Hi,
Good question, because they are not motivated person and some body want to be rich quickly.
After sometimes these person thinking here is nothing just who don't want make a little effort,they how can makes a money. SFI hardly says that don't ask to join these person who want to become rich overnight.
Here is some rules and regulations which have to follow every Affiliates.
Secondly few person of these who wants to little help,but SFI makes all easy 24/7 for helping,only things to read and follow it.
And thirdly depending to duty of sponsor and co-sponsor how much they motivated them.
These all things Many Affiliates becoming shortly Inactive after joining.

Basically, there are two ways to it.
There is the enrollers role, and the enrolee's role.
Larger percentage of the knowledge/invitation to sfi comes from someone. It is therefore of utmost importance for enrollers to follow up their enrolees. SFI looks complex to a lot of people, hence comprehensive and preferably one on one chat will go a long way to keep the interest of the enrolee.
And there is the enrolees role. Many people are not willing to try something new, they are accustomed with the customary way of doing things. They want white collar jobs and nothing more. They don't have the patience to look out and understand the modu operandi.
And there is the aspect of wanting to earn fast. Many people do not believe in investments, they prefer quick yields and return, hence they loose interest in continuity.
Conclusively, enrollers should be willing to play their role of proper enlightenment and follow up.

The entry procedure for registering at SFI emphasizing FREE, while being a very good carrot turns to be dismal to the new affiliate when he or she realizes that there are a number of stages to go through where one has to purchase a Standing Order for $36.25 in order to become an Executive Affiliate every month.
The Fast Track to get 500VP during the first 24 hours in order to receive a bonus 250VP tends the affiliate to click on to the high valued VPs. The affiliate will be able to even reach 1,500 VP during the first month by clicking. Then from the second month, his budget will not be sufficient to provide funds to raise a Standing Order and will be inactive. I think so many affiliates become inactive shortly after joining SFI is because they do not invest and want to get quick income in less time. They did not understand the SFI business correctly and did not want to read all materials in SFI and did not contact the upline members and sponsor and co-sponsor. Most of them have not patience to login and work every day. Most of affiliate join SFI but their sponsor did not give guidance so they quit.

In mirror initially SFI seems to be a quick rich program. But as they sail along the trainning of SFI they realize that unless they build a strong downline they won't be able to get reward despite how large they may invest in purchasing at tripleclicks by themselves. Also they attain the status of executive at SFI ;for granted by scoring free versa points ,which in routine business requires assiduous efforts.After that they have to invest heavily and in return they mostly get inactive affiliates. PSA OR CSA won free also are mostly inactive members.
I suggest that sfi should drop away the inactive affiliates immediately who even donot register/ verify their email addresses. Those who wish to opt out after a few days or a month. Their record should be exterminated. Confiscation of awards and commissions if an affiliate who is not well enough to put a standing order for 1500 vp or who cannot score 1500 vp in the previous month should also be reviewed. 80 % leave sfi just because of this target where rewards are late. Though this target helps them to work hard but also abstains them to proceed as well.

Hello,

This is very tricky questions, but in same time it's problem here in this bussiness always.
I think it's about members, we can try to help them and focus on this bussiness but soon they stop, why? For me it's simply answer, they expect the different job, but usually they expect better and faster income. Other thing is also, people join this bussiness to earn money but to success you know in start we must invest money to get some good work.
But a lot of people are not ready for that situation, and after month when they miss points and must buy something to make enough points it's a problem.
They left because they are not support investing money in jobs like this.
To convince them and change their minds it's pretty much hard, perhaps an impossible thing.

I my own view some of the new affiliates have no foresight of what online marketing is all about. Some want to earn income sooner than possible. They want overnight riches without following the success guidelines. Another reason is when the sponsor fails to do back up for his/her affiliates to enlighten them about the businesses know-how this will enlighten them on what SFi is all about.

Many times we ourselves do not know how to be succssful at SFI or we become too focused on the amount of recruits we get. Quality of affiliates is more important than quantity. Develop a relationship with them by asking them important questions. The workers will respond and the curious observers will not. The cold hard fact is that over 95% of people in this business will quit. For this reason, having an action plan for new team members to help them achieve some success early on is HUGE. This means teach your team how to generate affiliate sales or win auctions. The process of teaching your down line is called duplication; duplication creates residual income. To build up residual income, you will need to create a strong team, and you do that by teaching people how to duplicate the success you have created.
Leaders receive many monetary benefits. We join to make money not lose money. Here are some of the ways that leaders make money.
Executive Affiliate, EA2s, qualify to receive commissions from the the purchases made by CSAs, cosponsored SFI affiliates.
Earnings Example: An order is placed by one of the co-sponsored SFI affiliates (CSA) that has $28 CV. The affiliate earns a $4.20 Co-Sponsor Commission (15% of $28).
These are ways to obtain Co-Sponsored Affiliates. Each month, thousands of Co-Sponsored Affiliates are forfeited and need a new co-sponsor. Leaders lose their CSAs by not earning 1,500 versa points per month. • When an affiliate becomes an EA2, two CSAs are given to him or her. Team leaders qualify to receive hundreds of CSAs per month. Bronze Team Leaders receive one share, Silver Team Leaders receive two shares, Gold Team Leaders receive three shares Platinum Team Leaders receive 4 shares of the forfeited CSAs. It's a very good question.
I would say that a lot of people up without knowing anything about SFI, when viewing ads and blogs to which must be registered many who explain in what way it is and in what way is acquired earnings. Many expected earnings over the Internet overnight and when a couple of months and affiliates do not realize salary or is it something minimally feel betrayed and can give up. In addition, no paid ads is very difficult to collect the team, and no team has no earnings and even if you do not find customers, to feel disappointed and it leads to giving up.

Do not despair if you do not have active contributors. Continue to advertise your business. Be patient and persistent, and no doubt you will sooner or later lead active members in your team.
Work on how to advertise primarily through the work yourself, show potential members what do you actually do it and to what extent and how quickly you progress.
This is one of the best ways to attract prospective new members.
If you have not already, thoroughly examine and understand SFI compensation plan in order to know their members explain all the ways you can generate revenue in SFI. Power duplication is the key to success in building SFI business.
