Most definitely! When you show yor affiliates, both PSAs and CSAs that you are moving up the ranks and that you are a hard worker and that you lead by example and you help them by communicating effectively with them and help them by awarding them for their work and by helping them t achieve higher levels when things are going not so well in teir personal lives, financially and otherwise, you gain trust from them and they will follow your example. However, please remember that some affiliates, no

Definitely! Moving up my personal rank in SFI will help to gain my downline members more trust and belief in SFI business. As one Harold Green once said,"I don't believe in just ordering people to do things. You have to sort of grab an oar and row with them." It's important to walk the walk and talk the talk to show our downlines that they're not alone even if they're on their own.

And like them, I log in daily, visit my homepage, do the basics, do the daily, weekly and monthly

Absolutely. As you moving up your personal rank in SFI, your downlines will look you up as their leader. What ever you do, they will follow and this is the power of duplication. Keep it up.

Trust won't be a factor AT FIRST with an unknown affiliate, no matter your rank. But higher rank does suggest authority and experience. People under you will PRESUME you know what you are doing. They may ask you EXACTLY how you achieved what you have--and you HAD BETTER deliver with clear ongoing information. Or trust WILL become an issue--as in LACK OF IT.

Certainly, YES. We are sitting in a glass house and people do not do what we preach, they do what we do. It is, therefore highly imperative that we create an example to our downlines by advancing our personal rank in SFI. This will not only help our downlines to gain trust and belief in our Leadership but will also set an example for them. Networking is a business of duplication and as such when our downlines will duplicate us their downlines will also follow them.

Moving your rank to the highest level of your ability with help your downline have trust and faith in you. Like alot of things in any business or life in general being an example to your peers is the best form of teaching! Your rank shows your PSA's and CSA's the effort you have put into the business. This same effort is what you should expect from them. It is your job to train, teach, motivate and lead as an example in this business to Succeed. For what you sow today you reap for years to come!!!

I will have to go against the flow and answer NO!

Rank is not everything. Team building is! You could be a GTL, but without a downline going to that level, that rank title is just for show. Re-assigning affiliates to say 5 of your PSA movers, would boost your team helping them to become leaders and then the tree will bear fruit. The thinking of rank shows success doesn't bear much fruit when the commissions don't support it. But having 5 BTL's or STL's will give you the rank that you value.

Be assured that it will. I also believe that supporting your team is where the trust is gained/built.

I think moving up your rank in SFI is good, especially for your SFI Business, but I am not sure it will help gain the trust and loyalty of your downline members. Sure it will let them know you believe in the business and are working toward a higher goal and have the knowledge to get there. I think to really gain the trust of your downline you have to let them know that you are definitely there for them also. That if they need help, you will be there, make sure they know where and how to reach

When your new affiliate is starting with SFI, I believe that your rank contributes to his/her trust and confidence in you and your communication. Six months later, I suggest that trust comes from your interaction with that affiliate, or lack of it, more than your rank.

That said, I believe your rank has more to do with inspiring confidence in your working affiliates. As they see you work for, and communicate your desire for, advancing in the ranks, serious workers wonder what you do and
