First I want to emphasize 1 VersaPoint which is received daily for visiting some of the Forum topics, that is 30 VP monthly. There are many affiliates who have passed through the same or similar situation as you are and whose experience you can certainly be of help. In search space enter your problem to find out solutions of the others. If you can't find previous solution you can post your problem and get advice from other affiliates.
Also, when you find some useful topics and tips about business bookmark it and share with your team members through Stream posts or team mail.

What can I do to get my new sign-ups to stay engaged with SFI for longer than one day?

Very interesting question.
There are usually two ways people join your team: following your link without contacting you or when they contact you before registration.
In both case, what is up to you is to make interesting ad and to send them motivational welcome message. When they contact you to ask about SFI, you should not tell them that SFI is easy and quickly enrichment scheme. Tell them the true. This is serious business that can not be known for a day. It is better to learn little by little and invest their time in it. Tell them about games, contests and prizes.
If they are curiosity, have competitive spirit and are willing to work hard, they will stay more than one day. As the days go by, they will realize the essence of this business.
It is most in our hands, but not everything.

If I only have one hour a day to spend on SFI, what should I spend this limited time doing?

One hour a day is almost enough to do many things on SFI. The first thing you should do are daily actions (or weekly / monthly actions if it is time for it). It would be advisable to vote for 30 questions on Ask Sc in order to get a bonus entry to the Daily Grand. Also try to play T-Time as much as possible, takes around 30 seconds and gives you the chance to win 2tc daily. If this doesn't take much time, you will remain time for advertise your business or products of TripleClicks on social media. Try to post at least two or three ads every day in order to strengthen your team.

What will you do differently in 2016 to grow your SFI business?

I will try:
- not to skip any VersaPoint from daily, weekly and monthly actions;
- to set my goals much higher and archive it;
- to open my own ECA;
- to invest more money;
- to make new sites for advertising;
- to recruit more PSAs and PRMs;
- to get more free Tcredits from games;
- to win auctions.
What should I do to gain maximum support from my upline to grow my SFI business?

The mission of each upline is to instruct their members as good as possible in SFI business. If you follow his advice and work hard each passing day, he will have a greater desire to help you progress in your business.
Show your interest in this business by doing daily your tasks, learning and being more worthy. Even if the progress of your sponsor depends on you in some way, he will lose the will to help you if you do not cooperate.

Besides TO-DO List, every day I try to perform the following actions:
- Rate for 30 Ask SC answers, to get a bonus entry into the Grand Daily
- Play T-Time game every hour, in order to win 2tc
- Advertise on social networks, in order to increase my team
- Promote products from TripleClicks on the internet, to get more refferals
- Improve my blog about business
- Provide support to my team and colleagues
- Read News and Forum on SFI
- Play games and participate in auctions to change Tcredits with MRP and win something.

If persons I sponsor advance in SFI faster than I do, should I continue to try to train and support them?

Whether he is advancing faster than you or not, you should continue to giving him support in everything and offer your help whenever he needs it. SFI is not a uneventful job, there's a lot to learn. Often we have to go back to the lessons that we have already read. So, the advice are welcome at any time.
How long should I pursue inactive PSAs/CSAs with emails, e-cards, etc. before giving up on them?

My suggestion is to never give up on your PSAs or CSAs, although it seems pointless to support someone who is not there. Include them at least in your weekly team mails. It does not mean anything to you, but maybe someday they return to SFI to continue with work and your advices might be useful for them.
