At first welcome to your new affiliate.Explain about SFI Compensation plan & rules.Congrats your successful leader in your group & show them how they are successful.
Be careful that If u earn $100 in a month ,then you can show them how you earn $100,not $1000.

1.Each time an SFI affiliate that you have personally sponsored–OR a TC member , you earn 45% of the CV.
What is CV? CV is Commission Volume.

2.You participate in monthly TC Executive Pool but if you are not minimum EA you will not. The more VP you score, the more you will earn from the TripleClicks Executive Pool!

3.A minimum of TWO (2) CSAs are allotted to you each month you attain the rank of EA (minimum 1500 VP)—available on or about the 12th of each month.

First you have to explain how the compensation plan works. What is Versa Point. How it is earned. What are the different methods of earning versa Points.
Then you have to explain what is EA,EA2,BTL,STL,GTL & PTL.
It is only after the group has understood the above concepts should you ask them to go through SFI Compensation Plan.
Then only the group will understand the advantages of becoming EA or EA2 or BTL or STL or GTL or PTL

I have three ways to present SFI Compensation Plan to my group so that they are excited about working and learning with SFI:

1. I will copy the "Compensation Plan" in a word Document/word Pad. Copy & keep it ready for sending.

2. Send a CSA/PSA Mailer to the group.

3. You can use mails of individual PSAs

4. Place your Compensation on your Blog & redirect your group of SFI affiliates to it.

These methods should help
