Yes, it certainly happens with all. But leading active team is very important in SFI.
Also I remember when i was at that situation of confusion when i joined SFI, and try to implement those ideas on them for duplication.

1. First of all the confusion starts when we don't have PATIENCE, i have tested it. Because at your invitation the affiliate joins thinking of getting money instantly. But instantly the things change when he sign ups.

So my suggestion is to tell affiliates

I have a very simple way of doing things, and that include reading, reviewing and understanding the SFI BASICS and the LAUNCHPAD lessons and following the SFI Rules of Success as my guide and road map.

Then I teach these basics to my team, give them a simplified version of the To-Do list, and share this with everyone in my downlines to help eliminate confusion.

Knowing the Ultra-Simple 3-Steps plan by heart and teaching the simple duplication that results in following the

My best suggestion would be to take one thing at a time.

If you have a team member that is actively asking questions and continuing communication with you. Then let them know that you are there to help and guide them. Help them with the questions they have one at a time until they let you know that they have a good understanding. Once you have satisfactorily answered a question or cleared up the confusion, move on to the next question.

One thing to remember, if you don't

At the beginning, I've found that many people collect the points, but don't read the information provided.

Emphasise how important it is to read the information and to go back and read it over and over until they understand it and where to find it. Explain to them that many people are confused at the start, but everything they need to know is on the site. Also, continue to let them know that they can come to you and that you'll do whatever you can to help them and that no question

Starting out new can be confusing with all the information we are going through.

We can get confused because of how we understand what we are reading. SFI's affiliates come from all over the world, and English may not be the mother tongue for some, so trying to understand some things can cause confusion.

I think to help our team members we should teach them which Actions they should complete first from the Getting Started section,  do the Launch Pad Lessons daily for

Duplication is one of the most used words in network marketing business, yet highly misunderstood by many. I hear this all the time, “Why can’t I get my team members to duplicate?”

Here are steps you can do to eliminate confusion in your team building and lead your team to duplication:

- Analyze how your team got into “confused about everything”. Begin by asking the following questions: How I have been building my team? What kind of foundation is my team built upon?

If

It's important to ask them questions so you can have a better understanding of what they are missing. You might even decide to talk to them on the phone if it's feasible and they have many questions. Other times using email can accomplish what you want if you can clear things up in a short time.

Refer them also to the forums. You want to help them in the shortest time possible, yet cover every concern they have. The SFI site is in itself a complete resource of valuable information. Members

That is a very good question.

For a newbie to follow the example of his leader requires understanding of what it is all about.

This is therefore one example of when prevention is better than cure. Preventing confusion begins during the first 24 hours of signup. I think we lose a lot of prospects during this time.

Set up a simple guide that your downline can follow until they can find their way around. Label the guide appropriately so they can be drawn to it.

First of all, it's very difficult to even know who is confused because they either do not reply to your communications or their replies are so short and truncated that they tell you nothing.

If they have 0 VP they are not confused, they are not interested.

If they have at least one vp and have not logged in since, they saw something they didn't like. Try to contact them and see what is wrong and resolve it.

If they keep starting and stopping, they might be confused.

Confusion is like the storm over the sea. It can cause shipwreck and it is a matter that should be taken serious and act accordingly before it cripples your business and render you failure.

To lead this confused team and save them from the confusion, leaders must satisfy the requirement of the team by investigating and understanding the cause of the confusion.

Leaders must take control of the information flow and define the team’s direction. Training and guidance are also
