The SFI Forum is unique in online communities focused on marketing and business development.

I am not aware of a similar meeting place with such high quality of professional exchange of ideas, personal as well as professional interaction among business people who have the same interest and help one another with such degree of generosity. It is a learning circle, a mentoring avenue, and a stress mitigating place.

I have noticed, in many instances, that an affiliate posts at the Forum thinking that their issue is out of the ordinary. However, the input they get from other Forum members help them see it in a different light, and relieve them from the stress they seemed to have. They find out that either they are not seeing their problem with the correct understanding, or a relatively easy solution may be available.

In such interactions, a direct understanding from a common language can make a big positive difference. It takes out all possibilities of misunderstanding when working with translations or with a language we do not fully master.

The Country/Region Sub-Forums extend these benefits and positive impacts much further. In addition to greater understanding, professional and personal interactions, mentoring, and problem solving, the sub-forums create opportunities for both team building within SFI as well as sales and sponsoring outside of SFI.

For team leaders and affiliates who are more comfortable with other languages than English, the sub-forums offer an environment where they can discuss. in local terms, questions and issues they want to solve. A sponsor can help their PSA directly. A co-sponsor can understand the problem facing his/her CSA. They have no language barriers to overcome. They have a greater understanding of the solutions that are offered. This make the implementation of such solutions much easier.

Furthermore, they get input from other affiliates that speak the same language, are familiar with the specifics in their countries and regions, and the shortcuts available to ensure greater and faster success.

Such inputs will be very beneficial in their advertising, sales and sponsoring efforts. With greater ease, they will be able to adapt SFI strategies and tactics to local circumstances, in their countries and regions.

This is the spirit, goals and approach you can use the Country/Region Sub-Forums to build your team if English is not your primary language.

Your question itself has the answer as to why the Country/Region Sub-Forum was introduced.

Its mainly for affiliates for whom English is not the primary language.

If you find it difficult to communicate with your Team because of this, you can suggest them to post their queries & questions in their native language in the Sub Forum.

There are so many experienced affiliates waiting outside (from their own Country & Region) who will just grab the opportunity & answer in their own native language.

1. This way, they can understand more things about SFI/TC which should help them to grow in their
business.

2. They can create new a2a friends from their area with whom they can interact more freely and
frequently.

3. They can even conduct joint business sessions to promote SFI/TC once they develop
good understanding & rapport with their fellow SFI affiliates in their Region;

Conclusion:

In short, Country/Region sub-forum is a powerful tool which if used judiciously, can help affiliates of any Region to come together, increase their knowledge base, expand their business, grow with the Team and win together consistently and continuously. Communication can be easy & quick.

The question is how a sponsor can use the sub-forums to help non-English speaking or reading affiliates.

If a new PSA does not speak English easily, chances are that they will only read what is necessary in their opinion. That leaves out the Forum, most everything not on the To Do List, and ASK SC.

Help them at the very beginning by writing them an eCard in their own language and introduce them to their sub-forum, and to the Google translator. Then as important Forum threads And ASK SC questions and answers come out, give them the heads up to translate and read it for themselves. Explain to them that you can not enter his sub-forum room unless you are from his locality.

Many new affiliates resent the extra work. Gently tell them that successful business people do what it takes. Expand their outlook to a global business that it their business, not a job.

Encourage him to begin new threads and participate in the ones already in the room.

NOTE; if he uses periods, but no spaces at the beginning of a new sentence and no capitals, the translator can not separate the words and then translate. So then there are two words separated by only a dot and they may not make any sense.

This is a good question for Sponsors to pay attention too.
The benefits of participating in the Country /Regional Forums are, in my opinion.

The primary advantage is you can submit your questions in your language.
And:

1. To help develop friendships with fellow affiliates in your city, country, region or country.

2. Ask questions about the problems specific to your where you are from with others
in the same regions.

3. The area forums will limit others who may not fully understand the complications
specific to your region.

4. Monitoring these Forums will, also, help SFI to identify problems in specific geographical
locations.

The above four items are only four basic points. I believe many will find the geographic
specific Forums a welcome platform in which to converse with others who are in the SFI
business and closer to home.

Hello and thanks for asking the question.

I guess the question was asked in the last week ASK SC question. But thanks its a wonderful question, thanks so much for asking.

The Forum was an idea created to help all SFI affiliates brainstorm, solve problems and and help one
another, especially those without active Sponsors or Co-sponsors.

