You have to avoid your non active affiliates, sure you need to check and give them
information time to time but keep your devotion with your active affiliates.

It is always good if you are able to meet your new affiliates the minute they
Join on instant message if they are on line to introduce yourself , and let them
Know you are ready to help them when they are ready to work and encourage
Them to go step by step on the three main things which is Start, SFI Basics and
LaunchPad.

Knowing and meeting you and your willingness to help will give them a sense
of relief and will motivate them to work on the business because they know they
have someone there to help them when they need it.

Give them a reason to trust you that you are there for them to help develop and
Grow the business for them to succeed.

Many new affiliates are joining SFI business without knowing anything in greater details and by seeing online advertisements done by fellow affiliates. Once they join, they are sometime overwhelmed by the plethora of information that they see in the website and unable to digest the information or don't have patience to understand what needs to be done and becomes inactive as soon as may be the same day.

To revive those affiliates is the team work which is done together by SFI by reminding the affiliates on various action items that they should do from time to time and follow as well as the immediate sponsor as well as co sponsor to guide them by sending those inactive affiliates new happenings and how they can progress their business.

Final call lies solely on the affiliates if they want to hear your voice or want to remain inactive. But our intention should be to keep trying by sending them necessary information till the time they don't themselves opt out of the program, as till the affiliates are not opting out their is always a ray of hope left that your persistence in convincing them about benefits of SFI will some day motivate them into becoming active member and a potential future diamond.

To keep a new brand affiliate from quitting or becoming inactive immediately after joining is very easy. To remain active after then cannot be guaranteed. As a team leader and building a team of affiliates, it is essential to be optimistic at all time. The steps to follow are:
1. Have a device that makes you receive email alert immediately. It is good to log into your SFI homepage immediately you receive such email alert of new PSA arrival. This is because the affiliate is still online and you can initiate instant communication via SFI chat tool.
2. Before you start communication, check the affiliate profile to know if he/she speak same language as you. Never be deceived by the message that the affiliate primary language is English. If you discover the affiliate speaks different language,open the Google translator to aid you communicate effectively with the new affiliate.
3. Introduce yourself and your responsibility in a sentence to him/her. Wait to get a response before posting further.
4. Keep communication going by carefully guiding the affiliate and always wait and receive response.
5. Let them read the Basic and LUNCHPAD.
6. Schedule another time to continue the chat. But give them information on how to reach you; email address, whatsapp, Twitter etc

I wish there was a better answer than what I have to say, You Don't.

The reason for my response is as follows:

Our focus should not be on the affiliates that leave but our focus should be on building the strength in those that are still with us. There will be recruits who leave simply because of their perspective of not being ready or not sure about the SFI way of life - FEAR is what guides their decision to leave or to become inactive.

I would suggest that your work is to prepare comments and to guide all recruits (new, novice, intermediate and even long term members) to an understanding that there is nothing to FEAR. SFI is a program based on relationships and personal development of skills that can be shared with others to ensure that dreams are achieved.

Focus on making the SFI Way of Life a Fearless Way of Living - fearless denotes champions and warriors making a path for others to guide them on a path that is all ready groomed for the next SFI affiliate to take.

Create an intro package that starts to help new affiliates, and even current affiliates, to understand that SFI is a simple way of living and yet does require some effort (in other words is not easy). Your intro package would be best designed with a simple message that is universal for all recruits to feel motivated to continue on the path that you personally have made with your SFI efforts and continue to check to be sure that affiliates do not take on other strategies that complicate and feed their Fear/s.

People will leave - be sure of this - no different than a farmer who seeds in the Spring for Fall harvest...not all seeds will take root due to so many factors and yet there are many seeds that do take root and need the attention of the Farmer to make the best Bumper Crop of the season.

I encourage you to focus on your down line members who have started to take root and not to be discouraged by the affiliates who have not taken root yet as your Leadership will shine through that down line members will see that you are fully engaged and full of concern for their efforts and SFI Life Style.

A Lifestyle change is not easy so model to them the parts that are not only easy but also share the times that you experience challenges too so that you are able to simply share that everyone is working together and not discouraged by members who happen to leave.

In active members eventually will become active due to readiness or will eventually decide to leave due to reasons that they listen to and believe in. Your role is to monitor for the readiness in some and the lack of movement of others and encourage growth by showing that you are in a relationship with them and not just in a role as team leader and he or she is a follower.

Demystify the SFI Life Style and you will have affiliates reporting back to you that he or she loves being an SFI-er

There is no fixed formula or system to ensure this.

As a Sponsor you can do your very best to keep them inspired and remain active.

