Your PSA/CSAs should always be able to depend on you for help and you should always be available to them. They are another avenue of income for you. Why wouldn't you help them?
Yes, they should eventually become independent enough without seeking your help on a regular basis, but you should still be there for them no matter what, just like your upline should always be available for you and for your downline.

Hope this helps!

Dear Maria,

In my opinion, as long as they are part of your team, as long as you work together, you should always be available for them, you should help and advice them when they need it.
Normally experienced and active PSAs and CSAs won't require as much time and energy as new ones. But they should rely on you, you should help and assist them when they need that. If you want to succeed you have to work with your team.

Hope I was helpful

Let's talk about PSAs first.

PSAs will always depend on you for help. More in the beginning and less at a later stage and your role as a sponsor is to always be there when they need you. If you have a lot of PSAs and you feel that you will not be able to help all of them then you should think of delegation. Chose from the best of your PSAs and train them to become an awesome sponsor like you and then re-assign other PSAs to them so they can help them duplicate .

Good day Maria,

The question asked is for how long my PSAs/CSAs depend on me for help?

Answer is as long as they remain active.

In this situation, working as a team yields results as there is the Power of 1. One person's inactivity in the team can have a negative impact on the team's performance. If you have active PSAs and CSAs that are hardworking, then we can appreciate their efforts when they reach certain milestone or parameters met when you set up your team's

"Help" is at the center of the SFI Affiliate development methodology and strategy. From the very instant a prospect signs up, and all along their career as an SFI team member, help is available from various sources (sponsor, upline, forum, Technical support).

"Help" is so important to the extent that it has a Launchpad lesson of its own.

Think of them like your children - even when they are all grown up they are still your children and your responsibility never ends, it just change roles. You go from caregiver to a helpless infant to a babysitter or advisor to your grown up children.

In the beginning your affiliates needs you more to help and guide you. As they learn more about the business they will lean less on your help and advice.

Let the relationship between you and your team follow a natural route.
