How far should sponsors go to help their affiliates move forward, is there a point you should not go beyond?

Sponsors should help their affiliates by answering any questions they may have or helping them learn where things are on the SFI and TripleClicks sites. They should keep in touch with them and encourage them and motivate them.

Rules should be pointed out by sponsors if they see that an affiliate is trying to do things in a manner that would not be ethical or honest or could potentially be harmful to others. He/she should report to Support anything that does not look right or any messages

This is the most relevant question for all the affiliates when they need first help of their sponsor/co sponsor.
“A blind cannot walk fast without a helping hand”.
The responsibility of sponsor/co sponsor is;
-to welcome affiliates with many returns to be persisted.
-to promote his/her down line group of very new or a few years old affiliates.
-to encourage the affiliates .
-to available for answering any time for any question.
-to train the affiliate as

This is a very thought-provoking question that requires an equally well thought-out answer.

For me, there is no point at which help to deserving affiliates should be limited or held back.

Each affiliate has individual needs, and sponsors should be able to know what kind of help to offer based on the level of their activity.

By checking one’s Genealogy, sponsors can see who are committed to seriously building their business.

You should never offer financial help.

This may sound cold and callused but the task in this business is to empower business leaders, not to take on dependents. You can advise people on methods to grow their results and earn money to expand their business but don't be the one who feels a need to butter their biscuit.

I see entirely too many members at SFI who devote their focus to helping people spend the least possible, do the minimum, and expect the maximum return. I understand

Leading the horse right up to the waters edge. By this I mean go to the full extent. Lead by example. Sponsor should:

- encourage downline to reach their potential through weekly team mail, stream etc.

- recognize movers and work with them. check on their VP Ledger on a weekly basis and send e-tip card or mail on how movers can increase their points to attain the next level of status or re-confirm EA status.

Good question.

A sponsor is supposed to help the affiliate understand how SFI works and where to find the information needed.

One way is to act like a teacher with a student. The student has an assignment, to learn as much about SFI as possible. The teacher will tell the student where to find certain information and after the student has read the information they will answer any questions and explain what is not understood. They will never do the work for them.

Where is the borderline which should not be crossed?

In my opinion, every sponsor should make the first step towards establishment of communication with downline members. You should send weekly mail to all your PSAs, with some general reminders and hints, each time on a different subject: explain the green line, the difference between action and sales VP, advantages of SO, recommend W3 and explain the benefits, etc. Then you should contact each of your PSAs by a personal e-mail, and see

In my view it is important to keep the following points in mind when helping affiliates move forward:-

1. Ensure that you do not offer financial support to the affiliate because this can get the affiliate to become dependent on the sponsor; it will be become a complicated issue and likely to create friction later on between the Sponsor and the affiliate;

Hello and thank you for your question.

According to my oppinion you should be helpful to your affiliates. Monitor their progress, if you see they are stuck, offer your help. You can't work instead of them, but your task is to motivate them, show them the right direction, advice them how they can prosper in this job.

You can't have the same approach to all your affiliates. Some people like working alone, so let them. From time to time just remind them you are there for the help

Good question. I think that a sponsor can not really have a point where he or she can stop helping affiliates to succeed. But then you get affiliates that simply start good and then go on for a day or two and after that there is no activity. In these cases, which you get a lot, you should try to get them back on track as soon as possible. If you leave them for a long period they will lose interest completely. If they do not give any feedback or ask any questions, and they do not go onto the website
