How can you keep your downline from quitting and giving up on SFI?

Hello Zina:
I've done this same question many times and believe me it is not for lack of communication, because I have tried by all means to contact with the descending line and it has proved impossible. Only one of the affiliates is in permanent contact and it is not pure coincidence, is fighting with much success to reach its EA2.
I would like to be in contact daily with the Group of people that make up the team together to analyze possibilities, eliminate doubts, obtain benefits and feel the joy of growth in this business together. This is not a criticism of anyone. Really we don´t know the aspirations that led them to join SFI, or difficulties of any kind that other people have but I would like to convey that personally and with all the hardship that I have, I believe in this program and am agrees that it will not be today for tomorrow, but if in the near future will achieve what I have proposed. If members of my team are seeing this message I ask that don't give up nor be discouraged, there are many alternatives that allow us to grow not as fast as we would like, but with a solid base.

What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

Hi Jacinta, your question is many of us and is not easy to answer without taking into account the personal experiences. I have sent warm personal messages to each of the affiliates on my genealogy and not got a response. It is difficult to understand the situation of the people, if you don't have knowledge of their difficulties or their interest, why is that not we could never judge their attitude. In any case, I do not send emails that exist as models, but using an invitation to a dialogue is more personal and I will continue to insist that it would make me feel good to get any of those people responded to me and we started together to build up a good chance of overcoming in what we are doing. My best suggestion is that you do not give up quickly or settings to all them alike, really we don't know their motivations.

Should we recruit our family members into SFI? Good idea or not?

After having gone over one month through pages of SFI through which I have learned so much from the program and I have been able to achieve the goals I had set, I can assure you that in several days I have analyzed the answers that were published to your question and I think that who makes this training with interest, perseverance, effort, dedication, enthusiasm, to achieve what he want, have the appropriate response. Are there in your family someone who wants to build this SFI building with those values to be applied in order to have event? If your answer is Yes, don't waste time show him the good business and help him to move forward.

How do I get my a2a friends to offer positive support and assistance?

Paul: your question is very important because I have worked hard in the duplication with my down line and unfortunately I can not assure having an answer that makes me feel satisfied. On the other hand in my first two months already I have 150 friends a2a in many parts of the world with which we have shared correspondence, suggestions and up to us have helped each other to find solutions to some questions or procedures. I have started some time ago to incorporate my genealogy as a2a and I have not had results. I wish that this comment serves to continue insisting on communication with the downline, while incorporating new a2a and maintain permanent contacts. To find them it is simple, daily visit your table a2a in the task list, select them, and send them a request for friendship in the box that appears under the photo.

I don´t know how is the time that you assign to "fast". I think that quickly is the first month to dedicate yourself to read, study and understand the basics of SFI and how it works. Already in the second month, it is almost necessary one SO that you can devote more time to all parts of the project such as the sale of products, ECA´s, greater dedication to duplication, achieve new PSA´s interested in progress. Having secured the VP for the month, begin to develop effective business that will lead to economic gain.

How do you set proper goals for yourself in SFI?

I believe that the answer to this question must be analysed by parties and not in the form generalized. Talk about goals in SFI is to consider 1-personal goals that depend only on own dedication to work and training. Arriving in the second month, as EA or leaders of team, we recognize that the targets set for the first month must be corrected and adjusted to the reality. 2. If we talk about economic goals are will depend on our financial situation and that of other members of the team. You will have great importance which can do much of our work with regard to the offers and promotions that awaken the interest of our contacts through websites, emails and communications. 3. The long-term goals, are filled with enthusiasm, dreams, aspirations, illusions but will depend on 1 and 2. Either way, are goals we set and we want to achieve, that will become reality as the days go.

How do you handle being rejected over and over again when presenting the SFI opportunity to others?

Friend David: very interesting question, because all of us have lived and are living this experience daily. The responses I've read there are many and all leave a similar message. 1.- talk about Internet, for many people who need a help financial, it is not accepted with great joy either by lack of knowledge, lack of time, lack of confidence in programs and more. 2. normally people prefer activities that are profitable immediately and without any investment. 3. others peoples await to see the results we get for any decision. Basically, these are the problems we face. In our day to day in SFI, our enthusiasm grows and as we know already that it is, we feel safe and motivated, but to transmit it to other people to arouse your interest may be that we do not do it in the most appropriate way and believe that they are rejecting the offer of joining free to a world that unknown. This not can be considered a rejection nor you nor to SFI, even less decrease your mood go ahead, otherwise take more force that on all sides there are people who will be interested by this program.

How can I convince my downline of the benefits of having a Standing Order without them feeling pressured?

To answer this question must take into account the real position both the sponsor and the PSA/CSA. One of the suggestions of SFI is give the example. In my case in particular, I do not have one SO for a very special reason, that in my country to make credit card payments in foreign currency, the Central Bank approval is required and this approval I have applied but has not been approved yet. I believe in SFI and even more believe in what I'm doing and the goals that I've set. The first month I have worked hard to achieve them and I'll keep doing it to keep me. What they've accomplished is it have commented to my downline family and some have already put it into practice. Satisfaction see my friends with similar situations to take suggestions and apply them. I think that if it wasn't for these difficulties I have, already had bought one SO much that would have simplified my task. But, it is also possible to have not learned everything I learned and that I'm now passing. I agree that it is important to have one, but it is not fundamentally to grow in SFI, there are alternatives but that if require enthusiasm and dedication.
