You can be a Student and a Teacher at all the time. Life is stage where we keep learning till we die. We keep teaching as well because people learn from children too. That means we start teaching from our childhood itself.
In SFI too, we are a student and teacher a teacher at the same time as explained below:
When we join SFI, we either start learning from the Welcome messages of our Sponsor or Co-sponsor or directly from the SFI.
We keep on learning most of the time by self-studying the training material given on:
1. SFI Basics
2. Launch Pad Lessons
3. Getting Started Lessons.
4. Compensation Plan teaches us how much we can earn.
5. From Marketing Centre, we learn how to advertise SFI and its associated products.
As soon as we become an EA or a Team Leader, we start behaving like a teacher. Now we are require to pass on whatever we learnt so far to our affiliates or CSAs allotted to us.
Therefore, SFI gives us the opportunity to be a teacher as well as a student at the same time. We learn from our up line or self-study and teach to our downline or SC community by answering question on Ask SC or in the Forum.
