I present the SFI compensation Plan as the most important aspect of their training and I always relate to my group to study the Compensation Plan thoroughly in order to get paid well. Most new Affiliates will jump in the business with a big bang , make EA their first month and never take time to totally understand how they get paid so when they see their first check, they become disillusioned, disappointed and frustrated because it is so small. Then, they lose their motivation and excitement and feel that the business is a waste of time so they opt out, fall by the wayside or eventually quit. Does that sound familiar?

To eliminate that , I always try to encourage my group and let them know up front that this is not a quick get rich business.They can have achieve unlimited income but it is going to take time and patience. They will be working towards growing a monthly residual check and if they focus on doing the right things that get results, they can expect to see it increase every month. The Compensation plan allows you to get paid so many different ways so when you you know how it works, you can focus your work efforts towards achieving the results that you want.

In training my group to help them understand the Compensation plan, make money and be successful in SFI,there are a few questions that I ask them in order to stay focused and be on track.

Example Questions.....

1. Are you making EA and doing what is necessary to maintain your status each month?

2. Do you have a Standing Order set up?

3. Are you scoring as many Versapoints as you can each month and not making it hard by having a mindset just to score only 1500 pts?

4. Are you constantly improving yourself to be the best coach and sponsor to guide everyone in your group toward success by encouraging and motivating them to achieve the EA level in order to gain the full benefits of the compensation plan?

5. Are you shopping at our TripleClicks website and also creating your personal wishlist?

6. Are you making sponsoring a regular routine to easily grow your business with new PSAs?

7. Are you constantly adding TripleClicks Customers to your business?

8. Do you have an established team of 5 serious people who are following the example you laid out for them by maintaining EA status each month?


* These Action plans are some of the basic elements of the Compensation plan that you can commit to if you want to earn money in the business.

It is human nature to struggle for what he feels will benefit him. All successful businesses got an attractive Compensation Plan for their workers. SFI got a very comprehensive and practical Compensation Plan, excellent for all related.

First of all you have to work hard and get a prominent status and earnings here. Then you will be an excellent and real example to your group so that they will be excited about working and earning with SFI.

They will listen to you. Just explain all the parts of SFI Compensation Plan, specially, Direct Commissions, Executive pool bonuses, Co-Sponsor Commissions and earning through ECA sales/referals.

Tell them methods with which you got your level of earning here. Keep everything easy and step by step which they can understand and take action.

New members need sense of direction, they need clear goals that can show them how they can make money and become successful here. Understanding what drives the compensation is the key in them becoming active and maintaining that interest for long enough time so they can achieve some significant results.

To me, here are the most important things they need to understand:

- they need to sponsor new affiliates, lots of new affiliates to find the workers. This is the only way to become Silver Team Leader and above. If will need to sponsor lots of people at some point to reach the top, why not start doing it right away?

- learn about TripleClicks store and find out what products can be beneficial to them and get them through their Standing Order. New members need to understand that is a fastest way to become a Bronze Team Leader. There are huge benefits in that, like getting their monthly share of unassigned CSAs and increased compensation on Executive pool commissions.

- learn to compete in all contests available to them like E365, Daily Grand, Pick-The-Price, T-Time, team contests. All those will create more opportunities for them like more affiliates or TCredits and so on.

- figure out how actually commission cycle works, i.e. you accumulates VPs, then on the 1st of the next month it goes to 0 (that is a big shocker for many people) but you can paid on those through the Executive Pool, then you go get more VPs and so on every month.

Combining all of the above strategies will insure your affiliates will know what to expect and be in perfect position to gain the most out of SFI Compensation Plan.

Everyone joins a Business to earn an Income. If they understand clearly as to how they can maximize their earnings then they will be quite excited and work with a commitment to reach their Goal.


Most people do not fully understand the Compensation Plan of SFI. This is the reason they are unable to become successful.

To begin with just make them understand the levels they need to achieve and what is the earnings they can expect by doing it. For example once they qualify EA they can earn some Income from the TC Executive pool share. You must also teach them that they need to qualify EA status every month as the VP becomes 0 at the beginning of the next month. Once they qualify Team Leader they can earn on matching VP share on their Team up to varying levels depending on the level of TL they qualify.

Qualifying EA in the first month is easy and can be achieved in the second month also without incurring much expenses. By this time they should build their Team and those members who qualify EA will help them in growing to higher levels.


Next is Earning Direct Commissions : Each time an SFI affiliate that you have personally sponsored–OR a TC member that you have personally referred–places an order at TripleClicks.com, you earn 45% of the CV. For every $100 purchase your potential earning is $45.

CSA Commissions : Each time an SFI affiliate that you have personally sponsored–OR a TC member that you have personally referred–places an order at TripleClicks.com, you earn 15% of the CV. For every $100 purchase your potential earning is $15.

ECA Commissions : This is best suited for people who are good at marketing as they can reach the world wide market through Tripleclicks. Other associates will also promote for them and can sponsor new ECAs too.

You can earn 10% on the CV of your personally referred ECA which is a Royalty Income.

Ask these questions to every active member of your Team

Are you qualifying EA every month?

Do you have a standing Order?

Are you Learning something new about SFI and TripleClicks every month.?

Is your Team Growing?

These above in my opinion will go a long way in making the whole Team successful.

I always start with the obvious, and state to them that
when they sell something, they get paid.

All the other features like matching points and downline commissions are not effective until they develop and teach their downline, but the "sell something, get paid commission" can give immediate results they can see.

Once they understand this then encourage them to build downline and see that the "You tell 2 people and they tell 2 people, and they tell 2 people" pyramid can lead to many years of residual income with unlimited downline potential.

Keeping it simple makes it easier not to overwhelm people at the beginning.

I never try to go with everything what's written in Compensation Plan. Better make it even simpler so that new member's don't get overwhelmed . Once they become familiar with SFI and it's plan , they themselves can go through every aspects of the business or when I feel they are ready for next level, I myself inform them about other aspects of the business.

For New bee's, I only inform them about 1st four points of Compensation plan:-

1) Direct Commissions

2)TripleClicks Executive Pool

3)Co-Sponsor Commissions

4)TCredit Bonus

I think it's o.k to make the plan even simpler for new member's.

This is a very good question. I compiled a getting started guide for my downline. In this guide I have a section that outlines the multiple income streams available to all SFI affiliates. I have also outlined other benefits such as the free tcredits awarded each month based on status. I feel that if they see all income options upfront then they will hopefully have an easier time of seeing that at least one or more is a viable option for them.

I sent this Message to my Team using the compensation plan as my guide to get them excited.

Dear Team,
We are here at SFI to earn. Do not be swayed from that objective. The best way to ensure that we earn is to follow where the money are.

There are two major sources of income here at SFI:

1. Share from Executive Pool - This is 40% of the company-wide profit(CV) from TripleClicks. You must be at least an EA to get share from this pool.

This money is substantially BIG if you can harvest matching VPs, because your share is proportionate to the number of VPs you earned and harvested.

You harvest from your down-lines who are turning EA2 and above if you are at least a BTL. The higher your rank the deeper you can mine matching VPs. This is the goldmine here at SFI.
