How do you explain to team members why VersaPoints appear to reset to zero at the start of each month?

It does not matter how many VersaPoints you score at the end of the month because SFI reset the VersaPoints to zero at the start of each month. Every member start fresh at the beginning of every month and do their daily, weekly and monthly task and set their goals.
Reset VersaPoints helps ensure that every affiliates have opportunity to improve their power ranking in class and country and complete their goals. Due to this an affiliate also try to score more VersaPoints than previous months. The VersaPoints you earn previous months is added to your total VersaPoints.

How often and in what ways should we have contacts with our CSAs?

You can contact with your CASs through stream, CSA mailer or email them directly.
In stream you can send short messages to your CSAs 3 time in a week. In CSA mailer you send weekly newsletters, training tips and other messages to your CSAs. If you want to contact particular CSA then send him email or messages through their personal email address.
How best to use the Affiliate Manager (the tool contained in the Affiliate Snapshot for PSAs)?

This is a great tool provided by SFI to support your PSAs and CSAs. Through Affiliate Manager you can send the welcome message, Tips, E-Cards, Birthday or Anniversary greetings.
At the top of the section you can find your downline country, email address, primary language and VP Ledger. Through VP Ledger you can see your downline activity. In profile sections you can see how your downline know about SFI and there number one reason for joining SFI and their goals and many things. You can also see your downline best tip in My Best TIP section.
Last section is Affiliate Manager Section. In this section there are different tabs such as Start, Contact, Checklist, Notes, Activity and Upline. You will find valuable information about your downlines in these sections.

To build a successful SFI business, how much should I rely on my sponsor?

To build a successful SFI you rely on your own and not on sponsor because sometimes sponsor are inactive and they did not even contact a single time to their downline. Some sponsor are not experience and they did not know about SFI.
This is your business and you are the boss so build your business by working everyday and make a active downline team to build a successful SFI business.
