As a leader you have to have that up beat character to motivate, encourage,

No matter how strong and independent we are when people acknowledge our
Good deed it is always an encouragement, and motivation to do more so doing

Knowing they have a great leader assure them for their success since most
Sponsors abandon their team for unknown reason.
Be patient with the result ,at times it might seem you don’t get that far or see them
Sitting by the fence and looking from outside , but that is part of a human nature
Not everyone is driven to be great, some need a push and some need to be pulled
From where they are sitting, sometimes they don’t communicate with you or
Don’t respond for your messages but you see them working as the result of
