Earlier the sponsor used to have only 10 days ( and 30 days with FT extension) in hands to present the Fast Track program to their affiliates with less time to affiliates to understand SFI and take decision regarding going for Fast Track.

This put pressure on the sponsor with a fear to give negative impression to the affiliates.

Also the initial 10 days most of the affiliates need to understand the system, green line, the tabs etc ( most are not even logging in.)Hence 99% would miss out the opportunity to go for Fast Track.

Now with the new Fast Track extensions program, not only the affilaites are benefitting ,moreover it has removed the pressure on sponsors ,thus helping them to put across the Fast track membership program in a more calm way without fear of losing the opportunity.

At a cost of only 1 Tcredit the sponsor can make this opportunity available to the affiliate whenever the latter becomes ready to go for it and thus strengthening the bond between them.

Hence only inform the affiliates about the opportunity in a cool manner without putting pressure and feeling pressure.

1)Many people suggest to use Google translate.

I would suggest you just try to translate some english sentences into non-english language you know and check whether it gives the same meaning. If satisfied then you suggest the use of Google translate to the persons of 'that' language. What I observed is Google translate is horrible with many languages particularly Indian languages because the style of sentence construction in different languages is very different . Hence word to word translation does not work there and worsens the situation.
Hence I would suggest just check out yourself before recommending it to others.

2) You can recommend your affiliates to become a2a friends with the other active members of their language .They may use Country power rank board for finding people of their language.

1. First of all tell the new affiliates about the green line and E365 contest with prizes attached to it on completion of each round.
This will keep them coming to SFI for few days.

2. Utilize this time to make them acquainted with terms like Versapoints , Tcredits ,T-time play, Daily Grand etc the easy things to do.

3. Get them familiarised with the homepage and the different areas on it such as the RED TABs belt for Daily/Weekly/Monthly actions , BLACK Tabs belt for Training/tools/reference etc,the vertical zone on left showing the array of badges, The 'SCOREBOARD'tab as showing various ways of earning,The Blue belt with the sponsors name with link to leadership page.

4.Tell them about Eager Zebra Games and Pricebender auctions.

5.This all help in habit formation to log in to their SFI account and it will be part of their routine life.

After completing your Getting started actions , understanding Daily ,Weekly Monthly actions , Going through 'Start' , 'SFI basics' and 'Launch pad ' you get to know lot of information about your SFI business.

By this time you have formed habit of daily login and completing your regular tasks.

This is the time you are set to take your next leap i.e to start expanding your team.

There are different ways to do this and buying PSA's is one of them.

However I would want you consider the following while purchasing PSA's

1.Main concern is that most of the PSA may be inactive.So you have to be prepared for this.

2.Hence you should be prepared to purchase PSA lots on regular basis without expecting immediate results on the investments.However ,this way you can get some active PSA slowly.

3. However,as the inactive members stay on your Genealogy upto 1 year consider them to be your prospects till then, as no one can say who will turn to be active any time.

The time to purchase PSA's also depends on the funds you could spare to invest.

Considering funds position ,First priority should be to place an standing order to ensure EA status so you start getting CSA's , executive pool share etc.

Then depending upon balance available funds you can decide to purchase quantity.

This shows your commitment towards the business!

Now as you have become EA2 , you have become fully aware of what it takes to maintain your EA status.

Now try to attain your EA status as early as possible in every month, so that you need not focus the whole month on achieving the status.

The earlier you achieve the EA status, the more time you can spare for other activities as expanding your team, guiding your downline to duplicate you and learning still more advanced skills to grow more and more as sky is the only limit at SFI !

Teach your downline also to achieve their EA status as earliest as possible and avoid the last minute run.

This way you have peace of mind and start enjoying your business
