If you want to have your sponsor notice you - start working the program! Do your daily tasks and strive to become a Team Leader yourself. Once you start earning VP's and show up on the Movers list, your sponsor will notice you. Try to be the #1 Mover on his/her list. Continue to send emails or try and catch him/her online and start a chat session.

If you reach this status (of a Mover), any sponsor that doesn't communicate with you or give you the help you need doesn't deserve you!

If you want to communicate with your sponsor, just send him or her an email. Specifically ask what it is that you want guidance with - are you confused about the program? Do you want to know how to use TripleClicks? Your sponsor should be able to answer any questions that you have and should just be an email away.

If you don't get a response from your sponsor, then try your co-sponsor. Between the two, you should be able to get your questions answered. If you still are not getting anywhere, go to any of the ways the SFI program can help you - Ask SC, the Forum, or, just do a search.

Of course, it's possible your sponsor simply is not participating with SFI. You can check your sponsor and co-sponsor out by clicking on the name - then see if he/she is even active. If they aren't then you are wasting your time and energy trying to connect with them or to get their attention.

Regardless, never give up!

Your sponsor would have first noticed you when he received the notification that he has sponsored a new affiliate. He would notice you further when he sends you a welcome letter and provide you some guidelines.

You could then perhaps reply to the welcome letter showing your interest to be active member of his team. He will then guide your further on how to make a start etc.

As you go through and complete the commitment activity, your sponsor will receive an inbox message that you are ready to go and he will get in touch with you.

After your have filled up your profile particulars your sponsor will receive a message again in his inbox. He will contact your and offer the assistance you need to start off your SFI business.

As you complete your Launchpad lessons your sponsor will be keeping track by looking at your VP ledger and his Movers List. He will be looking forward to you earning at least 1500 VPs and become an EA.

Become an EA and your sponsor will receive notification via his inbox and this is where he will respond to congratulate you and work with you to help build up your business.

Participate in the forum either by asking questions or contributing something and your sponsor could notice you and provide your some guidance.

Participate in ASK SC and try to be among the top 10. Here again your sponsor could be notice you and give you the motivation or even reward you.

Your badges play a vital role in being noticed by your sponsor. Earn as many badges you can and request help from your sponsor if in doubt.

Participate in PB auctions, games, contests etc and be among the winners. You get noticed by your sponsor who will motivate your further.

Standout at the Growth Tab by being one of the top enrollers and you will get noticed here by many including your sponsor about your potential.

I think communication is definitely key, therefore don't be afraid to check out there leadership page and review their badges, sort of get to know them and follow their blog. Displaying your leadership and entusiasm by achieving your goals, participating daily in your to dos and forum discussions, as well as the contests that take place. They need your support as much as you need theirs because if you succeed they succeed and vise versa.
I personally would follow their post and like them (thumbs up) on the content that they share as to show that you support them, but also your sponsor is there to guide you so if your having a hard time or questions you cant get answers to by shadowing them, check to see if they are online and start up a conversation with them. The more they know about you and your goals the more they can find personal solution(s) or guidance for you. You can make this easier by allowing them on your profile page to have access to read your details/dreams/goals...(its an optional checkbox)
I've also personally been noticed by my sponsor each time i earn a badge or win a prize...
through email, post, e-card etc.. although don't be discouraged if you haven't had the same experience with you sponsor, as the more affiliates you sponsor the larger the workload can be a little more difficult to keep up and/or fall behind with communication. you could always make suggestions to your sponsor such as a team contest, or team names etc.. by showing interest it can spark motivation for them to be more in touch with you, as some affiliates rather not be bothered unless necessary.

Co-sponsors are also there to help if needed you could send them a quick email asking for some guidance.

Don't forget having discussions with other affiliates such as your a2a friends as you can share and help guide one another internationally.

My best advice is to not so much worry about having your sponsor notice you but try to get yourself noticed by prospects, businesses, possible sales customers, and getting SFI/TC noticed.
And I feel the best guidance provided by a sponsor is to to do as they wish there team to do and lead by example ....Be a good role model.
And lastly if you've already asked for help and guidance more than once and have had no response try another person on your upline team:)

I found out most Sponsors fail to notice their affiliate because they refuse to be responding to the advice and support from the sponsor.

Firstly, as a new affiliate, every sponsor expect to recieve a message from you about your commitment and dedication to the SFI business. Every sponsor will notice an affiliate who is really determined to go far with the the business and grow the foundation of the team. As a sponsor I will be on the lookout for such affiliate incase he or she has any challenges.

Secondly, You need to fill in your Affiliate form. Its very important so that the sponsor will know you strenght and area of concentration. If you are interested in Pricebender or duplication and you have challenges, your sponsor will always have information to send to you, especially if you ask question about them.

Also, there is nothing that earns you more recognition as when you qualify for at least EA every month. All sponsor tend to notice EAs as they will be expecting more incomes from the Executive Pool. You can make a Standing Order upto 1500VP to make you a EA. I receive at least 1PSA from my Upline sponsor for becoming EA, that means becoming EA made him notice me and I was rewarded.
Participate in pricebender and EZ games, become a Fast Track member. Its one way through which Sponsors recognise their PSA. They recieve badges reading the numbers of Fast Track theh havs in their downline.

Participate in team contest, ask questions and be ready to sponsor more.

One of the main pillars of growing any networking marketing business is communication between upline and downline. In SFI we’re in the business of Duplication and communication plays a major key role in building and strengthening relationship in our organization.

Usually upon joining SFI, your sponsor will send you a welcome message, as a first step in establishing connection between you and your sponsor. It seems that you’re feeling neglected and would like to get attention from your sponsor.

Because communication is a two-way process, you and your sponsor have a part to play to reach a mutual understanding in regards to providing you guidance.

What you should do to get attention from your sponsor and provide you guidance?

- You should complete your affiliate profile to get your sponsor’s attention. Your sponsor will be notified through his/her email which includes links and encouragement from SFI admin to contact you.

- Sending your SFI Commitment Message to your sponsor will further increase your chances in connecting to your sponsor.

- Complete your monthly sponsor/co-sponsor ratings. Include your comments of needing his/her guidance.

- When you see his/her Stream Posts, write a short comment and include your request for his/her guidance.

- Get in the habit of being active by accumulating as much VPs as you can. Setting up an SO of 1500 VP will lead him/her to congratulate you for achieving/re-qualifying to EA(2), plus you’ll get listed in his/her movers tab.

- Write a comment whenever you see his/her Forum post.

- Use the communication channels provided by SFI such as Chat and Team mail or simply go to My Acct>My Upline: https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/upline

- Respond to your sponsor’s weekly support messages or every message that he/she will send to you. When you show your interest by asking questions to his/her messages, he/she will begin to appreciate your effort trying to learn and understand the message that he/she is conveying to you.

I must say first, Awesome job so far. I looked at your profile and I have to say, VERY Impressive. From what I see you are doing all the right things to be noticed. If you Sponsor is not noticing you or guiding you then there are two things you need to consider.

1) You are doing a better job than your sponsor and he/she feels that there is not much they can guide you with or they feel you have everything under control.

2) Maybe your sponsor is not a leader and not the one you need to be looking to for guidance. If that is the case then you need to go to Hot Spots and go down to Genealogy On the right side of your Genealogy you will find a link for your upline. There you will find your sponsor and co-sponsor and your complete upline. Contact your sponsor and co-sponsor and see if they will provide the guidance you are seeking. If not, then run right up your upline till you find the leader you are seeking. You will find the right one and they will benefit from working with you.

I will leave you with this one last thought.

SFI has given you all the tools and support to be successful even if you can't find the guidance in your upline you seek. Read everything, follow leaders in the forum, read all the answers in Ask SC, not just the first 10 but elect to do the other 20. If you do this, and I must say I think you already are from the looks of your profile, you will succeed.

Don't worry about finding a leader, read, learn, share, and lead by example, If you do this, YOU will be the LEADER full of guidance for others that you yearn for now.

There are two major aspects which need to be looked into where your sponsor notices you.

1. Where the system of SFI helps you get noticed
2. Where solely your efforts get you noticed.

In the first aspect, there is a mail send to your sponsor as soon as you register. This is your first time you get attention. Your response to sponsor’s welcome message can get you noticed. Thereafter, as you advance to getting started section and is ready to go, another mail to your sponsor serves the purpose. Then when you complete your profile, affiliate profile notification to the sponsor does the job for you. Hereafter, it is mainly your efforts that would make your sponsor notice you.

