Well, I must say that I am one of those!!
I have a full time job also, but still managing to work here as well!!
The most important thing is THAT YOU WANT TO WORK and WANT TO SUCCEED!!
You can find a way, like I did..You have a cell phone, right? Well, every time you have a break on work or in college, take a few minutes to check your daily tasks and see whats new..and when you get home, take a cup of coffee and do the advertising!!
I wish I have more time daily, but still I'm managing to get the most of it!!

As I build my downline, what are the common mistakes I need to avoid?

Here are some of things that are important:
- You must be active if you want to have active members
- Try to answer back to any messages from your downliners as soon as you can
- Try to be helpful as much your time allows you
- Do not rush your members to open ECA
- and NEVER rush them to buy things on tripleclicks

Good question..well, if affiliates sponsor is not responsive, there are so many people here to help..fitst, i would go for co-sponsor for any questions..and if you dont find help there either, you can go to any of yours upline memebres..im sure that you will find some one to help..in worst case scenario, after some time, you can ask to change your sponsor..and if none of that works, you can always contact me ;) best of luck!!

I had that situation already :)
Well, I start with tripleclicks site, what it has to offer, what am I doing there..I tell them I have my own store also and that I had very nice expiriences there with buyers and sellers..
Then I go explaining about auctions and great stuff I already won there..and finaly, I give them W3 card with my link..
Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

It is if you can not provide them help or you have problems in communication..
But, also remeber you have a lot of tools that can help you in communication, so I would recommend you to keep them as long as you can, of course if they want to work!!
Keep them for few months, you never know if they change thier mind!
How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?

Well, I would say that there are no rules for that..
You contact your sponsor or co-sponsor any time you need help..They are here to help you as much as they can..
But you have to have limits..dont ask contact them for all questions you have, just for urgent ones..because, they also need to do their job and to help many other memebers!!
What should I do when I receive inactive CSAs?

Every one of us at some point received inactive CSAs..I managed to make them active by sending them support mails, explaining them what they need to do (if needed task by task), what are the benefits of all what they do..Every member that asked me something, I answered back and tried to help..and guess what - they are active!!
So, do your best to help them and answer all their questions..be patient and you will have results!!
How do you convince your life partner that investing in your SFI business is prudent?

I dont think you should convince anyone in anything..
This is how I see this business..It is a very good and safe way of earning extra money for my holidays and vacations, for unexpected gifts, for anything I think of in any time..
So, if you are asking me, you should explain how you see yourself in this business and what are your expectations..how this will be good for both of you!!
What encouragement can I give to an affiliate who feels he or she is getting nowhere with SFI?

It is hard to explain, I know, because most people dont believe in be payed online.
A lot of people asked me the same thing.
Try to explain to your new affiliates
1. where this job has taken you
2. how it is working for you
3. what benefits you got from it
The best way is to explain on your own example..Thats he way they will beleive!!

Great question!!!
I was a part of several contests that my up-line members organized.
From my experience, I know I was trying real hard to get into first few places..was working much more because I wanted to win..at the end I won and received a really nice prize, and I must tell you that that boosted my confidence!!
I was really happy to win, but also it is nice when you know that there are people here who are welling to help you even to reward you for your hard work!!
