I am an SFI affiliate since jul/2013 and have maintained an 20 month EA streak.
My sponsor and co-sponsor have always lend a helping hand as and when i needed advice to solve
my problems in day to day work at SFI.
In order to be noticed by sponsor and seek guidance an affiliate should show committment by visiting his/her home page everyday.
2) maintain an EA status and form time to time use his Genealogy and members of team to contact upline members to seek advice /guidance.
3)Sponsor of an affiliate should be made to notice three principal qualities (i.e) Patience,Perseverence and last but not the least Duplication.
4) Active participation of an affiliate in building a team of at least 5 E2A members to mutually benefit in Income by matching versa points which in the longer period can provide Income upto 12 generations.
5) To seek regular guidance form sponsor by reporting the problems of self and team and how to motivate team to be more active.

In any endeavor, unless one asks nothing will come from the other side.

Examples are:

1. Unless you knock, you can not expect the door to be opened;
2. Unless you make a small step, you can not make a long journey;
3. Unless you inquire no one will give you the answer;

This is applicable to SFI Business. Unless you contact you will get nothing in most of the cases.

You can attract the attention of your Sponsor in two ways - one Positive and the other Negative.

Positive Side:

1. When you send your Commitment message, the Sponsor will know about you;
2. When you are regular in logging in to your SFI A/c, you will appear in Sponsor's "Movers";
3. When your Sponsor visits your VP Ledger, your performance will be known;
4. When you post in Forum, your Sponsor will know it;
5. When you reach/retain your EA or TL status, your Sponsor will be notified; (Your Sponsor
will also receive applicable VP);
6. Your Sponsor will know your activities when he/she opens the Genealogy;
7. When you buy through ECA or TC your Sponsor will know that (as applicable commission
will also be credited to him/her A/c);
8. When you raise a question or answer a question in Ask SC, your Sponsor will also know that;

Negative Side:

1. If you are not regular in logging in to your A/c;
2. If you do not reach/retain your EA or TL Status;
3. If you are an under performer or not a performer, etc

It's possible for the Sponsor to know all these. SFI has provided every possible Tool for the Sponsor and other Up Line Leaders to view/monitor and communicate with the down line regularly.

But the important point is, we are all independent contractors here. The onus is always on the individual to read, learn, understand the various materials provided by SFI , Set Goals and Plan activities based on the knowledge thus derived.

In the process, if there is any information or clarification required, it is for the individuals to communicate with their up line and move forward. If no support is forth coming, then the option is to go to the Forum where so many are waiting to share their knowledge and wisdom unconditionally.

Conclusion:

1. This is your business;
2. Learn things quickly;
3. Set your Goals/Targets;
4. Plan your activities;
5. Work towards them smartly;
6. Take the support of your up line where necessary;
7. If it is not there, then take the support of Forum; (Gery too will respond!!!)
8. If you are still not satisfied, then go to the Support.
9. You can be slow starter; But determine to reach your destination no matter what!!!!

The very first thing you should do, whether your sponsor writes to you or not, is to write to him. Use both your own email and the eCards. That way if his mail is not accepting mail from SFI, then he will get your letter. Tell him that you are very interested in succeeding in SFI and you desire his input.

At the same time, make sure that you are working steadily on your To Do List. After he reads your letter, he will check his Movers List and then your profile and his Genealogy. The more you have done, the more impressed and excited he will be. Most good sponsors will respond to your letter right away.

If he doesn't? You check his profile. Does he have badges? What does his VP Streak badge say?
What status is he. When did he join? What is his class rank?

Make a good guess whether he is just inactive, too busy, too new to be knowledgeable, a quitter, or maybe needed a vacation. There are lots of reason that it appears that a sponsor is not noticing you. Also remember that his own sponsor may not be noticing and supporting him, either.

If you are a go getter and a quick learner, you may write to him, in your excitement, and tell him what you are learning and thinking, etc. You may be what he needs to get going and do his own business. It may stimulate him into learning what he needs in order to be an awesome sponsor. A slow starting sponsor does not have to remain a poor sponsor, so give him a chance and don't write him off.

SFI is built on relationships and relationships are built on communication and trust. Do your best to fit in and help others to fit in. Do not be quick to give up on an inactive sponsor. Your PSAs and Generations will be watching and duplicate your attitudes.