SFI has come out with very many encouraging announcements in the last couple of months to help the new affiliates remain committed. These include:

1. Fast Track (including extension) benefits;
2. Only Sales VersaPoints & no more Action VersaPoints requirement;
3. Signing Bonus;
4. Milestone shares;
5. Designated Diamond;
6. CSA Reward Program;
7. CSA Reassignment;

As a Sponsor, we need to keep reminding them about these and explain they will be benefited in terms of earnings and building their own team quickly. To make them understand and realize is vital in keeping them active within the team.

1. More over, Sponsors should not keep bombarding them with messages in detail on a daily basis. SFI takes care of all new affiliates with appropriate periodic mails by which they will get adequate information to build their business. Short and simple messages will help them.

2. Sponsors can guide them but can not dictate terms to them; Its their business and they know how to run it.

3. Sponsors should not insist on placing a Standing Order without knowing them better. If we do then there are chances that they will misunderstand our intention and that’s enough to make them inactive or quit quickly.

4. Sponsors should be keen to build a lasting relationship with the team which can help a lot in the business. This will be possible only if the Sponsors make themselves trustworthy in the eyes of the Team Members.

5. Sponsors just can not expect the team to comply with what ever they say if they do not themselves demonstrate first. For example, if the Sponsor keeps urging the team members to become BTL, with themselves just remaining EA2 for so many months, they won’t pay heed to them. To lead by example is very important in case the Sponsors want to keep their new affiliates active.

6. In any communication, the Sponsor should always ask the Affiliates, “How I can help you so that you can get started, “What I can do so that you can become a Fast Track Member”. The emphasis here is, “I am willing to walk the extra mile to help you”.

7. Sponsors approach should be very practical and simple so that the new affiliates can follow. Merely providing links to so many training materials will not help. In fact, this will be counter productive.

8. More than being Sponsors, the team should feel they have a good and trust worthy person with whom they can share anything freely. When the Sponsors create this kind of feeling in the minds of the new affiliates quickly, they will stick to the business and remain active for long duration.

9. The sponsor’s approach should always be practical, positive and genuine. If these are reflected in the communication, the new affiliates will feel safe and secured.

10. Finally, as long as the Sponsors remain and prove they are indeed “Awesome Sponsors” the new affiliates, in all fairness, will remain active for a longer period.

The onus is on Sponsors. They should introduce only trust worthy & well known people as their affiliates.

They should have open and heart felt dialogues with their Family Members, close friends, co-workers, etc based on a clear List of Prospects prepared with all seriousness & careful attention.

If this is followed in all seriousness, it is possible that new affiliates will not become inactive or think of quitting almost immediately after joining. In fact, they will stay for long periods, grow and succeed!

It has been said that most affiliates join SFI and become inactive from the very first day. We must understand that some affiliates have joined the business base on the advert they saw hooing to start making money immediately, some joined for fun just to view what they do here and some don't even know what o line business is all about but want to make money as well.

Trust me, Hundreds of the affiliates that join SFI daily becomes inactive due to so many reasons including having an inactive Sponsor. This is why it's very important to have a very good welcome message and starting up messages a Sponsor and get ready to start sending them.

You can only reduce the numbers of the affiliates that will become inactive after sign ups because of the few reasons listed above. So am going to explain my strategy to having them start up immediately and still have them active until they have understood the business.

Before I begin, I mist start that it is very important that Sponsors respond to the Notification alert for the new affiliates, because most new affiliates won't respond to emails after they might have log out of their home page. So, Sponsors ensure that you are alert and respond almost immediately to the affiliates. Drop chats for them to keep them online before you start sending the Welcome Message, it works for me.

Firstly, I use the SFI Ecard to welcome them and include just a welcome message, very short and interesting for any new affiliates. I use the Ecards because they are attractive and looks very professional for my own liking. Also most affiliates are been bored by their Sponsors right from the Welcome message and this makes them inactive. I have made such mistake in the past and learned my lesson. Let you welcome message be a welcome message and not a starting up message.

Secondly, I send them a Start up message that includes the break down to how they can begin the SFI business. This is where they get to know the Privileges of joining the business. I do encourage them to be ready to read through few trainings themselves and then ask them to send their answers. I tell them SFI is a real business that they need to read through their Launch Pad to understand few things which I be explaining in the next message. To be sure they are ready for the business you can ask them to fill in their Affiliates Profile so that you can know which language they speak and how they want you to communicate with them.

Thirdly, so as not to leave them bore with the start ups and reading, I include in the letter a strong will of my commitment to helping them through out, I state how dedicated I will be, to ensuring they grow faster with the necessary knowledge of the business. Encourage them to send you any questions or complaints when there is need for explanations. Including this is an assurance that they don't have to do everything in their own as long as you are there for them. Most time I tell them "it's what I sign up for" .

Also, remind them of their Sign up bonus including that of the DD Program and how they can earn it. Begin introducing the Fast Track Program and Standing Order, I usually don't bother them with this in the beginning but only include it, until they have become consistent. Because many new affiliates usually get discouraged when they know they have to purchase tools that will help their business. So my strategy keeps this a little big silent for the first two days. Most at time I focus on their E365 contest to ensure they know the importance of Versal Points and how they can get them.

