Have a look at your genealogy report and see the country/region where the majority of your affiliates live. Even if you do not speak their language, use the translators and post in their sub-forum area using their language. Post on subjects that most international members have issues with such as:
How and when do they get paid, Understanding TCredits, marketing, shipping costs etc..

Make sure you make it clear that you do not speak their language but nevertheless urge them to contact you if they need help, using their language or English if they prefer.

You will most likely have to translate and post one article several times in different sub-forum areas.

When you send your team your weekly newsletter, make a translation and post it in the relevant sub-forum where the majority of your non-English speakers are likely to see it.

There are indeed many ways that we can apply, to support help to our non-english team members in our region or country.

First,
Lets focus on the major role
Become a translator, translating English from an important post update like SFI News or New Release/Launch or any from SFI.
This translating action is very helpful so that all non-English speaking affiliates will receive the same information from SFI

Second,
Communicating in native language from a Getting Started subject into advance method, will somehow helps them understands SFI well even if their Sponsor can't explain well through Language barrier.
This is really a break through..

Third,
With the native language being active and properly used, we or other Sponsor who discover our affiliate's region or country can easily guide them to have a better conversation to their own Country/Region sub forum link and language community.

Overall, having a sub forum on other non English speaking does sure helps our other language barrier problem.

In a networking business, communication is huge. Some Affiliates become inactive due to their little or no understanding of SFI official language - English. Therefore, anything that could be done to solve or get around this problem would be a welcome development.

The Country/Region sub-forum offers a good opportunity of addressing non English speaking Affiliates' communication challenge.

If you are an Affiliate that understands any other major language apart from English like Mandarin, Spanish, French, Russian, Hindi/Urdu, Arabic, Portuguese, Bengali etc, you need to become active at those sub-forum contributing vital Getting Started Threads and answering questions.

Even when you cannot speak those languages, you need to direct your team members to those country/region sub-forums as a place to get valuable tips and a place to get answers they could comprehend. With many of those sub-forum contributors residing in countries where those languages are primary ones, getting a2a friends from there would go along way in helping their SFI business.

Really, the basic challenge is getting our team member find and become active at those sub-forum, hence we should promote it in our Stream messages, Team messages, LP page and other correspondences. Directing them to the sub-forum may require your using Google Translator.

You could never imagine how many hitherto inactive team members would become active just by solving the language barrier.

Seek out fellow affiliates who speak their language and who may live in their neighbourhoods so that there can be a colleague connection with others.

Speaking and writing the same language is a great way to promote belonging and a sense of value in your down line team members. The more effort you put into connecting them with others through you will encourage them to move onward and upward with their SFI business.

Also take the time to find forums that you found helpful and use a translator to change the language from English text to a language that he or she will understand. Going the extra mile to seek out helpful forum posts on their behalf will be appreciated and even one more step to translate the posts into their native tongue will show that you value efforts of all team members.

As most who participate in Forum are English speaking. Most of the main issues are being discussed in English. Those who don't understand English or unable to write in English will not participate actively in the Forum. But they can use Google translation in their own languages if any.

The sub-forums therefore is one way to provide venues to have the issues in the Main Forum to be translated and presented in the official language of the country which can be easily understood.

Thee are limitations to the effectiveness and getting the right and standard information with the main Forum. The main Forum will cover large number of participants all over the world and the diversity of opinion and information is huge. Whereas, in sub-forums it is restricted to the members in that country of outside the country who can communicate in the language of that country. Naturally, the number and diversity of information is limited.

SFI can appoint moderator(s) to help in the sub-forum. Those who have read the main Forum can share the information in the sub-forum. This will greatly help the members rather than to confine to their own circle which may not present their overall scenario.

I use this sub-forum only when there is something is missing and make correction, or express opinion on issues under discussion which are directly related to the local environment.

The best way to help your team members who English is not their primary language using the Country/region forum is to advice them to join and share in their country/region forum.

Tell them to feel free and make friends with other affiliates and team leaders in their country. This will prove to them that SFI is not a scam. It will show them that SFI is a real company with real people. It will also make them more comfortable because they can post in their own language and receive answers/comments in their native language. They will be able to understand SFI better which will result in success.

If they have a problem understanding you and the translator is not really doing it for them either you can encourage them to go to their Country / Regions sub-forum and ask somebody to translate or explain something for them.

They can for example copy and paste your answer to a question and people speaking their language can translate or explain it to them. Just don't write long complicated answers - something will get lost in translation and very few people will have the time and translate that message for your affiliate

The idea is not that the Forum takes over your role as sponsor - it is just to help out those affiliates with a problem reading and understanding English. You should still be there to assist them to the best of your abilities within the constraints of the lack of understanding.

Country/Region sub-forums can help your team members who are weak in English. These forums are written in the native language of the native team members from the country/region. This way the affiliates can ask questions in their native language and get answers back in their native language which is superior to the use of translators which are limited by the tool or translator. There are many words that don't exist in other languages that do exist in English and this makes translation tools lacking at best. Moreover, there are multi-lingual team members in these forums that that even help with the translation of other forums so that the users can gain a wealth of information if they take advantage of it.
