It is very good that you are getting to know the motivations of your team members. . Many times people sign up for SFI just to see what it is. I would like to answer your question “What if my team member had a fear of success. “ We can best help them if we know their desires and fears. Most people do not have a fear of success; there may be a fear of stepping outside of their comfort zone. Here are my suggestions:
The first step to overcoming fear is to find out their desires and dreams

Many times we ourselves do not know how to be succssful at SFI or we become too focused on the amount of recruits we get. Quality of affiliates is more important than quantity. Develop a relationship with them by asking them important questions. The workers will respond and the curious observers will not. The cold hard fact is that over 95% of people in this business will quit. For this reason, having an action plan for new team members to help them achieve some success early on is HUGE. This

A second income is very attractive to most people. Most people would answer yes to the following questions:
Would you like to retire early?
How stable is your job?
SFI also provides a residual income. A residual income means that you continue to collect on which you sold in the past. A residual income provides stability and growth of wealth.

What should you say to your PSAs when they say they are going to quit because they are putting out more than they are receiving?

A business is not built over night. Anything worth having takes time to develop. Your vision and what you want in your life is really important. At first it may take more time because you are learning. Once you learn the ropes you will be reaping more. Now imagine having a big income and creating your own schedule and living where you want to live. Now is your vision worth your time.

What makes you persevere with SFI and not quit?

I have a vision. I want to work from home and be my own boss. Plus I know people who do make a lot of money working at an online business. It is just a matter of time before I get my website up and running. SFI has a lot of free strategies to promote your business for free. Plus SFI is very good at rewarding their affiliates for their work. I never have to remind the company to pay me.

If you could completely start over with SFI today, knowing what you know now, what would you do differently?

I made one mistake with SFI. I bought some Tcredits and tried to win some more in auctions. This in itself is not a bad thing to do. However I did not read the rules. SFI gives us rules for a reason. Now I am trying to win it back by making 3 free entries into the Daily Grand. I won't consider quitting SFI because there is no membership fee.

Note: Tcredits are very easy to spend because our mind may not perceive it as cash.
