The Country/Region sub-forum is where your team members whose primary language is not English can go to and post questions and discuss topics in their native language.
When you send Team Mail to your members, encourage those members whose primary language is not English, to visit the Country/Region sub-forums. Let them know that is where they can find helpful answers or information posted by experienced affiliates who may speak the same language as them.
As they take part in the Country/Region sub-forum, it will build their knowledge of SFI and help them understand what they need to do to grow their SFI business.
