Hello Rupak Das

There are many topics you can cover in your weekly messages. I am enumerating few of them as follows:

1. You can choose a Tip of the Day and post it as weekly message.

2. Emphasise on Learning from the training articles; "Learning is the beginning of wealth. Searching and learning is where the miracle process all begins. The great breakthrough in your life comes when you realize it that you can learn anything you need to learn to accomplish

In any home business venture you will find that communication with your teammates is extremely important. SFI makes it easy for us to stay in contact with our teams through the many different resources that they have provided us with and one of those sources is our weekly team letters.

As team leaders it is recommended that we send a weekly newsletter to our down-lines to keep in touch with them. The information that you include within the content of your newsletters should

In your weekly communications to your PSAs and CSAs, write something that can give them compelling reasons why they have to be actively doing SFI.

1. First and foremost, build the relationship with your PSAs and CSAs so that they will want to work with you.

2. Give them reasons why do SFI. What’s different and special about SFI?

3. Teach them how to earn leveraged and residual income as explained in the Compensation Plan and the Benefits Chart. Teach them strategies

The most important thing in my opinion is to stay tune with the new
development and share up-to-date what is going on around
SFI/TripleClicks. The good example for this is the weekly news and
new changes and development update we get form the Corporate.
We have to align ourselves with that. Not everyone follows the news, so
We have to take the initiatives to share to make them aware of it.

You can update the team progress, as well as yours, remind or ask them

For our communications with our PSAs and CSAs, we have highly effective and equally diversified tools which allow us to tailor our messages to address specific questions, send targeted motivational messages and reach the different audiences that make up our genealogy.

In view of motivating our team members to be active, there are several situations to consider. Some cases can be addressed on a weekly basis. But, there are also instances that are better resolved as they arise. The relevance

This really depends on what other ways you are using to communicate with them and the level of interaction you have with them.

I use my weekly communication (group mailer) for group instructions on general topics or topics that all the group members should be aware of such as: SFI Basics, The Plan, Advertising etc.. I always include in there some motivational words for the team and as always I am here to help them.

I tend to send motivational messages and words of encouragement

Good day Rupak,

This is an interesting question, and you must agree with me that such question is not just perculiar to you, but to other affiliates.

Communication is very important when welcoming new affiliates to your team. In this regard, try and make letter Short , Simple and Clear. Remember, starting with ambiguous words, lengthy mails can over load such affiliates and put them off. so its best to Keep It Short and Simple.

After this phase, the next mail should

People need to have a vision. Ask them what it is they really would like to buy. Then show them how they can earn that money in SFI and bring their dream to reality. When people set out on a journey, they need a road map to get them to their destination. One of the things with people joining SFI is not that they don't have a road map, they simply can't read it or they don't understand it. You'll need to explain SFI to them in a way they can relate to. You won't reach everyone, but you can sometimes