The best ways I can suggest are the following; this is what I did, and fortunately I have a very active sponsor:

1. Reply to all of the emails they send
2. Ask questions
3. Make suggestions
4. Copy your sponsor on team mails so they know you're being active
5. Reply to their Stream posts
6. Be sure to log in every day and you'll always show up on their mover's list
7. If they have an ECA store, be sure to connect with them
8. Invite them to subscribe to your blog
9. Participate in the forum, and comment on posts your sponsor makes
10. Congratulate them when they reach a new level, win a game, win the Daily Grand, etc.

If you're doing at least all of these things and you have an active sponsor, you will get noticed and your sponsor will always guide you if/when you have any questions.

Speaking from a Sponsor's point of view, I don't necessarily know that you want help if you don't ask me. If you're logging in every day, collecting your daily VP and in general doing what you should be doing I may send you an e-card congratulating you for your successes, or if I see that you've suddenly stopped logging in I'll send a "tips" e-card. But I try not to inundate my team with a lot of junk mail.

If you have asked for help and your Sponsor is still not doing anything then email your Co-Sponsor or Upline Sponsor. If you still don't get the assistance you desire from these people then come join us at the Forum and ask your questions there. There are 200 Forum Gurus and 100s of other members that are always willing to provide assistance and answer questions.

For your sponsor to notice you and offer you guidance is to first think like your sponsor and know what sponsors wants from their team to be noticed. And what are they?
1. Activeness. To be noticed by your sponsor is to be active by logging in everyday and advancing in your rank plus the business. When you become an EA, you start getting noticed, then EA2, then BTL or GTL etc. Definitely you attract your sponsor's attention by this by being a successful affiliate. This is what attracts your sponsor to guide you when you don't even asked for it. Why? Because you've become an asset to him/her. This will make you part of his/her top 10 in his/her mover's tab.
2. Team Building: you get noticed when you are building your team e.g let's say you recruit 50 people today and then the next day etc, your name enters the top 10 enroller. That's a call for attention from your sponsor. One of my upline leaders used to acknowledge some of his team members who were mentioned in the Top Enrollers Lists. They were already getting his attention. So build your team.
3. Participate in the Forum/ Games/ Auctions. When you win, your sponsor has a share in your success. When you start slacking, he/she will know something is wrong and come to your rescue.
4. Participate in the Ask Sc. Ask questions and answer questions.
In short be everywhere.
Participate in your sponsor's contests and requirements for incentives and you'l not fail to get your sponsor's attention and guidance.

1) Fill out your SFI profile completely
2) Send your SFI "commitment message" to your sponsor
3) Check your sponsor’s Leadership Page for support options
4) Contact your sponsor using the contact methods posted on his or her Leadership Page
5) Earn your daily, weekly, and monthly VersaPoints so that you will appear in your sponsor and co-sponsor's "Movers" list -- and this shows to them that you are a serious SFI affiliate!

Oh how I wish I have you in my downline. Most of the posts I see in the Forum is about how to get the inactive to become active. If only one of the inactives suddenly decide to become active and write an email (either through TeamMail or personal mail) I'm sure I would take notice.

But I assume this question would come up if your sponsor has a team of very active downlines and you get drowned in the see of active affiliates in his/her team. Therefore, why not try sending an email with the following in the subject line: "Help please. I want to succeed but don't know how". Or something similar in nature.

The objective is to make your sponsor feel that if no help is forthcoming, then they might lose you altogether. Although please don't do that. Your sponsor is not your only source of help. You have your co-sponsor and you have the Forum. You can also ask help from your a2a friends.

This is pretty easy to answer, send them a mail. Let them know that you are serious about your business, but that you need guidance.

Let your Sponsor know you a little bit by providing info as to where you have experience (if any) and what your goals are.

Let your Sponsor know what kind of budget you have, and how much time you are willing to spend. I know this info is in your profile, but putting this in an email to your Sponsor will reinforce just how serious that you really are.

Should your Sponsor not respond, contact your Co-Sponsor and/or up-line. I can guarantee that I would be very excited by getting such an email!

meaning:

1. You must log in everyday and earn action VPs;
2. Communicate actively with your Sponsor by asking question, thanking for his response
