What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

I will just keep sending them Team mails, at least two mails every week. Obligate myself to send out two separate Team mails, one to my active affiliates saying the usual encouragement tips, and one to the inactive affiliates encouraging them to come back and try it out again, reminding them the benefits they can get if they will start all over again. If ever they will return in the future, I will send them gifts or TCredits to encourage them to continue, and send them regular encouragement tips or offer them help.

You can have your affiliates converse with you regularly by initiating the conversation first. Send them encouraging words and tips on how to succeed in this home business endeavor. Tell them that you are always available to help them if they will need you and better still encourage them to reach a level of accomplishment, say EA status,BTL status or higher and reward them with TCredits. Email them regularly, at least every three days and always review their VP ledgers so that you can monitor their lowest points and offer them your help,thus you can build good relationships with them.

Attracting ECAs in areas where would be costumers do not yet trust online businesses, the following methods can be applied:
1.Door to door advertising - distribute ECA Brochures , be sure to give them to the proper persons and include your business card so that after reading the brochures contacting you is not a problem to them.
2.Telemarketing- in doing this method you must equipped yourself with the knowledge about the ECA Program so that if questions will be asked you can give them good answers and have positive result.
3.Direct Mail Campaign - you can prepare your mailing list and use ECA postcards and get best results too.