Once you see them online, quickly open up a chat to find out what are their likes, if they love internet marketing, gaming, and auctioning. Hell them know they can also participate in that of the Tripleclicks. Send them your League links and passwords if necessary

Now don't give you when you don't see them respond to your mails or chat, just use the Ecards once or twice a week to find out how you can help them. You will be surprised some will respond and few will not. But just keep it cool and not rush them through the trainings.

I guess all of us had, or still have similar question but let's try to find a solution.

People join our business for different reasons:
-some of them think that they will start to earn money instantly, without actually earning it, just with some clicks on some links, tabs...
-some will join just to see what it is and such people are mostly already engaged in several online "jobs" without success in any of them...
-but - some are really serious about actually engage themselves and this is the group of potentially active Affiliates who are willing to learn, to take advice and they don't quit so easily without checking all the possibilities this business has to offer.

So, whether we buy PSAs or advertise our affiliate links to get PSAs or win them in Auction - we have to do this until we get several good, persistent and reliable people who are willing to learn, to ask questions about our job, to take advice from their sponsors (us) and this is the group of our future associates that will mostly remain active, read a lot, ask us questions every day and be active in sponsoring their PSAs.
It is in our best interest to communicate with those people in daily basis, check their VP Ledgers to make sure they don't miss anything important, to send them E-Cards for every achievement they make, to award them with some TCredits or Gift certificate, etc...

Communication is very important factor in our business, it leads to more successful team, to faster growing team and this is what we have to focus ourselves on.

Together with our hard work this is the way to build something great and long lasting, to achieve nice monthly income and to continue to grow our downline until all generations become strong enough!

Very good question. Life has taught us success goes to anyone that simply doesn't quit. The same goes to SFI members here. Action, only action, will help you achieve your goals. Inaction is a dream crusher.

As an upline, he/she should send an E-cards or team mail to inform his/her affiliates that "action moves you(affiliates) forward, and although it may seem obvious that doing something is better than doing nothing, and many affiliates choose the latter. And it's not because people are lazy. For many, getting out of the starting gate is a challenge."

For some, quitting comes as a result of losing interest. For others they halt in their tracks when "the temporary pain of sacrifice outweighs the potential pleasure achieved by reaching their target".

Here are a list of ways to avoid quitting on every SFI members' journey here:

1, in order to hit a target, you've got to have a target;
2, Set realistic expectations. Many affiliates quit because they have an unrealistic expectation of how quickly they want to reach their goal. Give yourself a time to reach the summit;
3, Big goals need to be made into bite size nuggets;
4, Be prepared for the roadblocks;
5, Make sure you can measure your progress;
6, Reward your affiliates along the way;
7, watch what happens along your way and your affiliates' way;
8, as an upline, he/she should make himself/herself accountable to someone.

While this is an excellent question, it must be noted that for some (those "tire-kickers" prevalent in this industry), there is perhaps nothing can be done to ensure their participation.

That being said, it is best to send a warm welcome to the new affiliate as soon as possible.
Assure him/her you are there to help them succeed.
Be accessible. Offer Guidance. Offer encouragement and acknowledge achievements.

Realize that every affiliate will have a different comprehension level. Ask them what they are struggling with. Ask them HOW can you help, WHAT do they need from you to succeed?

I am currently running various contests among my affiliates to see if that increases participation. The jury is still out, but it IS increasing their level of communication.

Whatever you can do to encourage participation, communication, or sometimes just a sign of life...

How do you keep brand new affiliates from quitting or becoming inactive almost immediately after joining?

You can lead a horse to the water, but you cannot make it drink.

You can sponsor affiliates and you can talk as much as you want, but you cannot force them to be part of SFI.

Remember affiliates are also receiving messages from SFI and a Sponsor/Co-sponsor.

What we must do is to insure that they have the right information to make a decision, that they do not become overwhelmed or confused.

Most of all you do not want them to quit JUST because they cannot find themselves around SFI to make sense of it all.

Motivate and encourage them to be a part of SFI. You can take these steps:
-Send them a warm welcome letter with your contact information.
-Explain your role
-Assure them of your availability to help.

In the welcome letter put a simple navigation guide with links to:
*Launchpads
*Getting started
*SFI Basics

The advice for them is that they focus on those areas, a LITTLE each day.

Direct them to their working areas which are the HOMEPAGE and the RED tabs. The advice for them is to focus on getting the red tabs work done each day and getting the VP's.


As their activities increase and they become regular workers you can offer more guidance.

Working With The Workers
Monitor the activities of the active ones to gain insight into where they are at. Offer more help and guidance based on how active they are:
