Tell him first, with great enthusiasm, to look at the big picture. When you start out in business - say a brick and mortar store - you didn't begin the store with the idea in mind that tomorrow you were going to be rich. You knew at the outset all the work, investment, hours you would be putting into your business to make it a success.

That is what he's looking at here. A lot of hard work - all he can give - is what is required to get a business off the ground. Yes, he's putting

Offer your help and give your support. Do not ignore.

Before you give your help, get to know him/her well enough to determine what and how much he is putting in. Show you care.

What is the complaint, is it about money, time or acquiring knowledge?, for example:
-Is he/she putting in to much time at SFI
-Is he/she investing too much money
-Is he/she spending to much time acquiring knowledge

Give the help relevant to the reason for the complaint.

Good day David,

Indeed its a very nice question and based on my experience, I do hope I would be of help.

As it is, people sign up for various reasons mainly to earn quick money overnight. We are all aware of how network marketing works and we also know that for every business owner, he doesn't start recoding a profit until 6 months to a year before he can count his profits. Likewise, that is how SFI business is.

As a good sponsor to our PSAs, PSAs who complain

I would see, first, what exactly your team member is "putting into it".

Once you have this, you can walk your team member thru what your suggestions are to have a better experience from his work.

This could also be a situation where your team member is thinking that they will hit the jack pot over night. If this is the case, remind your team member that this is not a get rich quick scheme. This is a legitimate work at home business. Building a business will

It is very important to try to really understand his/her perspective. This is THEIR Business that they are questioning. They have concerns, and they are legitimate.

Find out their concerns and ask them to list them. Answer them one by one, but don't use a sales pitch that is just canned pep talk. "winners never quit, and quitters never win!" is NOT an answer to their concern!

Quotes and pep talks have their place, but a person trying to justify continuing is not

Hi

I would let the affiliate know that you are interested in his/her concern. (first and foremost) I would also tell the affiliate not to become discouraged. Remind them that this is a business and as such, you will probably invest more than you will get out of it in the beginning. Tell them that they are not the only ones, but patience is a virtue. Keep working at it and to keep in mind this is not a fly by night job. If he/she can stick with, work very hard at it. they will come out

Ask him whether he tried all options for income. Show him the Compensation Plan which lists all possible income streams of SFI.

Offer him becoming a TripleClicks member, which adds some other possibilities of earning money. He may open his own ECA shop, can participate in PB Auctions for really valuable goods or Gift Certificates, etc.

What fits someone may not fit others. Everyone should find the most appropriate income source for

The first most important thing is that you should not get affected adversely by such questions of your affiliates because these questions may some times demoralise anybody. Now comes the part of dealing with such question being raised by your affiliate. You should ask him to have faith and keep on doing the basics of this business without much worrying about the results. The timing of success might be different for different people but what is more important is that if you are doing what successful

Hello!

Almost everyone complains that he/she doesn't get as much out of SFI as he/she puts in it. But this is a lie, because results come with permanent actions. If someone makes more sales, he earns money, if not, he does not and the same goes about team building. Well, to the affiliate that is complaining, remind that SFI is not get quick rich scheme and he/she can tries the lottery. All the keys about earning and success is in Hard and Daily work. I am in SFI from few years and I barely

First, you have to find out what what they are looking to get out of SFI.

It is important to understand that this is a job that encourages advertising, marketing is key.

Encourage the person to take a new approach in advertising on the Web and with other sorces.

It is important to grasp the idea that the significant part of success is not so much about the quantity of time and effort you use, but the intelligent ways in which you approach the business with your
