I think that it is a good idea.

If that person have a proper knowledge about SFI and you trust that person who you reassigning affiliate to. This can be beneficial to both of you, because they maybe have better communication and if his/her language is a barrier why not, after all you are in the same team and this person who get your PSA can be motivated to be better in the business and he will be thankful I suppose (I know I would be).

hello

yes, its a best way to reassign the PSAs to someone in their own country . because the communication with them makes them most comfortable and not only that it gives the opportunity to the downline to be more active as their communicating language would be the same . gives some kind of confidence to the down line that one of his upline member is his country person and can go a head with more spirit. this is the best way to make successful duplication process.
thanks

Definitely, it will help especially when you are encountering language barrier in assisting such affiliate of yours who are newbies. But of course you need to ensure that the recipient of such affiliate who you are transferring is also conversant and active affiliate or else your transferred affiliate will just get frustrated.

Of course it's a good idea. Each of us, admiting it or not, prefer to see on the genealogy list someone from our own country. At least psychologically, it seems to us, that it is easier to co-operate with someone who speaks our mother tongue. Certanly, this is not a guarantee for success in SFI business but it sounds good.

Not only is it a good idea, it is a GREAT IDEA.
All you need are 5 ACTIVE TEAM LEADERS (PSAs).
That is your base, so send all PSA EAs to them to be trained, and support your FIVE.
Every team leader realizes the significance of reassignment.
ESPECIALLY IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY, WHERE THEY CAN COMMUNICATE BY TELEPHONE.

I think it depends on the situation. If you want a strong international business you need to mix somewhere. The question is whether the PSAs involved in the reassignment wants that challenge. If language is a problem that would be the only reason to worry about country or region. Remember SFI is an international company and you would be hurting your business not to think of it that way.

It is if you can not provide them help or you have problems in communication..
But, also remeber you have a lot of tools that can help you in communication, so I would recommend you to keep them as long as you can, of course if they want to work!!
Keep them for few months, you never know if they change thier mind!

This is a very good question!
I think due to the language barrier and if both PSA's are active then by all means it would be to your benefit to reassign. This will make your team more productive and stronger in the long run. It is to your benefit to do that.
On the other hand if one is not active then I would say NO.
Good luck!

Actually yes, if you decide that it is a good idea to reassign prospective affiliate, the best what should be done is to resign to someone in his/her own country.
With escaped language barriers and low territory distances (important for direct communications), could be possible for that prospective to become more active than was before reassigning.
Hope this helps, have a great success.

It is a good idea as long as your not hurting your own business. I know we are all suppose to help one another but you should help yourself first. However if communication is a problem then reassigning someone to someone in their own country would be beneficial for the growth of this company as a whole and you will also be rewarded for this with some versa points.
