There are various options but you have to decide which you will find most appropriate and work best for you.
a) Your immediate sponsor
b) One of your upline team members who has been in SFI for at least 5 years or more
c) Your own team members, one who comes up with solutions and has a terrific self motivating streak
d) Any of your A2A friends
e) An active downline member

In any case, I would choose someone who will have considerable experience in SFI and

If you feel your immediate sponsor or Co-Sponsor cannot fulfill the position of mentor for you, then the first step should be to look up-line. Sometimes it's just a matter of finding the right person you fill that you can connect to.

If you still fill you haven't found the right person, then you need to join A2A and become active in the forum. Here you will find people from all parts of the country and all different personality types. If you look hard enough, you will find the right mentor.

Hello Damien,
First of all, I will like to congratulate you for joining SFI and for achieving STL, and Top Enroller in such a short time. Your profile is quite impressive. Your profile is so impressive that you have met the description of being a Sponsor, which as one definition states is an influential senior sponsor or supporter.
In order to accommodate your request for a 'Mentor', you may have to be specific as to what you are looking for. Most experienced affiliates, Top Leaders, a2a

Good question.

Ask your up-line team for help if you have questions first.
If you do not get a response, try becoming friends with people in the a2a section and learn as much as you can from them.

Just doing your red tabs each day can teach you quite a bit- as you do the tasks, you will learn along the way.

Also make sure you re-read the launchpad training if you haven't already. It has in-depth training for you about how SFI works.

Also look around

Your first mentor is your sponsor. From Day 1 beginning with your welcome letter he/she is in a mentor position.

Many sponsors don't support and offer help to their PSA's. If this is your case, you could initiate the relationship by asking questions, for his advice and for his opinion as often as you need. Also watch out for his emails and make sure his address is whitelisted.

If you are still not getting the help you want, ask him outright to be your mentor and tell him why.

The best mentor is your Sponsor, Co-Sponsor and Upline. If no one are active or no one is supporting you then the best is to find your Country fellow Affiliates here
https://www.sfimg.com/Leaders/Country
find your top Country Affiliates and send them a2a request. When they accept it then write an a2a message to them for their support and help. They will love to support you and you can meet them physically and personally. Some may not help due to their problems or other things. You can use

Hello;

You need a mentor and you are asking the best way to find a mentor for SFI? For me, its your own discretion to choose within SFI community. My suggesttion, go to the leadership page of your upline sponsor. In that particular page, you can find all your sponsors there, from your direct sponsor to the highest that is SFI corporate. Even you are not known to them, they are very much willing to help you whether you are their downline or not. Its the environment of SFI.

Nice question here.
The best way to get a mentor is by:-
1. Through the forum. Here you meet with people who also share their own experiences.
2. By joining a2a. With this, its opportunity to add the person or search for the person you desire to be your mentor.
3. Getting tips or ideas when we visit Ask SC tab. This lets us learn and apply to our own business.
4. Ensure we understand the SFI rules of success, how to become an awesome sponsor to make it applicable in our day
