The best to utilize the Designated Diamond Programme to build your team is to Work with the Workers. By this, your send invitations to only hard working, dedicated affiliates who are minimum EA2 as you are working closely with such affiliates, guiding them to achieve their goals.

Once you have sent an invitation and you as their sponsor recieves a commitment mail, then we need to work with them immediately to keep the flame burning.

Regarding the strategies to be used with the new PSAs, I as their sponsor would encourage them to become Gold Fast Track Member for them to be EA2 and earn the $100 signing bonus. This is an incentive and encourages the new affiliate as they begin to earn from the first day they join. The next stage is for them to read and study SFI basis and Rules of Success for them to acheive their goals.

The (DD) program is directly aligned with THE PLAN (and facilitates your advancement all the way to Diamond Team Leader...but it's first big benefit is that it can greatly help you generate and maintain EA2s.

The beauty with the (DD) programme is that, new affiliates can be EA2 in their first month which can make you rise to BTL while some of the existing old PSAs that are EA2, we need to encourage them to be BTL so that we their sponsors can be Silver Team Leader (STL). As we work with both Old vs New PSAs, when we work as a team and help them achieve certain milestones or ranks, it also helps us achieve our goals and path in becoming a DTL.

Another tool that would motivate our new PSAs vs the old PSAs is the Milestone shares. With each milestone achieved, they make claim of the Milestone shares banked as they reach each mile stone which is for every 10 vp earned, they get up to 18 bonus milestone shares. This will motivate our PSAs in aspiring to achieve the next rank.

In summary, the best strategy for our PSAs to follow is Team Building. Grooming at least 5 active affiliates to become EA2 and guilding them to Team Leader ranks is a win - win situation as they rise in rank, recruit and duplicate what their sponsor is doing, they would be able to build a solid team and achieve their goals.

Since the Designated Diamond program is new, none of us can write from pure experience, though we can base our answers on experience. Since the DD program is based on already active PSAs, we have only two types of PSAs to consider: the new ones who have not yet proven their talents, and those who have been in long enough to have proven their strengths.

The strengths and abilities include but are not limited to willingness to read, learn, follow directions, communication, ability and willingness to invest time and money. Also patience, perseverance, and the real desire to succeed are important.

The DD program limits our number of invitations and acceptances so we must be careful to whom we send and invite. New PSAs should have to prove their worth by doing what they should be doing for several months. They also need to demonstrate that they understand both SFI and the DD program.This waiting period gives the sponsor and PSA time to form a relationship and to exchange questions and answers.

I do not think it unreasonable to let a new PSA know he is being considered and groomed to become a DD.

The older, active PSA has had more time to develope his business personality, his team and his knowledge. How far has he come? The sponsor already has an idea about his future success. Will that PSA be a help or hindrance to the sponsor and his own race to Diamond.

I am not saying that a sponsor give up on those who are not DDs, but that the focus now is to work with the workers towards the goal of the Plan, and to let the others to come to realize what they need to do. The sponsor will continue to send out team mail and to answer question, and to occasionally send personal help and encouragement. But the majority of his work will be to help build and train the teams of hss DDs.

The designated Diamond has Three main Points, one is picking your lucky 5 among you large team of active affiliates, in other words being active isn't enough but you have to really know how SFI works because this is of vital importance when trying to achieve the ultimate rank of DTL.

Second point is to understand "The Plan" because this is a plan designed for team building in order to become Team Leader and Sponsoring affiliates.

The reassignment tool is the Third Point because you need to know how to use this when knowing who, and when to reassign.

The point is that you have to have a road map to guide you on a journey so consider this a new journey and think of these three points as your road map to Diamond Team Leader for you and your Team.



You are given 10 invitations to send out so please use them wisely. The first 5 shall be given to the

Standing Order within the first two months and sponsors affiliates lets say for example by using SBuilder or PSA to Go. For example in the month of January 2016 you get 100 signups then you see who is the first and fastest to place a 1500 VP SO and Sponsors PSA from SBuilder Auction, or PSA to Go.

E365 champion: One or two of your invitations should be reserved for the the E365 champ of 2016 to have the highest points.

