem.

So, you are left with a few

I will just keep sending them Team mails, at least two mails every week. Obligate myself to send out two separate Team mails, one to my active affiliates saying the usual encouragement tips, and one to the inactive affiliates encouraging them to come back and try it out again, reminding them the benefits they can get if they will start all over again. If ever they will return in the future, I will send them gifts or TCredits to encourage them to continue, and send them regular encouragement tips

It's really up to your affiliates if they are going to take the business serious. I would give them encouragement and acknowledge when they are working on it. If they become inactive I may ask if all is well with them just to let them know I care. If they choose to be inactive then you just need to let them be. Maybe they will come back or maybe you can transfer them to another team leader who may be able to do something with them. Sometimes it;s just all about the timing and you can't let it get

Hi Jacinta,

Yes all of us wanted to be one an awesome Sponsor. After all you did everything on your part then its more than enough.
