Read everything the Team Leaders have to say, especially Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond team leaders. They are the ones that have been around the longest, done this and that, tried this and that. They have seen success and failure. They are the ones with the most experience and you should value their opinions. Also ask questions, lots of questions to learn as much as you can about growing your business.

This is a good question that's seems hard to answer. I'm having problems just getting my downline to do anything! Some do a few versapoints and that's it. Some do nothing at all. I've even had an STL become inactive in her business. I can't figure out what the deal is. I send out mailers with encouragement, offering my help, tips, advice, etc., and nothing seems to move these people. The only thing I and you can do is keep moving forward. Don't forget your downline. Continue trying to communicate

What is the most effective promotion/incentive you have offered your downline to become (or requalify as) an EA?

Good question! Glad you asked! I have discovered that to motivate my downline to promote to an EA or to maintain their EA status and become an EA2 I will have a promotion offering the affiliate(s) ten or twenty T-Credits or a ten dollar or twenty dollar gift certificate, or I will transfer three to five new PSAs or CSAs to them. Sometimes you have to motivate your downline to build their business and promote, otherwise they will be dead in the water.

SFI has plenty of resources in their marketing section. You can pass out flyers and business cards to students and check with campus admin to post these things on college bullentin boards. Check with campuses to see when they have a Career Day and set up a table with info about SFI and promote your Tripleclicks store/auction. Maybe offer an incentive like giving them x-amount of t-credits when you sponsor them. Hope this helps!

I don't think there is a secret. The answer is learning all you can daily with the training and tools that SFI offers, then implementing what you have learned to grow your business and teaching others, your PSAs/CSAs, on how to grow their business. Duplication, duplication, duplication. Maybe that's the secret......duplication.

What can I do with affiliates who become EA in the first month and then stop, saying SFI is not what they expected?

I recently had an affiliate who seemed to be doing good, then quit. He said SFI wasn't what he expected. I guess he expected to get rich quick or maybe he expected for everything to just work out automatically without him doing anything, like reading the lessons and learning what to do to succeed. I really don't know why people get started then quit. I guess they just don't see the potential to make a lot of money with the little bit of work they do now.
If the person opts out of SFI, there's

What makes me proud to be an SFI Affiliate is the fact that I can make so much money! I can see the potential to become successful very quickly. I wish everyone that I sponsor could see the light at the end of the tunnel. If everyone would just follow the simple plan SFI has laid out, and quit getting so overwhelmed with all the training material and keep it simple, we all could and would become successful in a short amount of time.

For how long should my PSAs and CSAs depend on me for help?

Your PSA/CSAs should always be able to depend on you for help and you should always be available to them. They are another avenue of income for you. Why wouldn't you help them?
Yes, they should eventually become independent enough without seeking your help on a regular basis, but you should still be there for them no matter what, just like your upline should always be available for you and for your downline.

Hope this helps!

How can we get across to our affiliates that investing minor (at least) amounts of money into SFI is smart?

Investing a minor amount of money each month is a good idea. You can have a standing order of 1500 vp which will keep you at an EA every month and you can invest a small amount into a co-op to sponsor PSAs to help grow your business. The old saying is it takes money to make money, but it doesn't have to be a huge amount of money. You can invest a small amount monthly until you get to the point that your business is producing enough money for you to invest back into your business. Now you no longer

How can you offer financial support to a hard-working PSA/CSA who is truly financially challenged?

When you say financial support, what do you mean? Sending money to the PSA/CSAs? I wouldn't send dollar bills to them, but I would send them a gift card, t-credits, and even new PSA/CSAs if they are truly working hard to build their business.
Always help them any way you can, but don't send them money in the form of bills.