The reassignment tool is of importance when following THE PLAN. This is a powerful team building tool but in order for this to work you must know how to use it and you must also teach the new affiliates that you have rewarded as well. So the next step is for your Designated Diamonds to do their part because you already did allot for them by inviting them to the program but if they want any help from you they must do their part. In other words you reassign your most active affiliates to your DD but if they want to get more affiliates reassigned then they have to set up an advertising Coop and then they will be added to your coop. Select at least FIVE of your best PSA Level 1 affiliates. Send them a DD invite. Those who accept your invite are the ones who you will work on a one-on-one basis, the rest are not interested either now or for ever.

Now those DDs are your main team and you send them special TIPS emails and put them in a co-op. If they maintain rank, give them 10 TCredits or a gift certificate or 2 PSAs as a thank you.

The rest of your PSAs will just get a weekly general email via the Genealogy mailers. Once a month you check them for potential Diamonds and send some more DD invites.

Show them what it can do for them. Explain that it can mean earning a full time income for life and never having to work a job again. Who doesn't want that right? Although it takes some commitment, nothing worthwhile ever comes free and we have to work at it. But take it from someone who works a physical job, working SFI is far easier on the body and far more rewarding.

Invite your PSA's to ask anyone who is currently Diamond if they are earning enough money. Do you really think that anyone who is Diamond would tell you they don't earn enough? I don't think so. It's not hard to do the math. And I am judging from someone I do know who has reached Diamond so this is not a guess on my part. In fact, the person I know who has reached Diamond, oh wait, I'm aware of two people and they are both very well off financially. I don't even have to sit here and do the math to explain it because it's that obvious. It's like asking, "Uhm, do you think the president of the United States earns enough money?" The position alone tells you that the pay scale follows and the person in the position is not lacking at all.

1. DD Program involves 2 ways commitments.

Almost every Team leader is sending the Designated Diamond invites to there affiliates, as some really haven't read of how many invitees they got to bring and how they will be eliminated if they refused to abide by the commitments and goals. If I may remind the Team Leaders, here are you limitations to the numbers of invitees you get..

* Up to 10 invitations may be issued if you are an EA2
* Up to 12 invitations may be issued if you are a BTL
* Up to 14 invitations may be issued if you are a STL
* Up to 16 invitations may be issued if you are a GTL
* Up to 20 invitations may be issued if you are a PTL

As it stands for the very old affiliates the Designated program should be a commendation for remaining at least EA for the past 15 months, with lots of proves that he/she is ready for the task ahead. The newly admitted affiliates would only earn the DD invitation only if they are truly committed to the program seen through the E365 first month. Well, hasrh you say? Yes but am actually talking about Team Leaders who already have enough PSAs who would gladly accept the program. Just to be sure you are not wasting your time tracking an affiliate who is not ready.

But as for Team Leaders who are still struggling to build a strong team, I will advice to encourage affiliates who have been making at least EA for the last 5 month and a commendation for all new affiliates that becomes Fast Track or make a Standing Order of 1500VP, it would surely help them to want to meet up with the goals as regards the program.

Now to really use the DD program in building the team you need to ensure constant communication with all your affiliates that becomes a DD. I have just sent a message to my affiliates encouraging them to ensure they meet up with the commitment. Its easy to accept, but not very easy to abide by.

Ensure they requalify each month to earn up to 12% of their total Compensation for the month until they have earn a total of $200 dollars to end the Signing Bonus for the next 18months.

Setup a contest for only the Designated Diamond Affiliates to keep them on the move towards reaching the commitment and moving to the next level. Reward them for requalifying for the next Team Leadership level.

Its not too much to really want to include the DD affiliates in your Co-op, it is very important to state it clearly to your affiliates that DUPLICATION is the key to meeting the goals as much as you want to help them meet up.

Benchmarks and Time frames have been laid down to either advance to the new t level or drop from the program. Teach them how to meet up with the demands. Now is the time to get them involved with the PSA auctions at the TripleClicks Store, win more PSA and Share more. You must remember 1EA + 3000VP to make a BTL and it changes for all the ranks, DUPLICATION once again is the key.

Encourage the to make Standing Order to help them advance in time, Tcredits, PSA, S-builder are great products to use as SO. This way you utilize the DD program and your team continue to grow exponentially.
