How do you lead your team and have duplication when they are confused about everything?

For your team to be confused about everything, it means your team members (both PSA's & CSA's) lack essential knowledge of how SFI works & it's your duty as their sponsor/upline to put them through & let them know how SFI works in a nutshell. For me, I would say let your team be informed about the below essential tips in SFI & by that way, their confused state will ease a bit if not all.
1) introduce them to the SFI business by telling them what it is all about. Let them know that here, they can earn reasonable amount of income if only they are serious about it & are ready to work for it by investing their time, energy & finances.
2) encourage them to visit their daily tabs & clear out the red buttons, visit their launchpad & basics to learn more about SFI and earn versapoints whole doing so.
3) encourage them to out in a monthly standing order that will ear them 1500 versapoints, thereby keeping them kn the EA status monthly.
4) teach them to get 5 people & do what you are doing by act of duplication spo they can build their team as well.
5) inform them about reading about the marketing methods SFI offers & encourage them to go through them dailt.
Thus way, they'l understand the basics of how SFI works & also build on duplication.

Good communication with our team is vital in SFI, but what if we are not good writers; how do we learn to write well?

Writers are infamous for their self doubt, whether they are world renowned or just another unknown person. If you commit to a procedure of continued & perpetual improvement, then there are no limits to how far you can go.
We can learn to practice writing by:
Writing everyday- Here, we may prefer to write a new short scene everyday or work on a long term project.
Write your way through writers block- don't be so afraid to write something bad that you end up staring at a blank sheet. Check in bookstores or lib
raries
for collection of writing prompts.
Challenge yourself- if you have been writing for a while, chances are good that you keep getting drawn back to a particular style, format or topic. Practicing a favourite type of writing is a great way to keep yourself motivated but make an effort to vary your writing techniques/exercises once in a while.

How could I promote SFI with a VIDEO?

You could promote SFI by shooting a video about SFI. Here, you will introduce the business to friends/colleagues & family in the video, tell them what it is all about and what it entails to join and also letting them know the many benefits and commissions which will be earned as a team member/player.
When this is done, you can upload the video on your Facebook wall or page, twitter wall, you tube, your web page & other social networks you may wish. By doing so, you see promoting SFI & people you look up or watch the video may get excited about it & want to join. Bt this method, you also create duplication too & sponsor people into the business.

You can help the movers on your team move up to the next level by employing the following rules:
If they are starters in your team, ask & admonish them to visit the SFI basics/launch pad & do their daily activities/tasks.
Distribute Tcredits, gift cards/certificates to them & set up a S-builder co-op for them.
Ask them to do buy or sell on TripleClicks or refer an ECA there to earn commissions.
Most importantly, ask them to be committed & dedicated to their SFI business daily & learn how it goes by using the marketing methods & aids to advertise to people & create downlines by duplication.

I would first ask a question before responding to this particular question which is: what did you look out for when you joined the SFI business?. I believe you had your one or many reasons for doing so which may include having an extra source of income, better lifestyle, ability to work part time or full time at your own time and place & several others.
To ensure the reasons you joined the SFI affiliate business works & continually grows for you, the basic habits you should exhibit or develop include taking ownership of the
business & treating it like you would do anything which belongs to you because it actually belongs to you as you are a stake holder in it. Be consistent, committed, dedicated & hardworking in performing your daily tasks, have a passionate spirit & mindset towards the business & watch it grow for you. Also a positive mindset towards the business & patience in learning what is involved in building the business & introducing other people by duplication are sure habits to develop which will ensure your SFI business continously grows for you.

What's the secret to making money in SFI?

To me, I think the secret to making money in SFI is for you to first of all realise why you joined SFI affiliate marketing in the first place & once you realise this, you will get to work to achieve that aim & purpose. Also the secret lies in your consistent & persistent Hardwork to ensure that you make it in SFI. By this I mean your consistent & persistent investment of your time & resources which could involve finances, friends & several others to see that your business moves forward. There is no way you will log in daily to your SFI page & do your daily tasks by clicking on the red tabs, read the basics & launchpad tabs (for freshers), get a standing order to keep your EA status monthly, buy or sell on TripleClicks, recommend an ECA to TripleClicks, visit all your to do tabs & build your team/downlines by referrals & duplication that you will certainly not make money in SFI. Once you have these points at the tip of your fingers & also do them, then you are certainly on your way to the top in your SFI business. Remember to also read the available resources online & marketing tools to stay abreast of the happenings in SFI. This way, you are informed & know how to relate with & train your downlines who will also help you earn good commissions via teamwork.

How do you encourage your PSAs to stay active in SFI when you have no funds to invest in them?

You can encourage your PSA's to stay active in SFI when you have no funds to invest in them by keeping in touch constantly with them. By this I mean communicating almost frequently with them & let them know that their success in SFI depends on their own Hardwork & not just funds to be invested in them. You need to train them & teach them to know that aside financial pecks from their sponsor, they can still make it to the top by their own hardwork & time invested into their SFI business. You should also practice what you teach them yourself so they can see your performance & emulate you too. So if you say they have to work hard, you equally have to work hard for them to see that you are also serious with your own side of the business. This way, they will stay motivated & put in their best without you having to invest funds on them.

How can I be a successful student AND teacher in SFI at the same time?

A teacher is someone who impacts knowledge or information to another by way of speech or actions whole a student is someone who assimilates knowledge or information taught or given to him or her.
In SFI, you can be both reacher & student at the same time in that while you join SFI as a fresher newly, you will have to learn as a student online by reading the tools & resources placed by SFI to let you know what the business is all about & put you through by understand the basics & rudiments of the business. Once you are done with this & familiarise yourself with the information you need at this point to know how to move forward in the business, you are now obligated to pass sane information learnt as a student to your downline affiliates or team members by way of duplication, that is teaching them or letting them know what you have been doing in SFI since the day you joined to enable them do same & also earn commissions as you gave been doing. At this point you are now a teacher, passing knowledge to your team members. So in SFI, you can actually be a teacher & a student effectively at the same time.

There are so many things you could write to your team members weekly to get them motivated & going, just so many things.
First and foremost welcome them to SFI & let them know that if they want & have to achieve what they joined SFI for in the first place, they have to be up & working. Let them know that SFI has all the resources to make their business grow tremendously if only they do what is required of them. Let them know the whole lot of commissions & Versapoints they can earn monthly if they work on their page & tabs daily.
