My team has a negative attitude about SFI. How can I change it to a positive one?

Tell them to be honest with themselves. They have to know what exactly is causing their negative attitude. Explain them the consequences of negative attitude. They have to change the way they are looking at the SFI business. Write positive quotes and remind them of positive things about SFI. Help them. Simple acts of kindness and help can do wonders.
Why is it important to have a good SFI account photo? And what makes a good photo?

A good SFI account photo definetly can spread positive energy and positive thinking to the members. Sharing success and happiness is immeasurable. Also, it is a way to get yourself noticed and make people pay attention to you.
Since I am dealing with newspaper photography, I can say that lightning, composition, expression and the eyes of a person are the most important for a good photo.
How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?

Every minute, every hour, every day, ... whenever you want and need, but ONLY if you do your homework. If you don't do your daily, weekly, monthly and intermediate actions you have no right to disturb your sponsor or co-sponsor.
You should always have in mind the following three steps:
1. Become an Executive Affiliate (EA) and remain an EA every month.
2. Recruit five affiliates.
3. Teach your five affiliates to do these same three steps.
If you persistently work on this three steps, you can feel free to contact your sponsor and co-sponsor whenever you want and need.

When I am fully self-employed with SFI, and someone asks what I do for a living, what do I tell them?

If you can live from SFI ONLY, the answer to this question is so SIMPLE. When someone ask you, freely say that you are an EXPERT IN INTERNET MARKETING ! It is the best way to promote your online business and to recruit many new affiliates. And if you can prove this is your only job, your options are limitless !
Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

Of course it's a good idea. Each of us, admiting it or not, prefer to see on the genealogy list someone from our own country. At least psychologically, it seems to us, that it is easier to co-operate with someone who speaks our mother tongue. Certanly, this is not a guarantee for success in SFI business but it sounds good.
If you had an extra $100, what would be the best way, specifically, to use it to maximize and help grow your SFI business?

If I had one-time 100$ and I want to increase business growth in SFI, I would definitely invest in 4 S-Builder Co-op Units.
There is no other way to one-time encourage business and increase my team.
All other ways require investment every month, and I think that is not the point of this question.
So, I would spend 88$ on 4 S-Builder Co-op Units, and with the remaining of 12$ I would buy 20 T-Credits and use them to list 20 unwanted items for sale.
What are the benefits of organizing a contest for your downline?

I personally do not see any great benefits. Perhaps, it would have effect if I could give valuable prizes (for example 100$ in cash) to my PSA, for recruiting at least 3EA2. If the rewards are small, and they usually are, it's just fun for my PSA-s.
I know everyone like to get something for free, but only bringing new EA2 gives results and earnings.
I personally won a prize from my sponsors, but it did not help me to recruit new EA2. I have to continue to work on my own but that's business.

What is the best way to convince my PSAs that they should set up a Standing Order?

First of all, you should set up Standing Order !
Second, you should explain to them that if they can find and include at least five affiliates with EA2 status, their Standing Order is going to be free of charge !
Third, with their TCredits they can bid on auctions and win, for example, 6 months of Standing Order through IAHBE.
Fourth, they should do the same as you !
Should I buy PSAs or learn how to sponsor them myself?

Hmmmmm, buying PSAs is not a guarantee that they will do the job. But, you never know where is golden wire hidden. From quantity usually comes out quality. My suggestion is to do both methods. From my experience, private conversations are the best way for new affiliates...Wish you success in our SFI business.
