Will moving up my personal rank in SFI help to gain more trust from my downline members and help fuel further growth?

YES, because of doing so, moving up your personal rank will encourage your members to do the same. It will keep them more serious to spend more time to log in everyday to hit the target each month.

Trust is the basis for all the relationships in your life. Without trust, it's impossible to create healthy and productive environments, either in work or personal situations.
Be aware that others are watching you, assessing your values system and integrity. People want to be assured that their trust, followed closely by their respect is being placed in a safe place--your hands--and that they are indeed wise to follow where you lead.
When people trust you, they are more willing to give their best, as they know that they always get your best. This leadership quality is sometime referred as integrity or honor, but all these terms have the same basic meaning: you say what you do and do what you say...period.

Without question you have to remember that you can't expect other people to do what you are not doing yourself. Always lead by example - login every day, click on your to-do list, complete all your training, advertise your referral links and tell everyone you know to do the same - plus don't forget to use the products yourself, then you can tell other people how good they are!
Definitely YES,...YES, YES, YES. For me, I really feel like achieving Team leader status and then eventually Platinum would be an amazing achievement for me and if you feel the same, i know that the pride and belief in your own business will show through and rub off. This will show your down-line you are committed and SERIOUS about your business. Also, the longer you stay at your status the more it will show your level of commitment and people follow those who get it done. They want to be like you. However the title alone i think is not enough. You need to be there and active in their progressing journey into SFI and this will show them you are also committed to them. I believe this is much more important than the title but, a bigger title will always help. If you show them you care about them evolving into a successful marketer they will trust in you and follow your lead. With the high ranking title they will be more inclined to believe you can get them there because you did it yourself. Having a VIP title and the badges to go with it will also help you promote that the process works!!

The best way to encourage anyone is by showing how much you believe in what you are doing. That will immediately disarm any doubts in your leadership.
I agree with Lobo Good communication with your team will build trust with them. My sponsor is not that far ahead of me on ranks. But he talks with me everyday even comes by my job. The other thing is if you are doing "warm" these people should know you, so it should be easier for trust

A person rising in ranks is working to achieve, and an achiever is one to be believed. I think it is very important, when working a program, that you do all that you can do and more to set an example for others to follow. And while being a leader, leave no one who needs help behind. Remember, with SFI, we are never alone. There are so many helping me to achieve and I will surely be passing that along as I grow the ranks. Not to mention one's ranking tell the story of their own success with this program.

Yes, it is very important to move your rank upward, to the highest level ever, because when you reach this level, you can naturally gain trust from your downlines. Showing them that you are a good leader, an achiever, hard worker, a role model, a title holder, all this things would gain trust to you downlines, then they begin questioning themselves, "IF THEY CAN MAKE IT WHY CAN'T I?" So they begin to puzzle themselves, why their sponsors achieved the higher ranks, so trust there begins. That is why all your badges must be posted to be determined that they have a strong and effective leader serving as a mirror to a further growth.

I believe that all leader should set a fine example for their downline
It give them courage to make advancement them self.
People all way look up to great leader .great leader inspire other.
Often leadership rub off on other to do something the self.
