I think if your financial is ok, gift card or TC transfer are the best, But if not then do reassignment. But be a habit to give this way for me this will turn them to be dependent on you. As every time if you offering them such way they will rely on you every time they have shortage VPs. And once they feel some difficulties this will goes to frustration. You better encourage them to do DUPLICATION and ADVERTISEMENT. Explain very the important of this 2 things. First in this ways you are building a strong team, residual and leverage income. Rather to give them such output. Let say you give them 20 TC good he reach EA then after that how he will over come the on going activities? Infact becoming EA is not difficult if he just complete the TO DO LIST and Getting Starting you will get. But dont look for that we always looking for the coming future as the higher rank or status you are aiming the more VPs we needed. So we need to make plan how to achieve this. We need Full determination, Persistent and investment as well. Rank will be nothing if we dont have active donwlines. Otherwise you do it all from your own pocket just to get the required VPs. Teach them the proper and always tell the truth and possible way of SFI.

The Best Way to Build team -with true team spirit...I think you need to know first who they are or in short let know each other and be friendly to them. Then once become comfortable to each other do a conference call or meeting. Discuss the matter that this business needed a strong TEAM work.
Explain the here in SFI will not work if your alone. If they need to grow easily and earn good quick so this good TEAM work is a must.
At least do briefing every month especially if you so in your downlines there when they reach EA2 prepare them for the possible thing for their becoming Team Leader.As this most

Then go on greetings, you greetings should be exciting and encouraging. Then the content or your message should be consistent and specific. Don't used any words not sure, maybe,or I think. Always be consistent. This they can test you how deep you engage in this company which you promoting. The step by step give details or brief description of SFI. Give clue on what they gonna expect once they accept your offer.

Yes all of us wanted to be one an awesome Sponsor.After all you did everything on your part then its more than enough. Always think the DONTs in SFI Rules.DONTs 8.Dont put all your time in the skeptic type of affiliate but dont ignore your workers...If one affiliate is eager to learn nor to be serious in this business then they are the one will ask you for her/his curiousity or seriousness to learn.Even the affiliate shown very active in couple of months we still not able to determined whether they will stay or not. Because once they are not satisfied with thier commission then this another reason to get them opt out.
Just work with worker and success only cann achieve for those have full determination and dcission..

In my own experience to much is those who send me email like a poem or novel. I have receiving a very very long email.I think Avoid this type of messages affiliate have no time to read that. Avoid video call. Not all people accepting this type especially we different time zone. Might those affiliate sleeping and keep on calling.My best advice to them Add me in facebook and just send me message at anytime Because Im not open all the time here in SFI.Or watsapp more better. Set what is more convinience to you.

Preparing for second month is little bit difficult than the first month.Because in the first month very easy to get VP while the second month tell them that for to maintain thier EA at least you order an SO and or join to bidding its another source to get VP.Keep reading SfI tools,join in forum and teach them to adk Question so that community will help them to grow easily.Good luck

Its a great question, Traditional and SFI business.
Well its a big difference in many ways. Traditional business you need to move accordingly your presence should always be there at least 12 hours or more.As if you get more income daily. Where this you dont need to do in SFI you can stay without specific time as important you log in daily and do your daily task 2-3 hrs daily is very good.
Second traditional is not accessible if your store or business let say in Las Vegas your business will be close if your not there or else you will pay somebody to look after you while this SFI wherever you go once you see computer shop hooops I will log in to my SFI business or even in your mobile while you are inside your bed room you can earn $$$.
Third in LAUNCHPAD lesson if you remember other business when you stop working yor income will STOP as well, but in SFI it will not happen once you become team leader and you have active downlines your income is continue. We still have a lot of differences but I think this 3 I gave to you will help to enlighten you mind to focus on SFI.

Convincing someone with money involvement is little bit harsh. In that way they will not feel comfortable. As they knew the important of SO but they are not ready yet to spend monthly for that SO. Why some do not set SO easily like that? Because they are not yet decided whether they will stay or they will stop. Infact SO is not free you need to pay monthly. I will tell you base on my techniques. I have 17 badges. Im in BTL but I dont have SO. Why? its not free. In my way now I order whenever I need. If i saw that I need little action points then I order 10 tc then I I used for bidding then if still not enough the MRP I order another TC thats all. You should have techniques not because you have SO you can grow high. SO it depends on them the way the like to build . Just advice them for not to quit, do duplication this i think is a must for their best income. and advertise on free site.

First i will recommend you google why this is my first priority? Google has many wider scope it has Ad Sense, Google +,Ad words, Blogger,You tube, Picassa Web, and Talk. In just one advertisement just set your setting to connect on their site then all of the people who use on this sites will see your post. This all site of own by google sure you will get good traffic. Next Religious group.There's a lot of religion that you can directly contact one of the them them it will spread to their member, next schools.
