The Designated Diamond Program is a great way to build your team, whether it is with new or existing PSAs.

First, come up with a benchmark that you think qualifies someone to receive an invitation. They need to be an EA2 (this is mandatory), but you set the standard after that. You might decide they need to have demonstrated a high level of commitment to their business, they need to have an SO, or whatever. The exact requirements are up to you. You need 5 to accept the invitation, take it seriously, and work hard to achieve it, so don't be too lenient (or too demanding) with your benchmark.

Once you have the benchmark drawn up, contact all of your existing PSAs, starting with your most active members. Outline the program to them, pointing out that if they qualify, they will effectively get a 3% increase in their earnings, up to a maximum of $200, and that it will last as long as they meet the milestones set by the program, or 5 years. Challenge them to meet your benchmark, but also point out that there are only a limited number of invitations available, so you are creating a sense of urgency (the number you can issue will depend on your rank at the time).

As for new PSAs, outline the program to them in your welcome letters, again point out the benefits and the limit on the number of invitations available, and ask them to let you know if they are interested in working towards this. If they are, outline your benchmark, and if they are still interested, promise to work with them one-on-one to help them reach it. You may well find they make a bigger commitment to SFI than they might otherwise have done.

First I will say to you this is not a give away program, so consider this a very prestigious program, and think about what you did to be invited.

Are those you are holding in consideration stable in their actions? This will mean they have a consistent track record of activity.

I would look at other profiles if I had any doubts at all and see which are receiving at what rank. It would not be fair for some to give out this invite to lessor qualified, or to give before there are a consistent number of actions completed over a 8 to 12 month period.

Class and participation along with EA and VP streaks are also great guidelines.

Where are you at with this business?

Do you have those on your team who are out performing you?

In this case it would be very difficult to make a determination if you have team members who are outperforming you. On the other hand, what got your Sponsor's attention which caused the decision to invite you?

What areas stood out for you that qualified you, if you already have been designated?

From my own experiences, I would be sure I did not invite one to become designated who has not at least met the same qualifications as I did. In my case I have been with SFI over a year, and only missed one day, I missed a standing order 2 times, and had to cut back half of the standing order once.

Our badges will speak for us. As I really seriously consider your question, I think it may need to be more restrictions placed by SFI Admin, perhaps at least 8 - 12 months before considering anyone to be invited.

Two other requirements I would suggest is; must be a Fast Track, and at least have won a Leadership Challenge.

Another, would be paid by Payoneer, high winning points in contests, and "top" badges.

We do not want to lessen the value of such a prestigious award by giving invitations to those who are not as qualified as those who have worked so hard to deserve it.

I would go so far as to say to you, do not use this as an incentive, SFI has already taken position on this. The person would necessarily have to be deserving.

I would even consider an inquire to SFI Support before deciding if you are not really sure.

You asked a very important question here. This may be cause for more restriction before there are complaints from others who see Affiliates with less performance qualifications over time with badges in less time than those who has worked very hard for several years, and recognize others who have the badge in a few months.

Let's not destroy the value by inviting those who really do not deserve them.

The best way to utilize the designated diamonds program to build your team is to not make any distinction between new PSAs and veteran PSAs. The purpose of the designated diamonds program is to provide the recipient with extra incentive to focus on the plan. Being new or old has nothing to do with commitment when it is inherent in your PSA.

That said, any strategy to reach the goal of the program will include the following:

1. Refer more TripleClicks members on a consistent basis by promoting products and your TripleClicks gateways. Every customer has lifetime value and we earn 45% of the CV produced for the life of the customer according to the present comp plan.

2. Sponsor more PSAs by promoting your SFI gateways and using co-ops. Pricebender auctions will be incorporated in a good sponsoring strategy. Also PSAs can be purchased from ECAs. There's also the S Builder, PSAs to Go, and your own advertising co-ops. Once a PSA is sponsored they should be coached through to BTL. Keep communications simple and the steps 1 at a time.

3. Emphasis the importance of duplication. Every PSA needs to know exactly what to do achieve steps 1 and 2. Then they can share it with their down line therefore perpetuating the cycle which is duplication.

The SFI’s Designated Diamonds (DD) program is directly aligned with THE PLAN – which prescribes five serious PSAs and working together towards the mutual goal of becoming a Diamond Team Leader.

Here it may take some time for the New affiliate to be recognized for DD program, but the older affiliates either would have proven their worth or would have shown their incapability to be inducted in New DD Program.

Here is how it works:

• Up to 10 invitations may be issued if you are an EA2
• Up to 12 invitations may be issued if you are a BTL
• Up to 14 invitations may be issued if you are a STL
• Up to 16 invitations may be issued if you are a GTL
• Up to 20 invitations may be issued if you are a PTL

Depending upon the rank you hold, you can invite 10 to 20 PSAs. Essentially, they need to workers in your Mover Tab with a minimum Standing Order of 1500 VPs.

Use the following strategies: -

1. Communicate with them daily.
2. Monitor their progress.
3. Send them informative mails to keep their knowledge up dt date.
4. Help, support & guide them in all respects.
5. Help them to achieve their minimum rank for the month.

The Designated Diamond Program is all about building your team so I believe there's only one strategy and that is to make your team as strong as possible. There are many different ways to this but my favorite is reassigning PSAs.

When you reassign PSAs to someone in your downline, you give him the opportunity to make his team stronger, which in return makes your team stronger. You can use reassignment as a reward so your older PSAs get more than your newer ones or your hardest working ones get more than the slower ones (this is my method).

Be aware not to use reassignment as a way to get rid of sleeping PSAs because that can cause frustration. Make sure you spend the time to assign the right affiliate to the right PSA because it matters! Sleeping PSAs can wake up for many reasons especially with a compatible sponsor.

I should feel confident enough to help my new team affiliates.
Placing ads a bunch of places should be part of my daily
biz chores.

I should have a free co-op for active new affiliates.
Advertise it everywhere.

Someone who has a SO_standing order
They are working hard towards EA each month.
They ask question and communicate with me.

I would then give the invitation since we are both qualified.
