Nice question.
First in order to use Hit Tracking you need to create Key Code in your affiliate link/gateway here you have gateways https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/GatewayList choose one lets say you choose this one http://www.sfi4.com/xxxxxxxx/FREE (xxxxxxxx this will be your ID number) to create Key Code simply add random number(s) after your ID number, before putting random number place (.) between ID number and random number like this example http://www.sfi4.com/xxxxxxxx.123/FREE. This number 123 you can save in notepad,excel or any text editor program and add sitename. Anytime you can check in your Hit Tracking menu is your ad on that place effective or not. If not you know you doing something wrong either is ad or place where you put it.

How do I set up a system to organize and track my advertising?

I put numbers inside my notepad let's say from 1 to 10 and name it. Let's say for example number 1 is craigslist, number 2 is olx etc. and when I see on my Hit tracking page Key Code I look in my notepad and know where it is and am I doing something wrong or not. Of course you can use generalization so you can put same number for all classified ads and next number for traffic exchange and etc.
Why is it important to have a good SFI account photo? And what makes a good photo?

It's important because internet makes things a little complicated, business on internet are great but you lose that personal touch and picture on your account reassure your client that you are human, nobody likes to talk to a computer, watch some professional business man or girl photo and that guy/girl tell them what to do and etc.
This photo is first contact between you and your SFI affiliate. Second it shows that you are serious in this business and not afraid to show yourself. Of course you encourage other PSA to put their picture. Who loves to work with faceless or fake profile people?
Good picture is good as one on your CV (Curriculum Vitae) if you never made your CV this would be picture with focus on face and the shoulders to be visible. There are no strict rules about photos but I think it will not be appropriate to have picture from party when you drunk or with friends on the beach. If you don't mind about this business stuff I wrote think about size of picture, more people on picture you are less visible, more body you show less visible and no good for business.
Simply don't put photos that you wouldn't put in CV when you apply for a job.

How far should sponsors go to help their affiliates move forward, is there a point you should not go beyond?

Interesting subject.
It's difficult to say how much you should help them but one is certain you must make them independent. It's ok in beginning to help them explain them certain things but if this continues over and over again after a few months and you need to explaining them every thing that they read than you are doing all the work and they are doing nothing, and this would be the line you should never cross. It's difficult subject because we don't have same knowledge so based on that you need to judge who need more help and who need less but don't make them dependent on you. If you see that they read something about subject and asking you something that is not clear to them that is perfectly normal and it's great but if you see that they did not read anything and expect from you to do everything for them this is not good. Maybe this sound a little harsh but imagine that you have 20 guys who are lazy, just imagine that kind of team. This is like doing 20 jobs. Don't let this happen.

How can I enroll 100+ PSAs a day with a modest budget?

It is very simple to be top enroller with modest budget, you have group of sites called Pay To Sign Up and you can be top enroller but you must be aware that high enrollment doesn't mean that you going to have active people because they are paid to sign up so their job is to sign up and do nothing more than that. This is like gambling if you be lucky to have some of them interested (it's highly possible that you don't) in business you can consider yourself very lucky man.
It's better option to use that money on your team and reward them or do co-op or to participate in auctions win some useful stuff etc. then pay for 100+ PSA. The choice is only yours.

Well, you tell them a truth that you are running home business online. If you are that good in your business I can bet that they will be interested and you will have chance to introduce your business to them and probably you will have more PSA's, PMR's or ECA's depending on their interest and they will have you as their sponsor and perfect example of successful individual who they know personally and can help them and support in any time. This is the best scenario possible I think. Always be truthful.

Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

I think that it is a good idea.
If that person have a proper knowledge about SFI and you trust that person who you reassigning affiliate to. This can be beneficial to both of you, because they maybe have better communication and if his/her language is a barrier why not, after all you are in the same team and this person who get your PSA can be motivated to be better in the business and he will be thankful I suppose (I know I would be).

From my experience I can tell you that I communicate with my sponsor on every few day's. I think it's a good practice to communicate often because you are part of his team, he maybe has greater knowledge and certainly have more experience in SFI. So to be short I think you should communicate with him as much as possible without annoying him with questions you can read by yourself.

In my opinion you have to be motivated to read,learn new stuff and work, to be helpful to other affiliates no matter if they are in your team or not, have patience to explain them if they don't understand something or don't have knowledge about this business or even computers in general and to lead them by an example(you) like we read here a lot. To self improve constantly in all fields and that's about it I think.
