I like this question because it's an indication that someone has understood that PSA's are indispensable to our success here at SFI. If you will not find PSA you might as well quit SFI because it is almost certain that you will not succeed.

Success in SFI will greatly depend on how fast you can build active PSA's. So get PSA's as early as possible according to your ability to recruit off line and online matched with your resources.

Buying PSA is necessary specially if:

1) You are busy and don't have time to recruit your own PSA.

2) When you do not know how to recruit online or offline.

3) When you want to build your Team as fast as you can.

Start all sort of recruiting PSA as soon as you understand and convinced that PSA is indefensible. You can do all methods of recruitment including Buying PSA, simultaneously.

Be aware however, that PSA's bought from any source are of less quality, because some of them are paid to sign-up. Set your right expectation so that you'll not get frustrated. Generally you only get 0.1 to 2% of purchsed PSA to be active.

The expenses of buying PSA is not heavy if you get it from your earnings, so strive to earn first if you have limited resources.

Your question requires an evaluation of where you are in growing your SFI business and where you are in your journey with SFI in order to decide that in your stage of growth warrants buying PSAs. What I mean is that, you have to always take into consideration that whatever activities involved in growing your SFI business can be supported within your means (budget) and are directed towards having a profitable SFI business.

- Your business plan should provide a written tour of your SFI business’ operations.

- Your business plan should identify your objectives.

Your business plan should contain:

1. Marketing plan – it defines your business offer, your target market and your unique selling proposition to your prospects. What’s compelling and different about what you’re offering compared to the competition? How will you market it?

2 Operational plan – what do you need to execute your long term goal?

3. Financial plan – provides information about the outline of your detailed financial projections, which includes your growth expectations over the next couple of years.

If you have set up your business plan, you’ll definitely need a strategic plan identifying the steps/actions to drive your SFI business forward. Your SFI business needs both to give it a clear foundation and a sense of direction, as well as to assist you with identifying key players and resources to seek out and acquire. Without them, you’re practically driving with the brakes on.

The boundaries of your strategic plan are defined by the contents of your business plan. The missions and objectives within your business plan not only define the desired results, but the time frame in which the results should be achieved.

I would highly recommend having a close look and making an assessment of your business and strategic plans in order to know where you are in terms of your development and growth in SFI and make a wise decision when you should start buying PSAs.

After completing your Getting started actions , understanding Daily ,Weekly Monthly actions , Going through 'Start' , 'SFI basics' and 'Launch pad ' you get to know lot of information about your SFI business.

By this time you have formed habit of daily login and completing your regular tasks.

This is the time you are set to take your next leap i.e to start expanding your team.

There are different ways to do this and buying PSA's is one of them.

However I would want you consider the following while purchasing PSA's

1.Main concern is that most of the PSA may be inactive.So you have to be prepared for this.

2.Hence you should be prepared to purchase PSA lots on regular basis without expecting immediate results on the investments.However ,this way you can get some active PSA slowly.

3. However,as the inactive members stay on your Genealogy upto 1 year consider them to be your prospects till then, as no one can say who will turn to be active any time.

The time to purchase PSA's also depends on the funds you could spare to invest.

Considering funds position ,First priority should be to place an standing order to ensure EA status so you start getting CSA's , executive pool share etc.

Then depending upon balance available funds you can decide to purchase quantity.

Buying PSAs is one way to get sign-ups in order to build a team.

You should do this as soon as you achieve EA status and have a bit more understanding about SFI and how it works. You would also need to read and learn all there is to read and learn about building SFI business properly, and learn all aspects of promoting TC products as well.

There are sponsoring tools you can use as a beginner which means you ask relatives and friends, your warm market, to join you in your SFI business.

However, if you are not comfortable in recruiting this way, the easiest way is to buy PSAs from ECAs or buy a share in S-Builder Co-op. S-Builder advertising campaign is so well structured and highly successful in getting quality sign-ups and PRMs from all over the world all you need to do is wait for your new PSAs' arrival and welcome them to your team.

I would say when you feel ready to support them effectively Biljana.

Having looked at your profile, I can see you have already proved yourself as a committed and valuable member of the SFI community. As a result you have already achieved BTL status, so I am not sure whether you are asking for yourself or for the wider community, especially newbies. Regardless, thank you for asking the question.

It is wise to spend the first month or two, while it is easy to achieve EA2 using the many free training VPs available, getting to know how SFI works.

- Study the training materials.

