SFI has laid out a perfect plan for success. The shortest possible rout to success is to follow the system provided for you. Begin with the start button, SFI Basics and Launchpad. After you master these basics then you can learn techniques from other members or things you have developed yourself to make life easier at SFI. And don't forget the wealth of info in your drop down menu on your SFI home page. Specifically these 3.

I'd say there is no way if the person is not committed to SFI. All we can do is remain engaged. Be a great team leader and mentor to all of our down line affiliates active or not and keep them informed.
Coming and going of affiliates is part of the networking business. Don't be discouraged by the movement of your down line. Like is said "Some will and some won't, Next". Some of the best have left at one point and returned to be SFI Super Stars. Don't worry be happy, there are 1000's

Best? That's a good question. I've been using the S-builder co-op. If you want easy, there is no easier way and it works. You can also track down your own prospects using your own advertising and use the company co-op system to run them through and have the sign ups distributed to your down line. That works also. Purchase signups and share them through your co-op. All of these methods are good.

I would hope each affiliate would feel like they could contact there sponsor/co-sponsor anytime they need help. The answer is as often as you need to. Some folks will need a lot of questions answered while others will need none. To all affiliates, every successful SFI business has a lot of communication going on.

Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

I think it depends on the situation. If you want a strong international business you need to mix somewhere. The question is whether the PSAs involved in the reassignment wants that challenge. If language is a problem that would be the only reason to worry about country or region. Remember SFI is an international company and you would be hurting your business not to think of it that way.

I would look at a few factors. Number of members you can contact in a certain period of time. Internet ranking, number of views, and conversions. Much of this will determine whether the safe lists you choose are good. A lot of trial and error. What you present to the people on safe lists has a big effect on conversion. So try different ads or letters to your prospects before deciding to use or not use any specific safe lists.
