Many new affiliates lose hope after only one month working in SFI. They think that they are wasting time here. But, they're wrong!

We all need time to understand this program well, maybe several months. Thats why we have our sponsor or co-sponsor. They are here to help us understanding SFI better. Someone who is motivated would never quit so easily without trying for month. If he/she is really making efforts, he/she will surely get rewards.! We are all here to get something in return. Please at least try, then you'll get what you're expecting from SFI.

Ans: An affiliate who is going to quit we should tell them that every business get time to grow whether it is normal business or any other marketing business. No body can say that he become billionaire or millionaire in single one day in by doing business. And show them the example of other business man who become millionaire in how many days in normal business.

And explain them how the networking marketing will grow slowly and gradually, it always take time b'coz network marketing is the business where everybody is not ready to do this business because all the networking is slow growing business. The same way SFI is also the long term business and tell them that every one is not earn instantly money it is slow process that means not we can not earn instantly money there so many people in networking marketing getting money from the first month it is just the effort of the person that how and which way he is working so tell the person to keep Passions and keep working with true dedication one day you will get success so keep trying and never give up your business.

1. We should make them understand that every business has its own cooling period.
2. If the farmer runs off, there won't be a beautiful garden after a few months or years.
3. For a farmer, it needs time to plough the ground, sow the seed, pour water daily,maintain it periodically, fertilize it, so many tasks. After a few months or a year or so, he can see the fruitfulness of his hard work. It has not come overnight to him.
4. Any petty shop owner has not built his business in a day or a month to take returns. It takes time to build his customer base,relationship, trust in that locality, recognition, it takes time certainly.
5. Any small or big business they invest money, time, patience, consistency,hard work, perseverance, more over presence to achieve.
6. We are not investing big money here.
7. That's why we need a team to share the investment, time, work.
8. Even to start a petty shop we need some handsome money.
9. Here we invest money, time, efforts collectively to achieve together. That's the very essence and the beauty as well of network marketing.
10. We need to have our team to share our burden. By means of money, time, efforts,relationships, motivations,emotions and everything. We and our team should be hand in hand to achieve together.
11. We should have proper alignment of our minds. We should tune our minds to work together.
12. One way we should blame ourselves if someone in our team is thinking of quitting.
13. We need to rework on our working style. We need to monitor the team very closely on a day to day basis. We should not let the person to think to that level of quitting.
14. We should make them understand the earning potential in this business.
15. We should ask them to rewind what they have done to achieve their goals.
16. We have to sit and design some strategies to bring them better income.
17. We should be responsible for their growth.
18. We should make them understand how responsible they're towards the end result every month.
19. There is no kidding in business.
20. They should learn repeatedly the Launch Pad lessons, SFI Rules of success, internet income lessons, AsK SC, and threads in the forums.
21. In forum they can learn a lot more. Motivational, inspirational, useful tips. Thru forum they will meet people with struggling, succeeding, people in grief, in belief, there is a live stats available to understand SFI in a more practical way.
22. Some purchase or sales of TripleClicks products will help to get commissions. They have to rethink whether they have done anything to promote those ocean of products catering a wide variety...
23. They need to rethink whether they've taken any steps to bring in more team members..
24. They need to rethink what they have done to bring in more PRMs, ECAs...
Before quitting, one should recheck very clearly that
A. whether they have gained enough knowledge about this business.
B. Whether they have accomplished the tasks what has been the basic requisite of this business.
C. Whether they have followed their sponsor's advice or instructions.
D. How much investment, time and effort they had put to reap big...
E. Is this not their own business... if they leave in between...who will look after that...
F. Have they understood the potential of networking that too online...
Promote SFI, promote TripleClicks, promote your business, promote income, promote life....

That's a great question because I am at that crossroad too.

First, any BIG decision should not be made by impulse. A careful study must be done, with some soul-searching as to real expectation and long-term possibilities.

I think when affiliates are given too much hype at the beginning that they are set up to fail. Encouragement, YES! Hype, NO!

The decision has to rest with each of us individually. If the person is to stay, it must be THEIR desire, and not just yours.

This topic has been discussed many times at the Forum, and lately there is one such post that received so many feedback and comments and advice that the poster decided to give SFI another go!

It's a good thing if the affiliate lets you know that he is going to quit because nothing is coming of his efforts and hard work, then you can give your personal advice and offer to help find a solution.

You can advice your affiliate to give himself/herself a chance to succeed by reading and learning more about increasing the number of PSAs and CSAs in his/her team, by reassigning more PSAs, or adding your affiliate to your Co-op, and monitoring his/her progress.

Teach about duplication, and provide free leads to advertising for PRMs and customers to increase sales.

That nothing happens until there's sales/purchases.

t may help also to suggest to your affiliate to review LaunchPad lesson No. 11- Overnight Success-NOT!

It's also a good idea to review with your Affiliate the SFI Rules of Success, that building a successful SFI business takes perseverance, hard work and commitment.

That you will be with him/her in the journey while you follow The Plan, and together you'll find success.

I will try to explain the difference between a job and work.SFI is work meaning SFI do not pay you you pay yourself
With a job you are paid by the employer what your time is worth to him/her.While with work you are in control of your time you make your time pay you and you determine how much.
I would suggest to him/her instead of opting take a vacation and do some soul searching just put his /her account in vacation mode this way if he has a change of mind he can continue where he left off in terms of VP streak and EA Mode.
So I will try to explain what is really needed in SFI suggest he take a break cool off and come back when he is ready.

In this business, advertising is the most important.
Every day must advertise their job and look for collaborators.
The most important thing in this business is perseverance and patience.
Without these two properties can hardly be succeed.

and only we ourselves can permanently stop. Everyone needs to say
Do not give up-because you might be on the brink of victory.

If your affiliate says he is quitting because he is not paid
enough, soon enough,question him.

Till you know his reasons, you cannot help him.
Do not beg him to stay.

I ask mine to come in once a week and read the
news or do their To Do List.

Since I am looking for workers who know something about this kind of business,
I feel he has to make the final choice.

If an affiliate is hard working and the expected results is not there, That is the place frustration comes in.In this case the affiliate has to analyze his work.He has to find out what went wrong and at where.
In most cases the affiliate may be hard working but he is not good in recruitment of affiliates.Its is here where most of hard working affiliates fail.Remember you are pouring affiliates in to the system just like you pour water in to an empty basket.
Check them whether they use their gateways efficiently.
Tell them how to lead their down lines.
Ask them to communicate with their PSA and CSA in effective manner.
Tell them to motivate their team effectively

I think first you need to look at the Affiliate Ledger to study how far he has been doing and how long he has been with SFI. If he is still new, you need to make it clear to him that getting rich and being successful are achieved by sweating one’s gut out. Tell him to be patient and work according what has been done by you and by successful SFI leaders. Ask him to do duplication and surely he will reap fruits of success one day.

On the other hand, if your affiliate follows a right path, log in SFI daily, complete daily, weekly, monthly and intermediate actions, you need to tackle him quite differently. Praise his hard work and patience, but still tell him to be a little more innovative in doing sponsoring or advertising by showing your successful examples. Guide him to follow your proven method. Discuss about his method and encourage him to make a few changes. Tell him to stay a little bit longer and wait for an outcome after he himself make a change of his approach.

May be he has not put an enough effort as he claimed.

Hopefully one day, he will strike gold. If not, at least you have done your job as his leader.