- Read lots of Ask SC questions (as you have done)

- Read the forum

- Practise what you learn

Have you tried attracting PSAs through your own free marketing efforts?

Buy PSAs based on your own budget.
However, do be aware of your own expectations, there is no guarantee that purchased PSAs will be any more active than PSAs you find yourself.

If you are earning already from SFI, re-invest this to reduce your own personal costs in buying PSAs.

As you progress and develop your own skills, e.g. build a training blog for newbies, you may find your conversion rate improve.

After joining SFI, we need initial warming up time. During this time we get acquainted with the Organization Basics, its operations, the compensation methods, To-Do items etc.,This is actually initial period of knowing what is what & where is what. Then we will start working on To-Do items. In case we are zealous enough we will be reaching Fast Track and Executive Affiliate.

Once the initial introductory period is over, we feel an urge to have our own team and start working up with them. A question may raise, why not enter the SFI with my people a few who express a wish to join. It is not desirable at this stage, as we are ourselves new to the whole arena and are not well aware of the nuances of the business. If some people join us, they will naturally be looking for our guidance which is not possible as we are novices to the whole picture. This results in discouragement to the people who joined, and frustration to us as we are not in a position to answer them. Both these are neither desirable nor warranted at this stage as we are freshers came in to business with a lot of ambition and aspiration..If we want to do a certain thing better it is to properly plan and execute. When it succeeds, it gives us a lot of moral boost and Self-Confidence. This will enable us to forge ahead with pride & a sense of achievement

In the Second stage when we are entering the Consolidation phase, we wish yo develop our own team and by this time we will have learnt some useful techniques, problems and their solutions .We will be ready to coach, teach & guide someone else. This is appropriate stage where we can build up put team. We can resort to off line and on line methods to build the team. As a part of Off line methods we can resort to discussing with family, inner circle friends and Outer Circle friends, relatives etc., and can enroll them. In the On line methods, we have Advertisements (Without Cost & with Cost--but relatively cheaper ways) As a part of this, we can participate in Pricebenders auctions where we can get a few PSAs through Spin & Win.. We have the purchase program also in SFI through TripleClicks.. In long Term, this works out well. The best method, however is to float a S-Coop by ourselves or enrolling ourselves in the existing Coop of SFI by paying $0.22 per day (or $24 approx per month) . This ensures a steady inflow of PSAs to you..

By the time we reach E.A, rank, SFI gives us 3 CSAs. per month (provided only we sustain the rank and improve upon it) . So, E.A. stage is the point of time from which we can have PSAs. If we are in a hurry to have the team even while we are in Affiliate position, neither do we have knowledge to guide nor sufficient experience to share with them in order to teach, coach and guide them. 1.There are two distinct & contradictory time frames as and when to buy PSAs.
a) After settling down for a period of 2-3 months.
b) As soon as possible.
Let us independently discuss each of these aspects.
A) After settling down for a period of 2-3 months.
2. The Initial Stage.
After we join SFI ,we need sometime to get acquainted with its basics, its operations, launch Pad lessons, Rules of Success, Three Golden rules of Duplication,Compensation,Daily to Do tasks etc. This is the initial warming up time, which is actually the period of orientation & coming to know the inside out of SFI to some extent!( that is to know”what is what” &”‘where is what”.) The next step is to carry out the daily to do tasks.
3. If we are sincere & hardworking, we will be collecting the Fast Track badge and attaining the rank of EA-2 in the next couple of months.
4. Second stage:-
This is the consolidation phase where in after the introductory period is over, that we will feel an urge to have our own team to work and support us.In the Second stage when we are entering the consolidation phase, we wish to develop our own team after we have learnt some useful techniques, problems and their solutions.
5. this juncture we will be ready to coach, teach & guide someone else. This is appropriate stage where we can build up put team. We can resort to off line and on line methods to build the team. As a part of off line method which is termed ‘warm marketing’, we can approach our family & inner circle of friends to enroll them.
Whereas in the on line method, we can advertise using the free SFI and TC banners to recruit affiliates. We can also participate in Pricebenders auctions where we can get a few PSAs through ‘Spin & Win” .We can also buy PSAs from ECAs through Triple Clicks.
In long Term, this works out well. I would however prefer to start a S-Builder Co-op
or enroll myself in the existing Co-p of SFI by paying a nominal amount of

We attain 2 CSAs every month once we retain EA-2 rank; this is time when we can go in for PSAs.

