How can you keep your downline from quitting and giving up on SFI?

Hi! You cannot force your downline to quit and giving up from SFI, but you can do a lot of things to let them think before they quit. SFI is a good internet business having been in this arena for quite sometime (15years), and there are voluminous testimony that can prove this record. All you can do is to keep encouraging them why they should keep this business and eventually earn in the coming future.

What would you consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team?

I consider too much communication is when you keep on repeating what you already had communicated to your affiliates. Well, it's a different story, when you just try to remind them. Too much and unnecessary are just annoying to one's ear and it doesn't help at all. Let your affiliates also have the chance to learn and discover on his own the things he needed to learn. Our role is just to support them and not to spoon feed them.

Welcome to life! People have different perspective in life and their eyes are blinded of what they believe. We are engaging into business, and this business is a "number game", the more recruits you have, the more chances of getting "Active Affiliates".
The best thing to do is not to be affected with your situation. Focus is the keyword to success. Continue to set your goals and be patient, hard work produces result! Be persistent!

How do you explain to new affiliates what VersaPoints are and what they are used for?

Hi! This is a very basic question, of course you need to let the new affiliates understand the nature of this business. To make it simple, in every business there is always rules to follow and to make you successful, they put a goal in it to make sure that when you enter this business there should always something that you should follow. In SFI we call it Versa Points (VP) before you can advance to the next level you should earn versa points (i.e. VP)and to make it short, you should work to earn this points. That is why in every action that you do, there is always a corresponding points that you earn.

Member Reward Points or MRP are reward points given to you every time you bid in the TripleClicks and as a prize when you win in the raffles. You can redeem this in various products with each corresponding MRP such as IPads, Magazines, TCredits etc.
The importance of MRP is that when you run out of VersaPoints to qualify yourself as an EA and you don't have money to buy products for it's corresponding VPs, Then you can use your MRP to buy 1 TCredit for a corresponding VP of 102. This is the impotance of MRP, as an emergency tool for your business.

How can I find affiliates who are truly interested in SFI and who will remain active?

Finding an affiliates is really a challenge and even more letting them remain active. SFI business is a lot more interesting because they give you free training, including coaches on forum, a2a friends, and even ask SC. You will learn a lot here in SFI, you don't even need to find it outside because you can have your PSAs and CSAs through TripleClick, bidding or even buy it. The only thing you need is to build them, and gather a many affiliates as you can so that there will always be an active affiliates left in the funnel. The more affiliates you have, the more chances that you will have active affiliates.