Now, to make it easier and better for affiliates the "My Country/My Region" category was introduced to help Sponsor direct affiliates question to his/her country fellow. Especially when communication between Sponsors and PSAs is difficult.

So, explaining or interpreting some certain terminologies in SFI/Tripleclicks to our
downlines such as Standing Order, Fast Track, Tcredit, Tcurrency, Wave 3 etc in English
may prove difficult. But with the Region Forum, you can easily explain what each of the
terminologies means.

Therefore, if I can communicate better to my fellow country men who are my PSAs, I can explain the benefits of duplication, advertisement and marketing, also how they can set up their own advertisement campaign.

Through the medium I can explaining how selling Tripleclicks products could bring extra income, especially recruiting ECAs and PRMs.

So many new affiliates find it so hard to trust online transaction. Meanwhile some may be confused on how to purchase Tcurrency. The Forum will help me connect them with a trusted Tcurrency merchant etc

So, its no doubt the "My Country Forum" if well used will help build your SF business.

Interpret the Weekly news from SFI, and always go online to ask them if they have any challenges especially if they need to buy things using Tcurrency.

It is always better to communicate with your team in their native language. I would first send an email to my team members asking them if they wish to communicate in English or their native language.

I would explain to them that there is a section of SFI where they can communicate in their native language and ask questions with a view to being a better business builder.

I would then provide a link to the correct section of the Forum where they can go and check it out. Offer any help you can and advise your team members that they can also use Google Translate to help converse. Provide the link to Google Translate in case they want to use it.

You can also point out that being a part of the Forum each day is a great learning experience and also helps with your Action VP count.

Our team members or our affiliates are our main responsibility. Part of our task is to guide them where they can find more help aside from the help that we give them.

It is true that language may be a barrier between us and our affiliates but we can always use free online translation website like google to help us understand each other.

Nevertheless, there are problems in some countries that are unique. Example is on sending money for payments if they buy from TripleClicks. This is the time that we need to direct them to the country/regional sub forum so that they can ask how their countrymen solve the problem.

They also need the country/regional forum for mutual encouragement as they can express themselves freely using their own language.

So, by all means guide them or best is you give them the link of the sub-forum of their country/region.

The Country/Region sub-forums were created as a subset of SFI Forum to help affiliates from other country/region whose primary language is not English. This is a very effective tool for Team Leaders/Sponsors originating from other countries/regions whose mother tongue is not English but possessed a good command of English and has gained several years of experience in running his/her SFI business.

How to use effectively the Country/Region sub-forums to help your team members whose primary language is not English?

- Through this medium, the Team Leader/Sponsor can invite his/her team members to clarify in his/her native language the principles that make SFI a real online home based business with the potential of earning a lifetime residual income.

- He/she would be able to explain clearly in his/her native language important terminologies, such as Duplication, Standing Order, TCurrency, S-Builder Co-op, VP Matching, TripleClicks Executive Pool, Pricebenders, EZ games, etc.

This new sub-Forum, My Country My Region, can encourage new team members whose English is not their primary language to post in their own language any queries about SFI procedures and express their concerns about their ability to build a successful SFI business.

This will help them enormously in getting confidence as they interact and join in the discussions in their own language and not have fear about being misunderstood.

Encourage your own team members to also participate in any discussions that may interest them and which may relate to their own problems such as where to get help with credit cards and other banking needs, which ECA to approach to arrange to buy TCurrency to pay for their TripleClicks purchases and standing order.

Instructions spelled out in their native language will be easier for them to understand instead of struggling to understand instructions written in English. Affiliates who speak the same language can clarify some issues and terminologies and procedures better than you can.

Generally speaking if you notice people, including strangers who may not know each other but if they find that both of you speak the same language, there is a common ground to start a conversation. Language becomes the basis on which you can talk about any subject starting from asking for directions to how to work an automated drink machine!

The Forum's sub category of being able to talk/converse and communicate in your vernacular is very similar. Team members from the same country will understand common problems with a lot more ease if explained in a common language. This facilitates problems and queries being sorted out in a faster way. Better informed and more experienced affiliates in your region will help you out.

In addition, as there is no restriction of posting in English, team members who may be new to the business can post a thread without feeling embarrassed about the query they are asking. Some affiliates hesitate to post in the Forum because they wonder how others will think about them. There are no barriers to what you will post provided you conform to the rules and regulations (which the Forum Gurus in your country will make a check on and ensure that there are no violations).