B) As soon as possible.
7. Having joined SFI and made the decision to take SFI as a real business opportunity, we must start recruiting immediately, within our first week in SFI. This can be either through ‘warm’ marketing or by purchasing PSAs.However,its recommended that we check out the SFI basics first, completing our “Immediate actions” on “ TO DO” tab and also complete the initial five days of Launch Pad lessons.
8. Bythat time the basics in SFI should be clear to us. We should not be ashamed to inform our new Affiliates that we are also new to the business. We will learn and grow with them. If they ask us some questions, we should carry out our research, check FORUM, and do whatever it takes but always make it a point to get back to them.
9.By this, we become more knowledgeable as a result of our affiliates asking & clearing their doubts. We have no other option to do research and find out the reliable answers to their questions. In one way this process enables us to be always updated on SFI policies & rules!
We will not go wrong with this technique. If we make a mistake, we will learn from it. Once we are successful, we will feel “empowered" and will venture out to recruit with more confidence.
10. Having illustrated the possible alternatives mentioned above to choose the stage & time to purchase PSAS, I would adopt this policy as illustrated below:-
i) Once my current goal requires to purchase PSAs,I would go for it! Since SFI is a business purely built on team work, therefore the purchasing or recruitment of PSA's is important but it will also depend on where my focus is at the moment.
ii) Once I start earning through SFI and I have sufficient budget, I would purchase these PSAs.
iii) I would also confirm the readiness of my business before venturing out to buy affiliates, which can impact the growth of my business.
iv) On the contrary, if I have sufficient active PSAs who have been recruited personally thru warm marketing, may not even think of buying these PSAs as my business is running smoothly with sufficient monthly income
11. Finally to summarize, the right time for purchase of PSAs is left to an individual, his state of business and his goals; his comfort level at the present time to guide and lead others in his down line.

As you make progress in grasping the essentials of your newfound business you reach a stage where you have to ask yourself these questions:


1. Are my goals clear and realistic?
2. Am I comfortable with what I have to do?
3. Am I able to guide any affiliate who joins my team now?

When you are happy with answers to the above, you are in a position to build your team and in doing so you should employ not one but several strategies. You can get your new PSAs through:

1. Your own advertising that is promoting your gateways or your websites if you have them.
2. Joining a Co-op
3. Subscribing to S-Builder Co-op
4. Or buying PSAs, through schemes such as “PSAs to Go.”

Each of these methods has pros and cons. For example advertising on your own may require more effort but if successful you can get many enrolments at a time. On the other hand with "PSAs to Go", you decide how many PSAs you want and it takes only a few days for you to get them but there is no guarantee that they will be active. ECA stores at Tripleclicks mainly sell these PSAs.

A strong team is certainly a spine of your business but such a team does not necessarily mean hundreds of PSAs . Some new affiliates are self-motivated and may not require much guiding but many others will. If you are in a position where you can offer duplication and it has a successful outcome, then even a team of 5 or 10 active PSAs is a strong team. But to get those 5 or 10 affiliates will require persistence on your part and a never give up mind set.

I would think that successful advertising is more likely to yield these active affiliates than buying PSAs. However, buying PSAs is an option when you do not have time to or cannot advertise. I wonder if anyone else has made a comparison between PSAs bought from S-Builder Co-op and those coming from “PSAs to Go”?

In summary, when you have acquainted yourself with the training information at SFI, and you are happy with guiding others to do the same then you are in a position to get PSAs and if you need to buy them, spend your money wisely, weighing up the pros and cons of the methods you choose.

I think it depends on your budget.
1. First month without any effort I think everyone can get 1500 VP. But the problem will come from the 2nd month to maintain a SO of 1500VP to maintain EA2 rank.

2. We try all possible ways to promote SFI gateways to get PSAs. But if we cant find any PSAs we must buy PSAs as per our budget. I think after two or three months later we start buying PSAs if we cant find PSAs.

In my opinion, the best time to start buying PSAs is when you are comfortable doing so. By that, I mean you are comfortable enough in your knowledge of SFI to lead and advise others. You don't need to know everything there is to know about SFI first, just enough that you are comfortable leading others in your footsteps. Once you are in that comfort zone, you can confidently lead others to follow.
If you are not confident for those who follow, they will tend to not follow. It is very disheartening to sign up for something thinking that you will have someone there, and then find out that your sponsor isn't confident enough to give you guidance, or your sponsor does nothing to help.
So to me if you are confident, then go ahead and start getting PSAs. Get them as soon as you feel ready to lead. Good luck, hope this has helped.
