When and how should I start preparing for my retirement from SFI?

good question
First, you must make your status EA CV each month so that you can get to your hands. because if you can not maintain your EA status means your commission will be owned by your upline.
Second, educate and guide your downline to be like you (Minimum EA each month in order to commission CV continues to run each month)
Third, make your downline are like children who should you talk, the benchmark that you can work on them together.
If persons I sponsor advance in SFI faster than I do, should I continue to try to train and support them?

In SFI, the ranking is not something that should be considered, but a real step in the everyday actions that are always needed in this business.
Had they are faster than you, should be used as a place to exchange ideas and opinions towards better again.

Ranked EA should you achieved each month running, because it is more profitable than downgraded. Besides, you can make the team leadership, it also makes you additional capital to continue to exist in the business SFI.
Being a team leader is something that is quite difficult if not considered carefully, because you are required to become a leader should be able to lead your subordinates.
For a great time to be a team leader, did not have to wait into Bronze or Platinum team leader, though still ranked EA2 EA or down as long as it can guide you to stay active.

A pretty good question.
Try to keep in touch at every opportunity, either through email, chat, and so forth. Guide them as you stepped into this business, make them like yourself.
But keep in mind, do not ever force them to obey the will, but is expected to be a better example. Bring together every day so that no significant progress.
