To be successful in SFI, we need to develop a team of affiliates with the following attributes:

DETERMINATION

An affiliate must have the determination to succeed in SFI. Others call this trait as perseverance, persistence, tenacity, commitment, and resilience. We must have strength of purpose to endure whatever frustrations we might encounter as we build our SFI business.

PASSION

It can be assumed that affiliates are driven to try SFI by money. But successful SFI affiliates are fueled by a passion to promote SFI’s products and services and/or by the excitement and belief on SFI mission that it could provide us internal and financial rewards.

RISK-TAKER

Successful affiliates has the ability to withstand the fear of uncertainty and potential failure. As they are willing to take the risk, they will be able to successfully manage potential failure and will never give up no matter how bleak their business looks like at the moment.

VISION

Affiliates must have the ability to spot the multiple sources of income and financial freedom that SFI offers. And they are able to catch the vision of SFI and communicate that vision to their team members.

SELF-BELIEF

Self-confidence is a key to SFI success. We have to be crazy-sure that SFI is the best affiliate program that has evolved on the net and TripleClicks is the best e-commerce site with products and services that the world needs.

Fun & Enjoyment

Affiliates should see that SFI is easy and fun to do. If they do SFI, they can derive personal satisfaction, financial gain, stability and enjoyment from it as the sum of what they put into their SFI business. Because if we don't enjoy what we're doing in SFI, chances are we won't succeed in this business.

More than looking for these attributes in the Team Members the Leader has to make these qualities in him visible for his team members.

The attributes I look for are team members that are dedicated to improving their business. What do I mean by that? It is quite simple:

1- Team members log in daily and complete the necessary tasks.
2- Commitment. They commit themselves to the business. Learn a little bit day by day. Pick new areas to explore and learn.
3- If there are questions, they reach out and ask them.

Some might say that their team members have the money to invest in achieving the 1500VP to achieve their EA status. Well, the bottom line is that not all people that join have the ability to do this. If the team member is willing to log in daily and complete tasks; then learn little by little. They will start to earn a small commission as they move forward. Once they feel comfortable with where they are at in their business and with SFI. They may decide to upgrade to purchasing TCredits/PSA's etc. to achieve the 1500 VP. Then you have an active team member.

So I would suggest to not expect your new team members to explode out of the gate. Give them guidance and help them along. If they decide to proceed slowly, let them. It will pay out in the end.

The three attributes that are most likely to make your team successful are a positive mindset, a burning desire to succeed, and determination.

A positive mindset is critical. Henry Ford once said "Whether you think you can, or think you cannot, either way, you are probably right." If you don't believe in what you are doing, how can you expect others to believe in it? With so many products on offer at TripleClicks, it is hard not to find something you can believe in, and the SFI leadership team have proven themselves over many years to have the skill and vision to keep the business moving forward.

Desire is another key factor. You and your affiliates need a burning desire to succeed. This is not just an idle dream of someday making money on-line, but a definite goal to accomplish, a specific target to reach. That target will almost alway be something that you or your family will benefit from directly. It might be to clear your debts, buy a new car, move in to your ideal home, generate an income that allows you to 'fire the boss', or even just to feel good about having enabled others to improve their lives. Without that specific desire, everyone will struggle to find the inner motivation they need to be successful.

Determination is also important. It takes time and effort to build a team and keep them involved in the process. If you quit before your efforts start to pay off, you are not only letting yourself down, but your whole family, and possibly your team as well. Just because you don't see any immediate response to your efforts, that doesn't mean nobody is paying attention to what you are saying. To be successful in a multi faceted business like SFI, an affiliate must have a positive attitude, open minded approach, a burning desire to become succeed, a willingness to acquire new skills and implement it effectively in a timely manner, and always willing to learn and adapt his tactics according to the situations in demand.

Communication skills are crucial to success. An affiliate must possess a Team Player skills and some degrees of Leadership qualities.

Determination and persistence are another two main attributes an affiliate must have. One who transforms obstacles in his or her path to stepping stones towards success will be a good asset. One who taking actions instead of preaching about it is the one who successful at the end.

A winner's mindset with futuristic vision is another good quality. Willingness to learn from the past mistakes and correct his actions accordingly is very important to be successful in life.

A 'never quit' attitude, open minded approach to criticism, a willingness to become helpful to others are some important qualities I am desired in my team members. Planning and goal setting is a must to achieve success in any field. One who possess these qualities are an asset to any team. An affiliate joins SFI with a view to being successful in his venture to grow business. Normally, most of the new affiliates even do not know the ABC of business. Many of them assume that
once their products are described on a SFI website, it will start paying dividends. It is therefore
necessary that once you get an SFI in your down line, you should of course welcome them aboard and strike a direct chat thru SFI platform.

The first impression is the last impression. The sponsor of this new affiliate must tell them at the
outset what he has been doing to delve deep into the sound tenets of successful business. The new affiliate should be explained that he has nothing new to do except going through all lessons one by one and point by point to gain enough knowledge to navigate the system and use appropriate tools at the right place and at the right time.

Gone are the days when business studies remained limited to bookish knowledge. Now, with the innovative tools being available on the internet and most of the help available on the SFI platform, no affiliate requires any tutor. The system has been appropriately and consistently programmed for an affiliate navigate and learn basics and gain advanced knowledge about
any subject.

My affiliates are given enough tips and are told to have a targeted investments into their
new business which will stand their business in good stead in the future. I drive them to
