To be successful in a multi faceted business like SFI, an affiliate must have a positive attitude, open minded approach, a burning desire to become succeed, a willingness to acquire new skills and implement it effectively in a timely manner, and always willing to learn and adapt his tactics according to the situations in demand.
Communication skills are crucial to success. An affiliate must possess a Team Player skills and some degrees of Leadership qualities.
Determination and persistence are another two main attributes an affiliate must have. One who transforms obstacles in his or her path to stepping stones towards success will be a good asset. One who taking actions instead of preaching about it is the one who successful at the end.
A winner's mindset with futuristic vision is another good quality. Willingness to learn from the past mistakes and correct his actions accordingly is very important to be successful in life.
A 'never quit' attitude, open minded approach to criticism, a willingness to become helpful to others are some important qualities I am desired in my team members. Planning and goal setting is a must to achieve success in any field. One who possess these qualities are an asset to any team. These are the minimum qualities I expect from a team member to be successful in SFI.