In the second part of this, your presence on the movers list and your regular efforts towards the growth makes you get noticed. Your participation at Tripleclicks, regularity of logging in to your account and VP collection, all gets observed.

As communication is the backbone of any healthy relationship, your mails and interest shown to pursue and advance in the business can extract the right and desired guidance from your sponsor. Do not hesitate to ask even the simplest of query that you may have. Mail them to your sponsor and he / she would definitely respond to it. After looking at your profile, and seeing that you have already proved yourself a very active and committed SFI affiliate since 2013, I'm inclined to think your question is set more to help other affiliates who feel they need more guidance than they are getting from their sponsor currently.

So, to answer in this context, I will explain what leads me to notice individual team members:

Every new PSA who joins my team sees my PSA greeting and within 24 hours will receive from me an ecard with my welcome message explaining how to get started, particularly how to do the 5 Fast-Track activities, which includes sending their commitment message and completing their Affiliate Profile, and how to access the Start video, SFI Basics and Launchpad lessons.I also guide them to a training video on my own website which shows them how to do the daily activities (red tabs). I tell them they can contact me at any time if they need guidance and provide my email address for them to do that.

The first thing that will make me notice a potentially serious affiliate is when I receive a notification that they have completed their affiliate profile. I visit that profile, read the information they have provided, then send them an ecard and try to connect with them based on that information. I invite them to contact me back, and if they do I always reply and begin building on that relationship.

An active sponsor is always on the lookout for active PSAs, and WILL notice them if they are appearing in the Movers tab, if they are achieving EA or higher, if they are winning in Daily Grand, if they are doing well in E365 (Congratulations on becoming E365 Champion yourself!), if they are active in the Forum, and so on. An active sponsor should be giving feedback and recognition in some way, whether through email, ecards or acknowledgements in Stream posts, and will always be open, approachable and amenable to any communications received from their PSAs.

An active sponsor will be sending regular newsletters, providing updates about SFI or giving general guidance that they believe will be most useful for their team to know about.

However, even an active sponsor is not a mind-reader, and if there is anything a PSA needs particular or individual help with, then the responsibility must be on the PSA to ASK for the help and guidance they need.

When a PSA looks like they are progressing at a good pace and understanding the system, as you evidently are, even an active sponsor may not be aware that the PSA is in need of additional guidance, unless they are asked for it.

In Gery's Rules of Success #4, we are encouraged to 'Work With The Workers' (https://www.sfimg.com/ROS/ROSWorkWithWorkers) and believe me, an active sponsor will be delighted to receive an email from a PSA asking for guidance, and showing their commitment to their SFI business. You will most definitely be noticed if you do that. After all, a key ingredient of an entrepreneur, a self-starter, a business owner, is that they are capable and willing to seek the help they need.

An active sponsor will not always be 'breathing down the neck' of their individual PSAs, because it can be counter-productive and off-putting to someone who is quite happily working at their own pace, and will be a waste of energy on the vast majority of PSAs who join SFI but never take advantage of the opportunity offered to them.

Of course, I have only talked here about ACTIVE sponsors. If your sponsor is not active themselves, there is little you can do to expect guidance. In that case, it is your responsibility to reach out to your higher upline, SFI support and the extensive help community in the forum.

You can't get your sponsor to do what he/she is not willing to do. If you find yourself in this predicament, then know this that SFI is designed with YOU in mind. There are many ways to get support in the time of need, co-sponsor, upline, support, forum, AskSC, and an A2A friend. Besides the ultra-simplified SFI Basics gives you the idea of how to build your business from a bird's eye view.

To find more detailed steps to take to build your business you can simply follow your todo list. From here, you access to tons of training information. Each link is a portal to more business building information. Couple this will your passion for achieving your goals and you will be well on your way to success.

Notwithstanding, I see the value in the support of a good sponsor. What I look for in affiliates are indications that point to determined persistence, e.g. does the affiliate log in regularly and obtain VP?, are they actively following my recommendations?, do they ask for help via email or reach out through social media? When you have a team of more than a few thousand affiliates, it's not possible to waste your time on affiliates who are not serious about building a profitable business. How do you get my attention - be seriously engaged in building your business evidenced by your achievements and badges. This business can be done very low budget and there just isn't any excuse or help for affiliates that look for something for nothing, or just want you to do it for them. If you are of average intelligence, certainly you can do this and follow some basic recommendations.
